Definitions
- the invention relates to a ventilation system for ventilating a room with a first room zone and a second room zone, with an outside air unit of an exhaust air unit and with an air duct.
- Ventilation devices for ventilation of a room are known from the prior art as decentralized ventilation units.
- a decentralized ventilation unit is mounted directly in the room where the ventilation requirement exists.
- the ventilation unit is often arranged on the inside of an outer wall of a room.
- CH 229 153 describes a ventilation system in which the air passes through a cavity before entering the room to be heated.
- the air is introduced from the outside into the cavity and then enters through appropriate air outlets in the lounge.
- the air inlet into the cavity is located in a first Wall, a channel for the outflow of air is located in a second wall, which is opposite to the first wall.
- the invention is based on the object to provide a ventilation device that allows an improved constant supply of fresh air, in particular, the air hygiene in terms of health protection should be improved.
- the air duct leads from the outdoor air unit through the first room zone in the second room zone, wherein the outdoor air unit and the exhaust unit are guided through a first wall of the room and the air supply unit is located in the region of a second wall of the room. Consequently, the air is first conveyed from the outside air unit into the air duct.
- the air duct preferably has no openings, so that no fresh air exits the air duct in the first room zone.
- the air in the area of the second wall is blown into the room through the supply air unit.
- the air is distributed in the room and moves in the direction of the first room zone.
- the exhaust air is conveyed out of the room by the exhaust unit in the first wall.
- This cross ventilation causes fresh air to flow completely through the room by circulating the air from the outdoor air unit through the air duct to the second wall and from there back to the first wall.
- the outside air unit and the exhaust unit are located in a wall, preferably in an exterior wall of a building, so that air can be introduced into the space from outside and then transported outside again.
- a room wall, a house wall or a ceiling is provided as a wall.
- the outside air unit and / or exhaust air unit are arranged in the region of a window.
- the first wall is an outer wall and the second wall is another wall of the room.
- the second wall is a ceiling or a floor or an inner wall, which lies opposite the outer wall.
- the air duct is guided on the ceiling or on a floor of the room to Zu Kunststofftechnik.
- a Zu povertygitter is arranged in the Zu Kunststoffä, which is suitable to scatter a supply air.
- the fresh air is divided into a plurality of partial flows and therefore widely diversified into the interior, and does not enter the room as a single air flow, which the user perceives as unpleasant.
- the air is well distributed in the room through the various partial flows.
- the outside air unit has at least one of the following components: an outside air filter, a coarse filter, a silencer, and or a UV filter.
- the outside air grille prevents foreign objects from entering the ventilation system from the outside.
- the coarse filter filters out coarser dirt particles from the air.
- the silencer causes a noise reduction of the ventilation system.
- the UV filter Through the UV filter, the incoming air is irradiated by means of an ultraviolet lamp, which kills germs that are in the air. Through these components improved air hygiene is achieved. Especially in heavily polluted conurbations unfiltered air is hazardous to health.
- the use of the components roughly cleans the air in a first step, it being advantageous if as many as possible, preferably all of these components are used.
- the outdoor air unit is designed as a wall duct, which is preferably mounted in an apartment in the outer wall.
- This bore in the outer wall is preferably a KernlochBohrung, in particular a round hole.
- the hole is angular, in particular square or rectangular designed.
- the arrangement of the outside air unit in a bore within the outer wall has the advantage that all components, so the outer wall grid, the coarse filter, the muffler and the UV filter can be accommodated in the hole.
- the outside air unit is pre-assembled as a module and is merely inserted into the core hole.
- the outside air unit is arranged on an outer wall and connected by a hose leading through the outer wall with the air duct.
- a fan unit is arranged in the air duct.
- the position of the fan unit is variable, i. E. it may be located in the vicinity of the outside air unit, in the vicinity of the air supply unit or in a position between the outside air and the air intake unit.
- the ventilation unit is arranged in the region of the first room zone.
- the fan unit preferably has at least one of the following components: a fine filter, a pollutant filter, a fan and / or a silencer.
- the fine filter filters particulate matter, such as inhalable fine dust (PM10) and respirable particulate matter (PM 2.5) out of the air.
- the pollutant filter filters out further pollutants from the air, in particular nitrogen oxides (NOX) and sulfur oxides (SOX).
- NOX nitrogen oxides
- SOX sulfur oxides
- an activated carbon filter and / or a chemical filter is used as the pollutant filter.
- the fan is used to convey air. Outside air is drawn in by the fan and transported through the air duct to the air intake unit.
- a constant volume flow fan is used as a fan, which calculates the air volume based on speed and current consumption.
- a remote control is provided, with which the user can control the operation of the fan. According to one aspect of the invention, it is provided that the user merely turns the fan on or off.
- the degree of contamination of the fine filter is determined by means of the speed of the fan.
- the speed of the fan decreases with increasing contamination of the filter. If the speed falls below a defined threshold, this is recognized as contamination of the filter, which makes a filter change necessary.
- the need for the filter change is indicated to the user by means of a signal, preferably an optical or acoustic signal. The user is thus informed in good time about the necessary replacement of the soiled filter.
- the air volume of the fan is also controlled by the user and can be controlled, for example, based on several stages of 'weak' to 'strong'. Furthermore, a further muffler is provided which further reduces the noise generated during operation of the ventilation system.
- the fan unit is configured as a pre-assembled module, which is positioned in the air duct during installation.
- the fan unit consists of EPS, in which the various components are plugged, and is surrounded by an injection molded housing.
- the air duct at least partially on the room side an insulating material in order to achieve a thermal separation between the incoming fresh air and the room air in the room, so that no condensation occurs in the region of the supply air.
- condensation can occur when warm outside air and cooler indoor air meet, which in turn can lead to mold growth. An insulation of the air duct to the room side prevents this condensation.
- an insulating layer is mounted on the air duct.
- the insulation is polystyrene with a smooth inner wall.
- the insulation is shaped so that it forms a channel.
- the insulation itself forms the air duct.
- This has the advantage that an additional air duct is omitted, since the insulation itself forms the air duct.
- this has the advantage that the air duct can be easily and quickly mounted by being placed on the ceiling or the room floor, for example, is glued.
- the air duct has a simple shape, in particular it is designed as a flat channel, in particular as a round, oval or square flat channel.
- the first room zone preferably occupies approximately one half of the room, the second room zone approximately the other half of the room, wherein the first room zone lies in the area of the outer wall of the room and the second room zone in the area of the inner wall of a room.
- An imaginary dividing line between the two spatial zones runs roughly in the middle of the room from the ceiling to the floor.
- the first room zone is larger or smaller than the second room zone.
- the first space zone occupies at least about one third of the space. This is necessary for the cross ventilation effect to be achieved.
- the ventilation system is designed as a supply air system. So that no condensation occurs in the room, it is necessary that colder air flows in the direction of a warmer air. If warmer air flows in the direction of the colder air, condensation would occur in the area where the two air streams meet.
- the ventilation system is therefore preferably designed as a supply air station. This means that there is overpressure in the room. Due to this overpressure, the air within the room, ie the colder air, flows in the direction of the warmer outside air, whereby condensation is avoided.
- only one exhaust port possibly with an exhaust grille, is provided. The fan unit thereby promotes more air in the room, as exiting through the exhaust port, whereby the desired pressure in the room is achieved.
- the ventilation system is designed as an exhaust system.
- the ventilation system is preferably used in this case, where the outside air has a lower temperature than the inside air. So that here the colder air flows in the direction of warmer air to avoid condensation, it is necessary to provide a negative pressure in the room. Due to this negative pressure, the colder outside air flows in the direction of the warmer inside air.
- a further fan unit is provided in the exhaust port. To achieve 'cold' to 'warm' air flow requires that the fan in the exhaust vent convey more air to the outside than the fan in the fan unit conveys into the room to achieve the desired negative pressure and hence air flow 'cold' to reach 'warm'.
- a pressure control is provided, in which the two fans in the fan unit and in the exhaust port communicate with each other, so that in each case the fan in the exhaust air unit promotes a higher volume of air than the fan in the fan unit.
- both fans are preferably coupled to one another in such a way that a change in the nominal air volume at the fan of the fan unit has a direct effect on the air volume of the fan in the exhaust air opening.
- Fig. 1 describes a ventilation system 1 for installation in a room 2.
- the room 2 has a first room zone 22 and a second room zone 23, wherein between the first room zone 22 and the second room zone 23 an imaginary dividing line 24 runs.
- the imaginary parting line 24 between the first room zone 22 and the second room zone 23 extends approximately in the middle of the room 2, from a ceiling 204 to a floor 203.
- the first room zone 22 and the second room zone 23 are in about the same size, although a different size ratio is possible.
- the space 2 has a ceiling 204, a floor 203, a first wall 201 and a second wall 202. In the region of the first wall 201, an outside air opening 21 is provided.
- an outside air unit 11 is introduced, through which outside air 31 enters an air duct 12.

Abstract
Description

- In
