An ein gattungsgemäßes Schienenbefestigungssystem stellen sich dabei verschiedene Aufgaben:
- Zunächst ist es wünschenswert, dass verschiedene Schienentypen (beispielsweise des Typs U 50 und des Typs UIC 60) mit unterschiedlichen Schienenfußbreiten auf unterschiedlichen Betonschwellentypen mit nur einem Spannklemmtyp verspannt werden können. Claims (8)
- A rail fastening system (1) for fastening a rail (2) to a crosstie (3) of a track system in a friction-locked and elastic manner, comprising at least one angular guide plate (5) that can be fastened to the crosstie (3) by means of at least one fastening element (4) and at least one tension clamp (6), wherein in the finally assembled state of the rail fastening system (1) the tension clamp (6) presses on the rail foot (7) with at least one section (6') and thus fastens the rail (2) to the crosstie (3), and wherein an isolating element (8) is arranged between the at least one section (6') of the tension clamp (6) and the rail foot (7),
characterized in that
the isolating element (8) is formed as an injection-moulded part, wherein the latter consists of two parts (8', 8") which are able to be folded relative to one another, which are connected with one another via a hinge section (12), in particular a film hinge, wherein the two parts (8', 8") which are able to be folded with respect to one another are preferably able to be connected relative to one another with a snap- or clip closure. - The rail fastening system according to Claim 1,
