Claims (10)
- Unité formant un silencieux (1), destinée en particulier à un véhicule automobile,- comprenant un boîtier (4) en deux parties, pourvu d'une première et d'une deuxième partie de boîtier (2, 3) respectivement réalisées à la manière d'une coque,- une ouverture de sortie et une ouverture d'entrée (5, 6) étant prévues dans le boîtier (4),- comprenant un fond de sortie (12) et un fond d'entrée (13), qui sont insérés dans l'ouverture de sortie (5) ou dans l'ouverture d'entrée (6)- le fond de sortie (12) et le fond d'entrée (13) étant réalisés respectivement sous la forme d'un couvercle pouvant être emboîté dans l'ouverture de sortie (5) ou dans l'ouverture d'entrée (6),- l'ouverture de sortie (5) et l'ouverture d'entrée (6) présentant respectivement tout autour d'une périphérie extérieure un col de sortie (22) ou un col d'entrée, qui fait respectivement saillie du boîtier (4) vers l'extérieur,caractérisée en ce- que le fond de sortie (12) et le fond d'entrée (13) présentent respectivement un col de fond de sortie (23) ou un col de fond d'entrée complémentaire au col de sortie (22) ou au col d'entrée, lesquels dépassent respectivement de manière à s'éloigner du fond de sortie (12) ou du fond d'entrée (13) en direction du boîtier (2).
- Unité formant un silencieux (1) selon la revendication 1,
caractérisée en ce
qu'à un état monté de l'unité formant un silencieux,- une surface périphérique extérieure (24) du col de fond de sortie (23) repose au moins en partie au niveau d'une surface périphérique intérieure (25) du col de sortie (22), et- une surface périphérique extérieure du col de fond d'entrée repose au moins en partie au niveau d'une surface périphérique intérieure du col d'entrée. - Unité formant un silencieux (1) selon la revendication 2,
caractérisée en ce
que dans l'état monté- la surface périphérique extérieure (24) du col de fond de sortie (23) est soudée à la surface périphérique intérieure (25) du col de sortie (22) et/ou à une section d'extrémité du col de sortie (22), et- en ce que la surface périphérique extérieure du col de fond d'entrée est soudée à la surface périphérique intérieure du col d'entrée et/ou à une section d'extrémité du col d'entrée. - Unité formant un silencieux (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
caractérisée en ce- que le fond de sortie (12) présente au moins une ouverture de passage (14, 15) servant à recevoir au moins un tuyau de sortie (16, 17), et/ou en ce- que le fond d'entrée (13) présente au moins une ouverture de passage (20) servant à recevoir au moins un tuyau d'entrée (19). - Unité formant un silencieux (1) selon la revendication 4,
caractérisée en ce- qu'au moins un tuyau de sortie (16, 17) est mis en place, en particulier au moyen d'un soudage, dans l'ouverture de passage (14, 15) au moins au nombre de une du fond de sortie (12), et/ou en ce- qu'au moins un tuyau d'entrée est mis en place, en particulier au moyen d'un soudage, dans l'ouverture de passage (20) au moins au nombre de une du fond d'entrée (13). - Unité formant un silencieux (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
caractérisée en ce- que l'ouverture de sortie (5) est prévue au moins en partie aussi bien dans la première que dans la deuxième partie de boîtier (2, 3),- en ce que l'ouverture d'entrée (6) est prévue au moins en partie aussi bien dans la première que dans la deuxième partie de boîtier (2, 3). - Unité formant un silencieux (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
caractérisée en ce
que la première et/ou la deuxième partie de boîtier (2, 3) sont fabriquées à partir d'un matériau austénitique et/ou ferritique. - Unité formant un silencieux (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
caractérisée en ce
qu'une épaisseur de paroi de la première et/ou de la deuxième partie de boîtier (2, 3) présente une valeur comprise entre 0,8 mm et 3,0 mm, de préférence une valeur de 1,0 mm. - Unité formant un silencieux (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
caractérisée en ce
que l'unité formant un silencieux (1) est réalisée de telle manière qu'elle présente, dans un état monté, une première fréquence propre d'au moins 200 Hz, de préférence d'au moins 300 Hz. - Système de gaz d'échappement destiné à un véhicule automobile, comprenant :- une unité formant un silencieux (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,- une conduite d'amenée reliée de manière fluidique à l'unité formant un silencieux (1) servant à amener des gaz d'échappement dans l'unité formant un silencieux (1),- une conduite d'évacuation reliée de manière fluidique à l'unité formant un silencieux (1) servant à évacuer des gaz d'échappement de l'unité formant un silencieux (1).
