Description
- Die Erfindung betrifft ein Kochfeld mit einer Kamera zur Erkennung von Bediengesten.
- In der nicht vorveröffentlichten
DE 10 2011 075 187 ist eine Kamera zur Haushaltsgerätesteuerung mittels Steuergesten beschrieben. Die Kamera ist in einer Herdmulde unterhalb einer Glaskeramikplatte angeordnet. - In Herdmulden können jedoch während des Betriebs Temperaturen auftreten, die eine zulässige Betriebstemperatur der Kamera übersteigen, so dass konstruktive Maßnahmen vorzusehen sind, die verhindern, dass die zulässige Betriebstemperatur überschritten wird.
- Die
EP 1 517 089 A1 zeigt ein elektrisches Haushaltsgerät mit einer Bedienvorrichtung für ein Kochsystem mit einem Kochfeld und einer Bedienfläche, wobei eine Kamera unterhalb des Kochfelds angeordnet ist. - Die
WO 2005/106335 A2 zeigt ein Kochfeld, bei dem eine Kamera unterhalb einer Glasplatte angeordnet ist. - Die
DE 103 61 341 A1 zeigt eine Vorrichtung zur Bedienung eines Kochfelds mit einer Videokamera, die hinter dem Kochfeld angeordnet ist. - Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, ein Kochfeld mit einer Kamera zur Erkennung von Bediengesten zur Verfügung zu stellen, welches eine möglichst einfache und kostengünstige Integration der Kamera ermöglicht.
- Die Erfindung löst diese Aufgabe durch ein Kochfeld nach Anspruch 1. Bevorzugte Ausführungsformen sind Gegenstand der Unteransprüche, deren Wortlaut hiermit zum Inhalt der Beschreibung gemacht wird.
- Das Kochfeld weist auf: ein Begrenzungselement, welches das Kochfeld in einer Kochfeldebene an mindestens einer Seite begrenzt, und eine herkömmliche Kamera zur Erkennung von Bediengesten, wobei die Kamera in einer Ausnehmung, beispielsweise in Form einer Bohrung, einer kaskadierten Bohrung mit unterschiedlichen Durchmessern, oder eines Sacklochs, des Begrenzungselements, außerhalb einer Kochmulde angeordnet ist. Da die Kamera nicht in der Kochmulde selbst bzw. nicht unter einer Glaskeramikplatte angeordnet ist, ist sie den dort auftretenden Temperaturen nicht ausgesetzt. Das Begrenzungselement kann darüber hinaus Wärme gut an die Umgebung abgeben, sodass größere Temperaturschwankungen vermieden werden können.
- Das Begrenzungselement ist ein herkömmlicher Kochmuldenrahmen. Der Kochmuldenrahmen kann das Kochfeld vollständig einrahmen.
- Das Begrenzungselement kann das Kochfeld an einer solchen Seite begrenzen, die einem Benutzer zuzuwenden ist. Dies ist in der Regel die Vorderseite des Kochfeldes.
- Das Begrenzungselement kann aus Metall bestehen. Beispielsweise kann das Begrenzungselement ein umlaufender Edelstahlrahmen sein.
- Das Kochfeld kann ein mit der Kamera synchronisiertes Leuchtmittel, insbesondere ein Infrarotleuchtmittel, aufweisen.
- Das Kochfeld kann eine Glaskeramikplatte aufweisen, auf der herkömmliche Kochstellen bzw. Kochzonen vorgesehen sind, wobei das Leuchtmittel unterhalb der Glaskeramikplatte angeordnet ist.
- Die Kamera kann eine 2-D-Kamera oder eine 3-D-Kamera, beispielsweise eine TOF- oder eine Stereo-Kamera, sein.
- Die Erfindung wird nachfolgend unter Bezugnahme auf die Zeichnung beschrieben, die bevorzugte Ausführungsformen der Erfindung darstellt. Hierbei zeigt schematisch:

- ein Kochfeld mit einer Kamera zur Erkennung von Bediengesten gemäß einer ersten Ausführungsform.

Fig. 1 zeigt schematisch ein Kochfeld 1 a mit einem Begrenzungselement in Form eines umlaufenden Kochmuldenrahmens 2a aus Edelstahl, der eine Glaskeramikplatte 6 mit mehreren Kochstellen bzw. Kochzonen 8 einrahmt, und einer herkömmlichen 2D- oder 3-D-Kamera 3 zur Erkennung von Bediengesten. Optional kann ein herkömmliches, ergänzendes Bedienelement 7 vorgesehen sein, beispielsweise in Form eines Drehknebels, eines kapazitiven Tasters zum Ein- bzw. Ausschalten, etc. - Die Kamera 3 ist in einer vorderseitigen Ausnehmung 4 des Kochmuldenrahmens 2a angeordnet, wobei Anschlussleitungen 3a nach unten, in Richtung einer nicht dargestellten Auswerteeinheit geführt sind. Die Ausnehmung kann, wie dargestellt, in Form einer Bohrung realisiert sein. Alternativ können beispielsweise vertikal aneinander angrenzende Bohrungen mit unterschiedlichen Durchmessern vorgesehen sein, wobei ein Durchmesser der oberen Bohrung mit einem Durchmesser der Kamera 3 korrespondiert und die untere Bohrung einen geringeren Durchmesser aufweist, der derart gewählt ist, dass die Anschlussleitungen 3a nach außen geführt werden können.
- Ein Infrarot(IR)-Leuchtmittel 5 ist in einem Bereich unterhalb der Glaskeramikplatte 6 vorgesehen, welche für IR-Licht relativ durchlässig ist. Das IR-Leuchtmittel 5 ist mit einer Shutter-Frequenz der Kamera 3 synchronisiert.
- Erfindungsgemäß ist die Kamera außerhalb der Kochmulde in einem Seitenteil des Kochfelds platziert, beispielsweise in einem Metallrahmen des Kochfeldes. Dieser Metallrahmen an der Vorderseite kann die Wärme gut an die Umgebung abgeben, so dass größere Temperaturschwankungen vermieden werden können.
- Es können weitere konstruktive Maßnahmen dahingehend getroffen werden, dass kein heißes Kochgeschirr in diesem Bereich auf der Kamera abgestellt werden kann.
Claims (7)
- Kochfeld (1 a, 1 b), aufweisend- ein Begrenzungselement in Form eines Kochmuldenrahmens (2a, 2b), der das Kochfeld (1 a, 1 b) an mindestens einer Seite begrenzt, und- eine Kamera (3) zur Erkennung von Bediengesten,dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass- die Kamera (3) in einer Ausnehmung (4) des Kochmuldenrahmens (2a, 2b) angeordnet ist.
- Kochfeld nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass- das Begrenzungselement das Kochfeld an einer Seite begrenzt, die einem Benutzer zuzuwenden ist.
- Kochfeld nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass- der Kochmuldenrahmen das Kochfeld vollständig einrahmt.
- Kochfeld nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass- das Begrenzungselement aus Metall besteht.
- Kochfeld nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet durch- ein mit der Kamera synchronisiertes Leuchtmittel (5).
- Kochfeld nach Anspruch 5, gekennzeichnet durch- eine Glaskeramikplatte (6), wobei das Leuchtmittel unterhalb der Glaskeramikplatte angeordnet ist.
- Kochfeld nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass- die Kamera eine 2-D-Kamera oder eine 3-D-Kamera ist.
