Definitions

  • the invention relates to a shoe according to the preamble of claim 1.
  • Such shoes with a multilayer sole structure made of different materials have been known for some time and in use. As a rule, certain running properties are to be achieved, which make it easier for the user to walk.
  • a shoe with sprung sole and with multilayer sole construction is for example by the WO 2009/010933 known.
  • the sole construction consists of a midsole, a buffer sole and an abrasion-resistant outsole.
  • a shoe with multilayer sole construction is also by the EP 0041201 A known.
  • a disadvantage of the known constructions is that the material properties of the different contact zones of the foot are not given enough consideration.
  • the starting point of the invention is namely the realization that, depending on the desired properties, the contact surface of the sole of the foot requires different material properties for support. For example, the majority of body weight is borne by the heel and footpad, although different material properties may be desired for the load-bearing sole already here.
  • the lower layer at least partially penetrates the upper layer in such a way that the support surface is formed by areas of the lower layer and the upper layer, whereby due to the different material properties, in particular the elasticity, density or hardness of these layers, a targeted spring action can be achieved.
  • At least the football zone lies in an area of the lower class and at least the heel zone in an area of the upper class.
  • the topsheet is harder than the backsheet, this results in the entire ball of the foot area being able to roll on soft material and the heel being supported by the less elastic topsheet.
  • Upper layer and lower layer are advantageously made of a polymer material such as polyurethane.
  • a polymer material such as polyurethane.
  • EVA Ethylene vinyl acetate
  • the upper layer has a hardness Shore-C in the range of 38 to 42 and the lower layer has a hardness Shore-C in the range of 28 to 34.
  • Preferred values for the topsheet 40 and for the backsheet 30 are Shore C with a tolerance range of +/- 1.
  • the upper layer advantageously has a density in the range from 0.34 to 0.37 g / cm 3 and the lower layer has a density in the range from 0.28 to 0.31 g / cm 3 .
  • Upper layer and lower layer can be firmly glued together so that a compact sole structure is achieved. It would also be conceivable, however, to use a cohesive weld or even a releasable snap together with corresponding snap connections.
  • the region of the upper layer completely surrounds the region of the lower layer at the contact surface.
  • the peripheral outer edge of the support surface is thus seen to be completely formed by the harder top layer.
  • the areal area of the lower layer on the support surface may vary depending on the design of the running properties. Advantageously, however, it is approximately between 25% to 45% of the total bearing surface. In this way, the foot is supported for the greater part and in particular over the greater part of its longitudinal arch by the harder upper layer.
  • the sole has one longitudinal inner side and one longitudinal outer side in the longitudinal direction of the shoe.
  • the longitudinal inner sides of the soles facing each other and the longitudinal outer sides facing away from each other.
  • a particularly advantageous rolling behavior can be achieved if the upper layer between the soccer zone and the heel zone on the longitudinal inner side convexly bulges into the lower layer.
  • the upper layer is designed like a dome, so that the convex configuration, as can be seen, also extends transversely to the longitudinal inner side.
  • the upper layer can have an approximately constant vertical height on the longitudinal outer side, whereby the vertical height of the lower layer can increase continuously from the football zone to the heel zone.
  • the upper layer can be firmly connected to its outer circumference with its upper shoe.
  • an additional insole is not required.
  • the backsheet can directly form the visible outsole of the shoe. Since the lower layer is made of a softer material, but it may also be appropriate if this rests on a separate outsole made of harder material. This prevents too rapid abrasion.
  • the outsole may also completely encase the topsheet and backsheet and, for example, also be bonded to the topsheet.
  • the support surface of the sole can only be covered with a flexible textile fabric, which, for example, passes directly into the inner lining of the upper shoe.
  • the upper layer can be provided at least in the area between heel zone and football zone with openings that penetrate the upper layer in whole or in part. These openings improve the ventilation in the area of the support surface, and they cause a certain pumping effect with each compression or release.
  • the upper layer over the greater part of its outer circumference or over its entire outer circumference is provided with a raised support edge.
  • a footbed is formed, in which the foot rests as form-fitting as possible.
  • this edge facilitates the attachment of the outsole.
  • the upper shoe could thus also consist of very flexible material such as a textile material, or the upper shoe could only be designed as a half-panties.
  • the shoe 1 according to FIG. 1 consists of an upper shoe 2 and a sole 3.
  • the upper shoe can be basically formed arbitrarily, and it can be both a lace-up, as well as a panties.
  • the sole 3 has a top layer 4 and a bottom layer 5, these layers need not necessarily be visible from the outside.
  • sole 3 consists of a top layer 4 and a backsheet 5.
  • the foot lies on a support surface designated overall by 6, and the top layer 4 may have a support edge 13 in the region of the two longitudinal sides and in the region of the heel.
  • the upper layer 4 has a cutout 15 in which the lower layer 5 penetrates the upper layer 4 as far as the plane of the support surface 6.
  • a heel zone 7 is completely formed by the harder top layer 4.
  • the area of the support surface 6 formed by the softer lower layer has an approximately rectangular configuration with rounded corners. Other Configurations would of course be conceivable.
  • a support curvature 10 is arranged, which lies asymmetrically closer to the inside of the foot.
  • FIG. 2 is a sole for a left shoe shown.
  • the sole construction for the corresponding right shoe would of course be mirror-symmetrical. However, it would also be conceivable that for orthopedic reasons, the sole construction for the left and the right shoe is designed differently.
  • an outsole 9 may be arranged, which has a relatively small wall thickness and which is pulled up laterally.
  • the interlocking of upper layer 4 and lower layer 5 can also be used for design purposes, for example by different coloring, as shown.
  • FIGS. 6 to 8 It can be seen how the composition of the two layers 4 and 5 practically in changed every cutting plane.
  • the upper layer 4 In the area of the football zone 8, the upper layer 4 is practically only present on the left and right edge.
  • the upper layer 4 in the region of the metatarsus or in the region of the supporting curvature 10 is solid and tapers towards the outer side of the foot.
  • upper layer 4 and lower layer 5 are about the same extent formed over the entire cross section, as from FIG. 8 is apparent, wherein the material content of the lower layer is greater than that of the upper layer.
  • the actual outsole 9 may have any profiling 14.
  • the sinking depth in mm is shown as a function of the loading force in N on the supporting surface.
  • the diagram shows that the sinking depth, despite the different layer structure up to a force of approx. 650 N, is approximately linear with the load.
  • the different curves show different measurement cycles with a straight line averaging the curves for comparison.
  • FIGS. 11 to 14 show an alternative embodiment of a sole.
  • FIG. 11 perspective view of an underlayer 5 is shown. Good to see is a survey 19, with which the cutout 15 in the upper layer 4 ( FIG. 12 ) is penetrated.
  • a trough 18 serves to receive a corresponding curvature 20 in the upper layer 4.
  • FIG. 12 shows the sole in the glued state with its longitudinal inner side 16 and the longitudinal outer side 17th
  • the vertical height a of the upper layer 4 on the longitudinal outer side is approximately constant everywhere.
  • the configuration of the lower layer 5 is more complex, being somewhat thickened in the heel area and in the footpad area.
