Claims (8)

  1. Silencieux pour un système d'échappement d'un moteur à combustion en particulier d'un véhicule automobile,
    - avec une enveloppe (2) qui présente une coque supérieure (5) et une coque inférieure (6) ainsi qu'une ouverture d'entrée (3) et au moins une ouverture de sortie (4),
    - au moins une de ces ouvertures (3) étant ménagée dans un fond (9) qui est inséré entre la coque supérieure (5) et la coque inférieure (6) et qui fait partie intégrante de l'enveloppe (2).
  2. Silencieux selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce qu'
    au moins une autre de ces ouvertures (4) est ménagée dans une des coques (6) et est disposée à distance d'une ligne séparatrice (7) le long de laquelle sont fixées les coques (5, 6) entre elles.
  3. Silencieux selon la revendication 1 ou 2,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le fond (9) est plan et présente un bord externe (10) coudé et circulaire le long duquel est fixé le fond (9) sur les coques (5, 6).
  4. Silencieux selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le fond (9) comprend au moins une ouverture d'entrée (3).
  5. Silencieux selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le fond (9) présente une épaisseur de paroi plus importante que les coques (5, 6).
  6. Silencieux selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5,
    caractérisé en ce qu'
    une ligne séparatrice (7) le long de laquelle sont fixées les coques (5, 6) entre elles, se trouve dans un plan de séparation (11).
  7. Silencieux selon la revendication 6,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le fond (9) se trouve dans un plan de fond qui est incliné entre 80° et 100° par rapport au plan de séparation (11).
