Claims (15)

  1. Eisenbahnwagen (10), umfassend einen Wagenkasten (12), mindestens eine Komponente (16, 22), die an die Außenseite des Wagenkastens (10) befestigt ist, und ein Gehäuse (18, 26), das an die Außenseite des Wagenkastens befestigt ist, um die Komponente (16, 22) einzuschließen, wobei das Gehäuse (18, 22) mindestens eine Querwand (28, 30, 32, 34) umfasst, die dem Wagenkasten (12) gegenüber liegt, und mindestens eine Seitenklappenwand (36, 38, 40, 42), die zwischen einer geschlossenen Position, in der die Seitenklappenwand (36, 38, 40, 42) ein Volumen für die Komponente (16, 22) schließt, die zwischen der Querwand (28, 30, 32, 34) und dem Wagenkasten (12) definiert ist, und einer offenen Position bewegt werden kann, wobei das Gehäuse (18, 26) mit abnehmbaren Sicherungsmitteln (50, 52) ausgestattet ist, um die Seitenklappenwand (36, 38, 40, 42) in der geschlossenen Position zu sichern, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Seitenklappenwand (36, 38, 40, 42) und die Querwand (28, 30, 32, 34) aus einem leichten Material hergestellt sind, und dadurch, dass die Sicherungsmittel (50, 52) zwischen der Querwand (28, 30, 32, 34) und der Seitenklappenwand (36, 38, 40, 42) in der geschlossenen Position bereitgestellt sind, so dass die Querwand (28, 30, 32, 34), die Seitenklappenwand (36, 38, 40, 42) in der geschlossenen Position und die Sicherungsmittel eine einheitliche und interagierende selbst stützende und lasttragende Struktur bilden.
  2. Eisenbahnwagen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gehäuse in der offenen Position der Seitenklappenwand nicht selbst gestützt ist.
  3. Eisenbahnwagen nach Anspruch 1 oder Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Seitenklappenwand (36, 38, 40, 42) in der geschlossenen Position eine nach außen gerichtete Seite (28.11, 30.11, 32.11, 34.11) der Querwand (28, 30, 32, 24) überlappt und gegen diese gedrückt wird, so dass eine Bewegung parallel zu einer Ebene der nach außen gerichteten Fläche und senkrecht zu der nach außen gerichteten Fläche verhindert wird.
  4. Eisenbahnwagen nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Sicherungsmittel (50, 52) eine formschlüssige und/oder eine reibschlüssige Verbindung umfassen.
  5. Eisenbahnwagen nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Sicherungsmittel (50, 52) mindestens einen selbst zentrierenden verjüngten Lokalisator (52) umfassen, der vorzugsweise eine obere Seite aufweist, die in der geschlossenen Position der Seitenklappenwand sichtbar, vorzugsweise bündig mit der Seitenklappenwand ist.
  6. Eisenbahnwagen nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Sicherungsmittel (50, 52) mindestens eine Bolzen-Mutter-Verbindung (50) aufweisen.
  7. Eisenbahnwagen nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gehäuse weiter mindestens einen und vorzugsweise zwei einander gegenüberliegende Blechversteifungs-Endwände (44, 46) aufweist.
  8. Eisenbahnwagen nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gehäuse mindestens zwei Querwände (36, 38, 40, 42) und ein metallisches strukturelles Querelement (47) mit zwei Enden umfasst, die an die Karosserie (12) gesichert sind und einen Bogen bilden, der sich zwischen den zwei Querwänden (36, 38, 40, 42) erstreckt, wobei jeder der zwei Querwände (36, 38, 40, 42) an das strukturelle Querelement (47) befestigt ist.
  9. Eisenbahnwagen nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das leichte Material ein anisotropes Material ist, vorzugsweise ein Verbundmaterial, vorzugsweise ein faserverstärktes Verbundmaterial, vorzugsweise mit einer duroplastischen oder thermoplastischen Matrix.
  10. Eisenbahnwagen nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das leichte Material, insbesondere das faserverstärkte Verbundmaterial, ein Kernmaterial mit geringer Dichte umfasst, das zwischen faserverstärkten Schichten angeordnet ist, wobei das Kernmaterial vorzugsweise eine Wabenstruktur, eine Schaum- und/oder eine gefaltete Wabenstruktur ist, wobei das Kernmaterial vorzugsweise wasserdicht ist.
  11. Eisenbahnwagen nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gehäuse (18, 26) weiter mindestens ein metallisches Scharnier (48) umfasst, um die Seitenklappenwand (36, 38, 40, 42) gelenkig mit dem Wagenkasten (12) zu verbinden.
  12. Eisenbahnwagen nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Scharnier (48) derart ist, dass es die Translationsbewegung der Seitenklappenwand (36, 38, 40, 42) mit Bezug auf den Wagenkasten (12) parallel zu einer Schwenkachse (48.3) des Scharniers (48) begrenzt oder verhindert.
  13. Eisenbahnwagen nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gehäuse (18, 26) mindestens eine Seitenklappenwand (36, 38, 40, 42) auf jeder Seite des Eisenbahnwagens umfasst.
  14. Eisenbahnwagen nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gehäuse (26) an einen Unterrahmen des Wagenkastens (12) befestigt ist und die Querwand (28, 30, 32, 34) eine untere Wand ist.
  15. Eisenbahnwagen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gehäuse (18) an ein Dach (14) des Wagenkastens befestigt ist und die Querwand eine Deckwand ist.
