Claims (12)

  1. Corps abrasif (1) composé d'un matériau de support (5) et d'un abrasif (2) appliqué sur celui-ci par adhérence, lequel corps abrasif (1) présente un bord non abrasif délimitant sur le côté la zone active de l'abrasif (2), caractérisé en ce que le bord non abrasif est formé par un matériau (3) appliqué qui lisse la structure de l'abrasif (2).
  2. Corps abrasif (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il s'agit d'un matériau (3) minéral ou polymère.
  3. Corps abrasif (1) selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le matériau minéral (3) prévu est du plâtre.
  4. Corps abrasif (1) selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le matériau polymère (3) prévu est un vernis bicomposant.
  5. Corps abrasif (1) selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le matériau polymère (3) prévu est une résine polyester bicomposant.
  6. Corps abrasif (1) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que le matériau (3) lissant structure de l'abrasif (2) est appliqué sur une épaisseur de 30 à 40 µm.
  7. Corps abrasif (1) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que le matériau (3) lissant la structure de l'abrasif (2) est appliqué par sérigraphie, impression au tampon, pulvérisation, au tampon, au pinceau, par trempage ou par collage.
  8. Corps abrasif (1) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que le matériau de support (5) est un textile, un papier, un film plastique ou une plaque de substrat.
  9. Corps abrasif (1) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que l'abrasif (2) est retenu par un liant (4) sur le matériau de support (5).
  10. Corps abrasif (1) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce qu'un moyen d'assemblage (6) est disposé sur le côté du matériau de support (5) opposé à l'abrasif (2) en vue de l'assemblage du corps abrasif (1) avec un appareil de ponçage.
  11. Corps abrasif (1) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce que la grosseur des grains de l'abrasif (2) se situe entre 2500 et 7000, de préférence à 3000.
  12. Corps abrasif (1) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisé en ce que le matériau de support (5) présente une épaisseur comprise entre 30 et 70 µm, de préférence de 50 µm.
