Abstract
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Sandwichpaneel umfassend eine erste Deckschicht, eine zweite, zur ersten Deckschicht im wesentlichen parallele Deckschicht, einen zwischen den Deckschichten vorgesehenen Sandwichkern sowie zwei gegenüberliegenden Stirnflächen an den Längsseiten. Die Erfindung ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stirnseiten abgeschrägt oder gestuft derart ausgebildet sind, dass (i) zwei in gleicher Orientierung an den Stirnseiten zusammengefügte und aneinanderliegende Sandwichpaneele im 90°-Winkel zueinander angeordnet sind und (ii) zwei in umgekehrter Orientierung an den Stirnseiten zusammengefügte und aneinanderliegende Sandwichpaneel in der gleichen Ebene liegen, also eine 180° Verbindung realisiert ist.

Beschreibung
Sandwichpaneel
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Sandwichpaneel gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1 .
Entsprechende Sandwichpaneels sind bereits in den beiden nachveröffentlichten Dokumenten DE 10 2009 036 582 sowie DE 10 2009 036 583 beschrieben.
Insbesondere sind die Sandwichpaneels als Fertigelemente für ein kostengünstig aufzustellendes Haus vorgesehen.
Herkömmlicherweise werden solche Sandwichpaneels beim Aufbau einer flächenhaften Konstruktion, wie beispielsweise einer Wandkonstruktion über Verbindungsprofile an den Stirnseiten miteinander gekoppelt. Insbesondere auch bei den Eckverbindungen, also bei einer Erstellung einer Wandecke, beispielsweise im 90°-Winkel, werden solche Verbindungsprofile (hier: Eckverbindungsprofile) verwendet.
Nachteilig an der Verwendung solcher Verbindungsprofile ist jedoch die Erhöhung der für den Aufbau einer Wand notwendigen Konstruktionselemente, was die Kosten erhöht und die Logistik wie auch die Komplexität erhöht.
Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung ist es, flächenförmige Gebilde, z.B. Wände oder Decken, aus den vorgenannten Sandwichpaneels sowohl im 180°- wie auch im 90°-Winkel ohne zusätzliche Verbindungsprofile herstellen und aufbauen zu können. Insbesondere soll es möglich sein, aus den Sandwichpaneels Wände für ein Haus herstellen zu können, wobei eine möglichst geringe Anzahl verschiedener
Bauteile verwendet und auf ein Rahmensystem, in das die Sandwichpaneels eingehängt oder montiert werden, verzichtet werden kann.
Diese Aufgabe wird durch die im Anspruch 1 genannten Merkmale gelöst.
Demgemäß werden bei Sandwichpaneels der eingangs genannten Art die Stirnseiten an zwei gegenüberliegenden und zueinander parallelen Längsseiten derart abgeschrägt oder gestuft ausgebildet, dass (i) zwei um 90° zueinander gedrehte Sandwichpaneels an der Stirnseite formschlüssig zusammengefügt werden können und dabei eine 90°-Ecke ausbilden und (ii) ein um 180° gedrehtes Sandwichpaneel mit einem anderen nicht gedrehten Sandwichpaneel zur Realisierung einer 180°-Verbindung formschlüssig aneinander anschließen. Auf diese Art und Weise können ohne zusätzliche Profile, Rahmen oder sonstige Verbindungselemente Wände und Eckverbindungen im 90°-Winkel gebildet werden. Dabei können die Stirnseiten nicht nur einfach sondern auch mehrfach abgestuft oder in anderer geeigneter Weise ausgebildet sein.
Ist die Stirnseite einfach abgestuft, so sind vorzugsweise alle Flächen der Stufung mit gleicher Breite gewählt, da dann ein vollständiges Aneinanderliegen der einander zugewandten Flächen benachbarter Stirnseiten von zwei zusammenzufügenden Sandwichpaneels aufeinander zu liegen kommen.
Die Stirnseite kann auch durch Einbringen eines zusätzlichen Profils in die Sandwichpaneels erzeugt werden.
Sowohl bei der abgeschrägten wie auch bei der gestuften Version der Stirnseiten ist es möglich, zwei benachbarte Sandwichpaneel durch Schraubverbindungen, Kleben, Nieten, etc. miteinander zu fixieren, egal ob die Verbindung eine 180°- oder eine 90°-Verbindung ist.
Gemäß einer besonders bevorzugten Ausführungsform sind die Flächen der Stirnseiten mit ein oder mehreren Dichtvorrichtungen, beispielsweise Dichtraupen, die sich über deren gesamte Länge erstrecken, versehen, so dass eine
Feuchtigkeits- und Winddichtekopplung von zwei benachbarten Sandwichpaneels hergestellt werden kann. Diese Dichtvorrichtungen können auch zumindest teilweise in Nuten aufgenommen sein oder bereits in die Stirnseiten integriert sein, falls die Stirnseiten beispielsweise aus einem extrudierten Profil bestehen.
Gemäß einer weiteren vorzugsweisen Ausführungsform sind die Sandwichpaneels standardisiert in einer festgelegten Anzahl von Längen, beispielsweise drei Längen ausgebildet, mit denen sich Wände mit und ohne Tür- und Fensteröffnungen mit nur sehr wenig unterschiedlichen Elementen bilden lassen.
Die Deckschichten können dabei aus Stahl, Aluminium, Kunststoff oder Kunststoffcompound oder Holzmaterial bestehen oder diese Materialien enthalten. Der Sandwichkern kann beispielsweise aus einem zur Steifigkeit der Konstruktion beitragenden Dämmmaterial, beispielsweise Polyurethan, Polystyrol oder Mineralwolle bestehen.
Gemäß einer besonders bevorzugten Ausführungsform ist eine oder sind beide Stirnflächen eines Sandwichpaneels durch entsprechende Umformung einer oder beider Deckenschichten ausgebildet, so dass jede Stirnflächen integral mit einer Deckschicht ausgebildet ist.
Die Deckschichten können auf unterschiedlichste Weise miteinander verbunden sein. Einerseits ist es möglich, dass sie durch den Sandwichkern miteinander verbunden, beispielsweise verklebt, sind. Weiter ist es möglich, dass die Deckschichten unmittelbar miteinander verbunden sind, beispielsweise durch eine entsprechende Falzung, durch Nieten oder auch durch eine clipsende Verrastung, welche unmittelbar oder unter Zwischenschaltung eines separaten Elements erreicht werden kann.
Die Erfindung wird nachfolgend anhand eines konkreten Ausführungsbeispiels und mit Bezug auf die beigefügten Zeichnungen näher erläutert. Die Zeichnungen zeigen in
Figur 1 eine schematische Querschnittsdarstellung eines erfindungsgemäßen Sandwichpaneels,

Das in Figur 1 im Querschnitt schematisch dargestellte Sandwichpaneel besteht im wesentlichen aus einer ersten Deckschicht 12, einer zweiten Deckschicht und einem Sandwichkern 1 16. Die erste Deckschicht 12 erstreckt sich ebenfalls über die beiden Stirnbereiche 20, wobei es entsprechend umgeformt ist und bildet diese mit. Die zweite Deckschicht 14 ist im wesentlichen parallel zur ersten Deckschicht 12 angeordnet und weist an deren Längsseiten Falzungen auf, mittels denen die
beiden Deckschichten 12 und 14 in diesen Falzbereichen miteinander verbunden sind, um eine einheitliche und gegenüber dem Innenraum abgeschlossene Außenhaut herzustellen. Der so hergestellte Innenraum ist mit einem als Sandwichkern dienenden Schaummaterial 16 aus Polyurethanmaterial ausgeschäumt. Natürlich können jederzeit auch andere Kernmaterialien verwendet werden.
Natürlich können die Deckschichten 12 und 14 auch auf andere Weise miteinander verbunden werden, beispielsweise über separate Elemente aus Blech, Kunststoff oder Holz.
Bei der Herstellung ist es insbesondere möglich, solche Sandwichpaneels in einer Doppelbandanlage herzustellen, wobei die Materialien für die Deckschichten 12 und 14 umgeformt oder als Stangenmaterial der Doppelbandanlage zugeführt und das Kernmaterial vor dem Einlauf in die Doppelbandanlage eingeführt wird.
Die beiden Stirnseiten 20 des Sandwichpaneels 10 sind bei der Ausführungsform in Figur 1 in einfach abgestufter Form ausgebildet, wobei in Höhe der halben Dicke h3 des Sandwichpaneels 10 eine Nase vorspringt. Dabei ist sowohl die Breite des Vorsprungs h2 wie auch die Höhe des Vorsprungs h3 genauso groß wie die verbleibende Höhe des hinter die Nase zurückspringenden Teils h-ι, so dass sich in der Querschnittsdarstellung in Fig. 1 eine Treppenform ergibt.
Die so ausgebildete Stufung ist geeignet, um ein formschlüssiges Zusammenfügen von zwei Sandwichpaneels 10 an ihren sich über die Längsseite erstreckenden Stirnseiten zu ermöglichen, und zwar auf zweierlei Arten. Fügt man zwei Sandwichpaneels zusammen, die um 90° gedreht sind, so wie in Fig. 2 dargestellt, so ergibt sich eine 90°-Eckverbindung (Bezugszeichen 22) wobei die Fläche hi eines Sandwichpaneels auf der Fläche h2 des benachbarten Sandwichpaneels zu liegen kommt und in gleicher Weise die Fläche h2 des ersten Sandwichpaneels auf der Fläche h3 des zweiten Sandwichpaneels zu liegen kommt.
Ordnet man die Sandwichpaneels in einer Weise an, dass jedes benachbarte Sandwichpaneel um 180° gedreht ist, so kann man, wie dies in Figur 3 dargestellt ist, ein insgesamt ebenes flächiges Gebilde in Form einer Wand realisieren, Mit anderen Worten kommt zwischen zwei benachbarten Sandwichpaneels jeweils eine 180°-Verbindung zustande. Dabei kommt jeweils die Nase einer Stufung in die durch den Rücksprung gebildete Ausnehmung des jeweils anschließenden Sandwichpaneels zu liegen.
In den Figuren 4 und 5 sind ähnliche Abbildungen wie in den Figuren 2 bzw. 3 gezeigt, wobei nunmehr jedoch durch Verschraubungen 26 sowohl die Eckverbindungen (Figur 4) wie auch die 180°-Verbindungen (Figur 5) realisiert werden können. Anstelle der Verschraubung ist es natürlich auch möglich Klebe-, Niet- oder sonstige Verbindungen zu wählen. Es ist lediglich notwendig, benachbarte Sandwichpaneels entsprechend miteinander zu fixieren.
In Figur 6 ist die Anordnung verschiedener Dichtraupen dargestellt. Dabei sind in den Bereich der Kontaktflächen an jeder Stirnseite eines Sandwichpaneels vorliegend jeweils zwei Dichtraupen vorgesehen, die sich beim Zusammenfügen ergänzen. Beim Zusammenfügen von benachbarten Sandwichpaneels in der 90°- Anordnung oder der 180°-Anordnung kommen diese Dichtanordnungen, beispielsweise Dichtraupen, zwischen benachbarten Flächen zu liegen und ergeben einen feuchtigkeits- und luftdichten Abschluss. Nicht dargestellt ist, dass diese Dichtraupen auch in Ausnehmungen (z.B. Nuten) teilweise aufgenommen sein können.
In Figur 7 ist zu erkennen, wie mit den in den vorhergehenden Figuren vorgestellten Sandwichpaneels ein Raum gebildet werden kann. So besteht der in Figur 7 dargestellte Raum aus zwei gegenüberliegenden Längs- und zwei gegenüberliegenden Querwänden, wobei die Längswände aus 5 jeweils in umgekehrter Orientierung benachbarten Paneels 30.1 bzw. 30.3 bestehen und die Querwände ebenfalls aus jeweils drei in umgekehrter Orientierung zueinander angeordneten Längspaneel 30.2 bzw. 30.4 bestehen. Lediglich die jeweils äußeren Paneel 30.1 mit 30.2, 30.2 mit 30.3, 30.3 mit 30.4 und 30.4 mit 30.1 ergeben die
90°-Eckverbindungen. Auf diese Weise ist klar, dass ein Haus in einem Rastermaß aufgebaut werden kann.
Verwendet man standardisierte Sandwichpaneels mit beispielsweise drei Längen, so kann man damit in einfachster Art und Weise Wände mit oder ohne Fenster- und Türöffnungen bilden, ohne dass ein nachträgliches Bearbeiten notwendig ist oder Abfallprodukte auftreten. Dies ist in Figur 8 dargestellt. So werden bei dem Wandaufbau in Figur 8 Standardpaneels mit einer ersten Länge L1 (Bezugszeichen 23), mit einer Länge L2 (Bezugszeichen 34) und mit einer Länge L3 (Bezugszeichen 36) verwendet. Werden zwei Sandwichpaneels mit der Länge L1 zusammengefügt, so ergibt sich eine geschlossene Wand. Wird zwischen zwei Paneels mit der Länge L1 lediglich ein Paneel mit der Länge L3 eingefügt, die oben angeordnet ist, so ergibt sich die Türöffnung wie in Figur 8 zu erkennen. Werden zwischen zwei Sandwichpaneels mit der Länge L1 oben ein Paneel mit der Länge L3 und unten ein Paneel mit der Länge L2 eingeführt, so ergibt sich eine Fensteröffnung, wie ebenfalls in Figur 8 zu erkennen.
Auf diese Art und Weise ergibt sich ein Schnellbausystem zur Errichtung von low- cost-Häusern. Dabei ist eine kostengünstige, weil kontinuierliche Herstellung der einzelnen Sandwichpaneels möglich. Auch lassen sich bei gleicher Konstruktion die verschiedensten Materialien für die Paneels verwenden, so kann die Deckschicht aus Stahl, Aluminium, Kunststoff oder Holz bestehen; die Kernschicht kann als Isolationsschicht beispielsweise aus Polyurethan, mit Feststoffen und/oder Recyclingmaterial gefülltem Polyurethan oder Polystyrol gebildet sein. Natürlich können auch Materialen wie Mineralwolle, etc. verwendet werden. Insgesamt ergibt sich durch die Konstruktion der mögliche Aufbau ohne Verbindungselemente in 180°- oder 90°-Weise.
Mit solchen Sandwichpaneels ist es möglich, mit einer möglichst geringen Anzahl unterschiedlicher Konstruktionselemente ein kostengünstiges Haus, möglichst unter Verzicht auf gesonderte Rahmensysteme, herzustellen. Die Statik des Gebäudes soll durch das Design der Sandwichpaneels, eine Verklebung der Deckschichten, den Sandwichkern und die Verbindung der Sandwichpaneels untereinander
erbracht werden. Falls notwendig, können am Boden Profile (U- oder T-Profile) angeordnet werden in die die Sandwichpaneel zur Ausbildung einer Wand eingesteckt werden. Dies sichert einen guten Halt. In gleicher Weise kann ein Ringanker am oberen Wandabschluss ebenfalls durch ein Profil realisiert werden. Natürlich ist es auch möglich, mit den erfindungsgemäßen Sandwichpaneels nicht nur Wände, sondern auch Decken eines Hauses auszubilden.

Claims
1 . Sandwichpaneel, insbesondere für die Verwendung bei einem Fertighaus, umfassend eine erste Deckschicht (12), eine zweite, zur ersten Deckschicht im wesentlichen parallele Deckschicht (14), einen zwischen den Deckschichten vorgesehenen Sandwichkern (16) sowie Stirnflächen (20) an zwei gegenüberliegenden, zueinander parallelen Längsseiten,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Stirnseiten (20) abgeschrägt oder gestuft derart ausgebildet sind, dass (i) zwei um 90° zueinander gedrehte Sandwichpaneels an der Stirnseite formschlüssig zusammenfügbar sind und dabei eine 90°-Ecke ausbilden und (ii) ein um 180° gedrehtes Sandwichpaneel mit einem anderen nicht gedrehten Sandwichpaneel zur Realisierung einer 180°-Verbindung formschlüssig aneinander anschließbar sind.
2. Sandwichpaneel nach Anspruch 1 ,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die Stirnseiten (20) ein- oder mehrfach abgestuft sind.
3. Sandwichpaneel nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass Stirnseiten (20) einfach gestuft ist und alle Flächen der Stufung die gleiche Breite aufweisen.
4. Sandwichpaneel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass ein Sandwichpaneel bezüglich seiner Mittellinie spiegelsymmetrisch ausgebildet ist.
5. Sandwichpaneel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass an einer oder mehreren Flächen der Stirnfläche oder der Stufung ein oder mehrere Dichtvorrichtungen (28), insbesondere Dichtraupen vorgesehen sind.
6. Sandwichpaneel nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass Nuten oder Ausnehmungen vorgesehen sind, in denen die Dichtvorrichtungen zumindest teilweise aufgenommen sind.
7. Sandwichpaneel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass drei standardisierte Paneelgrößen vorgesehen sind, mit denen allein sich Wände mit und ohne Türen- und Fensteröffnungen bilden lassen.
8. Sandwichpaneel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die Deckschicht oder Deckschichten aus Stahl, Aluminium, Kunststoff, Kunst- stoffcompound oder Holzmaterial besteht.
9. Sandwichpaneel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüchen,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass der Sandwichkern ein Polyurethan, ein Polystyrol oder einen anderen
Dämmstoff, wie Mineralwolle umfasst.
10. Sandwichpaneel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die Stirnflächen (20) durch eine Umformung der Deckschicht oder der Deckschichtn gebildet sind.
1 1 . Sandwichpaneel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass eine Verbindung der Deckschicht unmittelbar oder unter Zwischenschaltung eines separaten Elements erzeugt wird.
