Claims (5)
- Kälte- und Klimaanlage, umfassend:einen Kältekreislauf, der ein Kältemittel veranlasst, hindurch zu strömen durch Verbinden eines Verdichters (10), eines wärmequellenseitigen Wärmetauschers (12), zumindest eines Expansionsventils (16a-16d) und zumindest eines Zwischenwärmetauschers (15a, 15b); undeinen Wärmemediumkreislauf, der ein Wärmemedium veranlasst, hindurch zu strömen durch Verbinden zumindest einer Pumpe (21a, 21b), einer Vielzahl von nutzungsseitigen Wärmetauschern (26a-26d) und des zumindest einen Zwischenwärmetauschers (15a, 15b),wobei der zumindest eine Zwischenwärmetauscher (15a, 15b) und die zumindest eine Pumpe (21a, 21b) in einer Relaiseinheit (3) untergebracht sind, undwobei die Vielzahl von nutzungsseitigen Wärmetauschern (26a-26d) in entsprechenden Inneneinheiten (2a-2d) untergebracht sind,
wobeijede Inneneinheit (2a-2d) eine Inneneinheitssteuerungseinheit (62a-62d) aufweist, die Ein/Aus-Steuerung für Betrieb, der durch den nutzungsseitigen Wärmetauscher zum Austauschen von Wärme zwischen dem Wärmemedium und einer thermischen Last durchgeführt wird, durchführt, unddie Relaiseinheit (3) aufweist:eine Vielzahl von Zweigöffnungen (6a-6d), die mit der Vielzahl von nutzungsseitigen Wärmetauschern (26a-26d) verbunden sind und das Wärmemedium veranlassen, zu den nutzungsseitigen Wärmetauschern (26a-26d) zu zirkulieren,Auslasstemperatursensoren (34a-34d), die für die entsprechenden Zweigöffnungen (6a-6d) vorgesehen sind und jeweils eine Auslasstemperatur des Wärmemediums erfassen, das aus der Zweigöffnung (6a-6d) zum entsprechenden nutzungsseitigen Wärmetauscher (26a-26d) strömt,Einlasstemperatursensoren (33a-33d), die für die entsprechenden Zweigöffnungen (6a-6d) vorgesehen sind und jeweils eine Einlasstemperatur des Wärmemediums erfassen, das vom entsprechenden nutzungsseitigen Wärmetauscher (26a-26d) in die Zweigöffnung (6a-6d) strömt, undeine Relaiseinheitssteuerungseinheit (63b), die mit den Inneneinheitssteuerungseinheiten (62a-62d) durch eine Übertragungsleitung (71a-71c) verbunden ist und Betrieb jeder Inneneinheit (2a-2d) steuert durch Übertragen eines Betriebsbefehls oder eines Stoppbefehls zu dieser über die Übertragungsleitung (71a-71c), undwobei die Relaiseinheitssteuerungseinheit (63b) die Inneneinheiten (2a-2d) veranlasst, auf einer Eins-zu-Eins-Grundlage zu arbeiten, und identifiziert, welche der Inneneinheiten (2a-2d) mit der entsprechenden Zweigöffnung (6a-6d) verbunden ist auf der Grundlage einer Differenz zwischen der Einlasstemperatur und der Auslasstemperatur an der entsprechenden Zweigöffnung (6a-6d). - Kälte- und Klimaanlage nach Anspruch 1,
wobei in einem Zustand, in dem Wärmemedium erwärmt oder gekühlt wird, durch Durchführen eines Nur-Erwärmungsbetriebsmodus, bei dem das Wärmmedium erwärmt wird durch Veranlassen eines aus dem Verdichter (10) abgegebenen Hochtemperatur-Hochdruck-Kältemittels zum Zwischenwärmetauscher (15a, 15b) zu strömen, oder eines Nur-Kühlungsbetriebsmodus, bei dem das Wärmemedium gekühlt wird durch Veranlassen eines Niedertemperatur-Niederdruck-Kältemittels zum Zwischenwärmetauscher (15a, 15b) zu strömen, zu der Vielzahl von nutzungsseitigen Wärmetauschern (26a-26d) zirkuliert,
die Relaiseinheitssteuerungseinheit (63b) jede Inneneinheit (2a-2d) veranlasst, auf einer Eins-zu-Eins-Grundlage zur arbeiten, die Einlasstemperatur und die Auslasstemperatur an jeder Zweigöffnung (6a-6d) erwirbt, und
identifiziert, dass die arbeitende Inneneinheit (2a-2d) mit der Zweigöffnung (6a-6d) verbunden ist, an der die Differenz zwischen der Einlasstemperatur und der Auslasstemperatur größer ist als ein vorherbestimmter Wert. - Kälte- und Klimaanlage nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
wobei in einem Zustand, in dem das Wärmemedium erwärmt oder gekühlt wird, durch Durchführen eines Nur-Erwärmungsbetriebsmodus, bei dem das Wärmmedium erwärmt wird durch Veranlassen eines aus dem Verdichter (10) abgegebenen Hochtemperatur-Hochdruck-Kältemittels zum Zwischenwärmetauscher (15a, 15b) zu strömen, oder eines Nur-Kühlungsbetriebsmodus, bei dem das Wärmemedium gekühlt wird durch Veranlassen eines Niedertemperatur-Niederdruck-Kältemittels zum Zwischenwärmetauscher (15a, 15b) zu strömen, zu der Vielzahl von nutzungsseitigen Wärmetauschern (26a-26d) zirkuliert,
die Relaiseinheitssteuerungseinheit (63b) jede Inneneinheit (2a-2d) veranlasst, auf einer Eins-zu-Eins-Grundlage zu arbeiten, die Einlasstemperatur und die Auslasstemperatur an jeder Zweigöffnung (6a-6d) erwirbt, und
bestimmt, dass ein Einstellungsfehler vorliegt, falls an keiner der Zweigöffnungen (6a-6d) die Differenz zwischen der Einlasstemperatur und der Auslasstemperatur größer ist als ein vorherbestimmter Wert. - Kälte- und Klimaanlage nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
wobei die Relaiseinheitssteuerungseinheit (63b) ein binäres Signal entsprechend dem Betriebsbefehl und dem Stoppbefehl über die Übertragungsleitung (71a-71c) überträgt, und
wobei jede Inneneinheitssteuerungseinheit (62a-62d) Ein/AusSteuerung für den Betrieb der Inneneinheit (2a-2d) durchführt gemäß dem über die Übertragungsleitung (71a-71c) empfangenen binären Signal. - Kälte- und Klimaanlage nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
wobei über die Übertragungsleitung (71a-71c) nur ein binäres Signal übertragen wird.
