Abstract

The panel has a smooth surface which is bonded to a cellular or fibrous insulating material. The latter is such that a slot can be formed to introduce the means linking successive elements. A layer of material forming a vapour barrier is incorporated in the assembly and particularly placed between the insulating material layer and the surface. Specif. the insulating material is polystyrene, polyurethane or phenolic resin foam in which is fire-proofing agent is incorporated, or it may be of bonded glass fibres.
