- the second element 23 is made by a second plastic injection using an "overmoulding" process.
- This method allows a chemical and mechanical bonding between the first element 22 and the second element 23 of the second part 2. This means that the connection between the first element 22 and the second element 23 is perfectly ensured and that the protective sheet 24 is correctly fixed.
- the space inside this second part 2 can be used to dispose a powder 40.
- the powder 40 is received inside the second element 2, that it can be closed using the protective layer 26. In other words, this powder 40 is protected by a perfectly sealed layer and resistant to the introduction of oxygen or H 2 O.
- An advantage of the device 10 according to the present invention lies in the fact that the first part 1 and the second part 2 can be prepared, individually, before assembly.
