- a filter belt guided by a delivery roller to a filter belt holder is applied to the application element, wherein the region of the application element through which the dirty water to be cleaned forms an active filter surface together with the filter belt applied in this region.
- a reduction ratio is provided between the waterwheel and the drive wheel of the pickup roller, which is in the range between 100: 1 and 180: 1. In this preferred reduction range, a particularly economical operation of the filter device is possible.
- the application element is formed by a conveyor belt which is guided around at least two guide rollers which form the upper end and the lower end.
- a conveyor belt which is guided around at least two guide rollers which form the upper end and the lower end.
- the application element is at least partially formed by a perforated plate. As a result, the manufacturing costs of the application element and the filter device can be further reduced overall.
- an insertion slot through which the filter belt is inserted into the filter chamber.
- a deflecting element for deflecting the filter belt is provided between the delivery roller receiving and the insertion slot, wherein an effective deflection of the deflection preferably lies approximately in extension of the top.
- a deflecting element which may be formed for example by a guide roller, the filter belt can be aligned exactly on the top of the application element regardless of the insertion slot, which can be excluded by the positioning of the deflection outside the dirty water area disturbances by dirt particles during operation.
- FIG. 2 shows a sectional view of the filter device in plane II from FIG.
- FIG. 4 shows a section through a contact element of the filter device in plane IV-IV from FIG. 3
- FIG. 5 shows a sectional view of an alternative embodiment of the filter device according to the invention
- FIG. 6 is a sectional view of another alternative Ausry
- Figs. 1 to 3 show a filter device 2 for a fish tank, not shown, such as a pond for Kois.
- the filter device 2 has a housing 4, which encloses a filter chamber 6.
- a contact element in the form of a circulating, water-permeable conveyor belt 8 is provided, which is guided over a first guide roller 10 and a second guide roller 12.
- the guide rollers 10, 12 are formed by commercially available rollers with a slightly rotating pivot bearing.
- the pure water RW obtained in this way passes through a guide element 28, which is formed by way of example as a guide plate and extends between the guide rollers 10, 12 and has a drain opening 30, as shown in Fig. 1 by arrows, in an overflow trough 32, which is arranged in the direction of gravity G below the drain opening 30 within a pure water area 34.
- the overflow trough 32 serves, for example, for accommodating additional devices, such as ultraviolet lamps (not shown), which are to remain permanently under the pure water RW recorded here for protection against overheating.
- the active filter surface 22 is so added with dirt particles SP that the pure water region 34 incoming volume of pure water RW is continuously smaller than the dirty water area 24 via the waste water inlet 26 supplied volume of dirty water SW, a dirty water level increases P in the dirty water area 24 at.
- this dirty water level P exceeds an overflow 38
- the dirty water SW flows over the overflow 38 and acts on blades 40 of a water wheel 42, which is arranged outside the filter chamber 6 below the overflow 38, as shown in FIG.
- a torque D is generated, which is transmitted via a drive belt 44 to the pickup roller 20 (see Fig. 3).
- the dispensing roller 18 is accommodated in a dispensing roller 48, which is separated by a partition 50 of the dirty water area 24.
- a lower edge 52 of this partition 50 extends parallel and at a small distance to a lower part of the conveyor belt 8 on the second guide roller 12.
- the lower edge 52 and the conveyor belt 8 form in this way an insertion slot 54 through which the filter belt 16 in the filter chamber. 6 is introduced.
- a sealing lip 56 is provided at the lower edge 52, which presses with the interposition of the filter belt 16 against the upper side 14 of the conveyor belt 8.
- a deflecting element 58 is provided in the form of another guide roller, which is disposed below the Abgabewalzenability 48 and in extension of the top 14 and thereby for a rectilinear alignment of the filter belt 16 in Area of the insertion slot 52 provides.
- the edge supports 62 are in each case tightly connected to a side wall 64 of the housing 4 and, together with the filter belt 16 lying on the conveyor belt 8, form a bottom-side boundary of the dirty water area 24.
- a trough 66 is also provided, which extends on the bottom side over the entire housing 4 and is connected to the clean water outlet 36. About the pure water outlet 36, the leak water can then be supplied together with the pure water RW the fish tank, not shown.
- FIGS. 6 and 7 show a further embodiment in which the conveyor belt 8 serving as a contact element is deflected in a V shape, so that a V-shaped dirty water area 24 is formed.
- the V-shape can also be formed by two mutually arranged at an angle separate conveyor belts 8 (not shown).
- the filter belt 16 is inserted from above into the dirty water area 24, so that no sealed lower insertion slot 54 is needed.
- the filter tape receiving or the pickup roller 20 for the spent filter belt 16 and the Abgabewalzenability 48 of the discharge roller 18 are arranged below the application element.
- the filter device is operated according to the operation of the filter device according to FIGS. 1 to 4.
- a V-shaped perforated plate 70 corresponding to FIG. 5 can be used here as an alternative to the transport belt 8 (not shown).
- Fig. 8 shows a further alternative embodiment of the filter device 2, in which the torque required for the transport of the filter belt 16 by means of a gear transmission 72 is transmitted directly from the water wheel 42 to the pickup roller 20.
- the second planetary gear 78 Upon rotation of the first planetary gear 76, therefore, the second planetary gear 78 is also set in rotary motion, which in turn drives the rotatable sun gear 82 and with it the output gear 84. By its rotational movement, the pickup roller 20 is also driven via the drive wheel 86, whereby the transport of the filter belt 16 from the discharge roller 18 to the pickup roller 20 takes place.
- the first planetary gear 76 advantageously has one less tooth than the second planetary gear 78 while the fixed sun gear 80 and the rotatably mounted sun gear 82 has a matching number of teeth.
- the drive wheel 86 has a number of teeth that is more than twice as large with respect to the output gear 84, so that a reduction results between the water wheel 42 and the pickup roller 20, advantageously between 100: 1 and 180: 1 and in particular at 175: 1, so that a multiple revolution of the water wheel 42 is required for a single revolution of the drive wheel 84 and the pickup roller 20.
