Claims (5)

  1. Ensemble siège pour personnes handicapées, en particulier fauteuil roulant ou poussette pour enfant, qui comporte un cadre (24) présentant deux longerons (34) parallèles, et une assise (27) placée sur le cadre (24), laquelle est fixée sur le cadre (24) de manière à pouvoir coulisser dans la direction des longerons (34), et à pouvoir pivoter, l'ensemble siège comportant une unité de fixation (36), laquelle fixe l'assise (27) de manière coulissante et pivotante à au moins un des longerons (34), ladite unité de fixation (36) comportant un élément d'accouplement pivotant (35) pour fixer l'assise (27), l'élément d'accouplement (35) se trouvant entre les deux longerons (34), caractérisé en ce que l'unité de fixation (36) comporte au moins un palier (38) qui est traversé par un des longerons (34) et peut coulisser dans la direction longitudinale du longeron (34), en ce que le mouvement de coulissement de l'unité de fixation (36) est limité par au moins une butée (40), et en ce qu'au moins un ressort de précontrainte (41) pousse l'unité de fixation (36) contre la butée (40).
  2. Ensemble siège selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le mouvement de pivotement de l'élément d'accouplement (35) est limité par au moins une butée de rotation (45), et en ce qu'au moins un ressort de rappel (47) entraîne une installation contre la butée de rotation (45).
  3. Ensemble siège selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte au moins une des caractéristiques suivantes :
    - l'unité de fixation (36) présente deux extrémités opposées, un palier coulissant (38) étant agencé à chaque extrémité et étant muni d'un coussinet de palier (42) qui est traversé par un longeron (34) ;
    - le ressort de précontrainte (41) est un ressort hélicoïdal poussant contre le palier coulissant (38) ;
    - le ressort de précontrainte (41) entoure le longeron (34) ;
    - à l'extrémité du longeron (34) est fixée une pièce d'extrémité (50), contre laquelle est disposée une extrémité du ressort de précontrainte (41), la seconde extrémité du ressort de précontrainte (41) étant disposée contre le palier coulissant (38).
  4. Ensemble siège selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte au moins une des caractéristiques suivantes :
    - l'unité de fixation (36) présente au moins un palier de pivotement (37), qui se compose d'au moins deux parties de palier (43, 44) rotatives l'une par rapport à l'autre ;
    - les parties de palier (43, 44) entourent une cavité, dans laquelle est inséré le ressort de rappel (47) ;
    - une partie de palier (43) du palier de pivotement (37) est fixée au palier coulissant (38).
  5. Ensemble siège selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que l'élément d'accouplement (35) est agencé au milieu entre les deux longerons (34).
