背景技术
在未预先公布的DE 10 2011 075 187中,描述了一种借助控制手势进行家用电器控制的摄像机。该摄像机被布置在玻璃陶瓷板下面的炉子平台或炉灶平台框架中。
然而,在操作期间,在炉子平台中,可能出现超过摄像机的允许的操作温度的温度,从而应该采取防止超过允许的操作温度的构造措施。
发明内容
本发明的潜在目的是提供一种具有用于识别操作手势的摄像机的炉灶(也叫做炉旁搁架),其允许最简单且节省成本地集成摄像机。
本发明通过根据权利要求1的炉灶来实现该目的。优选实施例是从属权利要求的主题,其用语由此通过引用被并入到该说明书的内容中。
该炉灶包括:边界或限定元件,其在炉灶平面内至少在一边界定或限定了该炉灶,和用于识别操作手势的常规摄像机,其中摄像机被布置在烹饪或炉灶平台外的边界元件的凹进内,该凹进例如采用孔、具有不同直径的阶式孔(cascaded hole)、或盲孔的形式。由于摄像机没有被布置在烹饪平台本身内,或者不在玻璃陶瓷板下面,其不容易受到那里出现的温度的影响。而且,边界元件可以熟练地向环境散热,从而可以防止较大的温度波动。
边界元件可以在朝向使用者定向的这一边界定炉灶。一般地,这是炉灶的前侧。
边界元件可以是常规的烹饪或炉灶平台框架(也叫做炉台框架)。炉灶平台框架可以完全框住炉灶。
作为替换,边界元件可以是特别地被提供在炉灶前侧处的操作杆,并且在其上可以提供操作元件以补充手势控制。
边界元件可以由金属制成。例如,边界元件可以是四周环绕式不锈钢框架。
炉灶可以包括与摄像机同步的光源,特别是红外光源。
炉灶可以包括玻璃陶瓷板,在其上提供常规烹饪区域或烹饪地带,其中光源被布置在玻璃陶瓷板的下面。
摄像机可以是2维(2D)摄像机或3维(3D)摄像机,例如飞行时间(TOF)摄像机或立体摄像机。

图1示意性地示出炉灶1a,其具有采用由不锈钢制成的四周环绕式烹饪平台框架2a形式的边界元件,该边界元件框住包括几个烹饪区域或烹饪地带8的玻璃陶瓷板6,并且具有用于识别操作手势的常规2D摄像机或3D摄像机3。可选地,可以提供常规的补充操作元件7,例如为用于接通或关断的旋转钮、电容按钮等的形式。
摄像机3被布置在烹饪平台框架2a的前侧凹进4中,其中连接引线3a沿未示出的评估单元的方向被向下引导。如所示,凹进可以以孔的形式实现。作为替换,可以提供彼此垂直邻接且具有不同直径的孔,例如,其中上部孔的直径对应摄像机3的直径,下部孔具有较小直径,其被选择为使得连接引线3a可以被引导到外部。
红外(IR)光源5被提供在对红外光相对半透明的玻璃陶瓷板6的下面的区域内。该红外光源5与摄像机3的快门频率同步。
图2示出根据另一实施例的炉灶1b。在这个实施例中,取代图1所示的四周环绕式烹饪平台框架2a,提供其中集成有摄像机3的前侧操作杆2b。
根据本发明,摄像机位于炉灶侧面部分内炉灶平台的外面,例如在炉灶的金属框架内。所述前侧处的金属框架或操作杆可以熟练地向环境散热,从而可以防止较大的温度波动。
可以采取另外的构造措施以便热的炊具不能被放到这个区域中的摄像机上。

Claims (9)

1.一种炉灶(1a,1b),包括:
至少在一边界定该炉灶(1a,1b)的边界元件(2a,2b),和
用于识别操作手势的摄像机(3),
其特征在于:
该摄像机(3)被布置在该边界元件(2a,2b)的凹进(4)内。
2.根据权利要求1的炉灶,其特征在于:该边界元件在朝向使用者定向的一边界定炉灶。
3.根据权利要求1或2的炉灶,其特征在于:该边界元件是炉灶平台框架。
4.根据权利要求3的炉灶,其特征在于:炉灶平台框架完全框住炉灶。
5.根据权利要求1或2的炉灶,其特征在于:该边界元件是操作杆。
6.根据前述任一项权利要求的炉灶,其特征在于:该边界元件由金属制成。
7.根据前述任一项权利要求的炉灶,其特征在于:与摄像机同步的光源(5)。
8.根据权利要求7的炉灶,其特征在于:玻璃陶瓷板(6),其中该光源被布置在该玻璃陶瓷板下面。
9.根据前述任一项权利要求的炉灶,其特征在于:该摄像机是2维(2D)摄像机或3维(3D)摄像机。
