- Dispositif (100) destiné à protéger des êtres vivants et des objets contre le déversement, lequel comprend au moins deux éléments de paroi (10, 20) reliés entre eux par l'intermédiaire d'un joint rotatif à glissière (16), lesquels présentent respectivement un corps de base (22) rectangulaire comportant une première arête d'axe d'articulation réalisée sous forme d'un épaississement (12) circulaire et une deuxième arête d'axe d'articulation réalisée sous forme d'un support (14) en forme de segment de cercle, opposée à la première arête d'axe d'articulation, et dans lequel respectivement deux des éléments de paroi (10, 20) sont reliés entre eux par l'intermédiaire du joint rotatif à glissière (16) formé par la première et la deuxième arêtes (12, 14), en prise arrière entre elles, d'éléments de paroi (10, 20) adjacents, de manière à ce que les éléments de paroi (10, 20) soient verticalement coulissants l'un par rapport à l'autre et horizontalement rotatifs l'un par rapport à l'autre jusqu'à un angle de minimum 60°, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins deux des éléments de paroi (10, 20) sont reliés à au moins une tige télescopique (30) par l'intermédiaire du joint rotatif à glissière (16), de manière à ce que les aux moins deux éléments de paroi (10, 20) soient verticalement coulissants l'un par rapport à l'autre et horizontalement rotatifs l'un par rapport à l'autre par rapport à la tige télescopique (30).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le support (14) en forme de segment de cercle présente une fente (18) s'étendant sur toute la longueur de la deuxième arête.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans lequel la fente (18) présente une largeur angulaire de 80° à 150°.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel les éléments de paroi (10, 20) sont construits en métal ou en matière plastique.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel les éléments de paroi (10, 20) sont identiques.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, lequel dispositif (100) présente quatre, cinq ou six éléments de paroi (10, 20).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel les éléments de paroi (10, 20) forment un tube (200) ou une paroi (300).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, dans lequel la tige télescopique (30) présente sur ses extrémités un support (32) en forme de segment de cercle et un épaississement (34) circulaire.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, dans lequel le support (14), en forme de segment de cercle, de l'arête de rail articulé est réalisé en tant qu'un tube ouvert présentant une fente (18).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, dans lequel l'épaississement (12) circulaire de l'arête d'axe d'articulation est réalisé comme tube.
- Procédé de fabrication d'un dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, dans lequel des éléments de paroi (10, 20) comportant une première et une deuxième arête (12, 14) opposée, la première arête étant une arête d'axe d'articulation réalisée sous forme d'un épaississement (12) circulaire et la deuxième arête étant une arête de rail articulé réalisée sous forme d'un support (14) comprenant une fente s'étendant sur toute la longueur de la deuxième arête, sont reliés entre eux, de préférence du fait que l'arête d'axe d'articulation (12) d'un élément de paroi (10) est insérée dans l'arête de rail articulé à travers l'extrémité d'arête (21) ouverte de l'arête de rail articulé (14) d'un élément de paroi (20) supplémentaire le long de l'axe longitudinal de cette arête de rail articulé (14), les deux éléments de paroi (10, 20) étant reliés entre eux, verticalement et horizontalement, de manière réversiblement déplaçable, de préférence un ou plusieurs éléments de paroi supplémentaires étant joints et reliés par répétition de l'étape de procédé mentionnée plus haut, et au moins une tige télescopique (30) étant reliée, verticalement et horizontalement, aux au moins deux éléments de paroi (10, 20) de manière réversiblement déplaçable.
- Procédé destiné à protéger des êtres vivants mis en péril par un déversement de produit en vrac ou des objets au moyen du dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10, dans lequel dans une première étape de procédé a), au moins deux éléments de paroi comportant une première et une deuxième arête (12, 14) opposée, la première arête étant réalisée sous forme d'un épaississement (12) circulaire et la deuxième arête étant réalisée sous forme d'un support (14) en forme de segment de cercle comprenant une fente s'étendant sur toute la longueur de la deuxième arête, sont fournis, dans lequel dans une deuxième étape de procédé b), les aux moins deux éléments de paroi sont reliés entre eux de manière verticalement coulissante l'un contre l'autre et horizontalement de manière rotative, et dans lequel dans une troisième étape de procédé c), les au moins deux éléments de paroi reliés entre eux sont placés entre le produit en vrac et les êtres vivants ou les objets, dans lequel dans une étape de procédé supplémentaire, les au moins deux éléments de paroi sont reliés à une tige télescopique de manière verticalement coulissante et horizontalement rotative.
- Utilisation d'un dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10, destiné à la protection d'êtres vivants ou d'objets contre le déversement de produit en vrac.
