Die sich der spurseitig runden Durchbrechung bzw. Durchlaßöffnung anschließende rechteckige Dreiseitenführung trägt dazu bei, daß sich der in der Radlenkerplatte mit dem Stützbock vormontierte Hakenbolzen in einer verdrehsicheren Lage befindet, was das einfache Einlegen bzw. - setzen des Radlenkers in den Freiraum zwischen der Klemmbacke und der Radlenkeranlagefläche des Stützbockes erleichtert, weil der Hakenbolzen stets einbaufertig geometrisch ausgerichtet in seiner Position verbleibt. Der Hakenbolzen 10 wird vor dem Anbringen der Radlenker 9 auf der Radfenkerplatte 3 vormontiert, und erst nachdem die Radlenkerplatte 3 mit der Bodenschwelle 1 verschraubt worden ist, wird der Radlenker 9 eingesetzt und durch Anziehen der selbstsichernden, auf das Schraubengewinde 11 des Hakenbolzens 10 aufgeschraubten Befestigungsmutter 23 festgeklemmt, für die auf der Gleisinnenseite ein ausreichender Freiraum zur Verfügung steht. Schon mit der Vormontage, d.h. noch vor dem Einbringen des Radlenkers 9, wird der flächige bzw. rechteckige Abschnitt des Hakenbolzens 10 durch die an dessen Schlüsselflächen 12 bzw. dem Schlüsselmaß 13 angepaßte rechteckige Führung 19 verdrehsicher in seiner Position gehalten. Der Hakenbolzen 10 liegt dabei mit großer Dauerfestigkeit einerseits mit der flächigen Oberseite 12a seines Zwischenabschnitts an der Oberseite des Rechteckloches, d.h. der Durchlaßöffnung 18 in der Radlenkerplatte 3 mit dem Stützbock 5 an, und an der der Fahrschiene 2 zugewandten Seite liegt er mit seiner ebenen unteren Schlüsselfläche 12b auf dem horizontalen Abschnitt 20a der Bodenplatte 20 des Stückbocks 5 und damit der Radlenkerplatte 3 auf, wie in Fig. 2 gezeigt. Um bei auftretender Abnutzung an der Fahrschiene 2 und/oder dem Radlenker 9 eine Nachstellbarkeit zu gewährleisten, können zwischen dem Radlenker 9 und dem Stützbock 5 Ausgleichsbleche 24 (vgl.   1. A device comprising a check rail (9), a check rail plate (3) with a pedestal (5), and a hook bolt (10), wherein the check rail (9) can be screwed to a sleeper (1) by means of the check rail plate (3), wherein the pedestal (5) has a check rail mounting surface (17) and underneath said check rail mounting surface (17) is provided with a through opening (18) which receives the hook bolt (10) acting on the check rail (9) with a clamping jaw (14),
    characterised in said through opening (18) is constructed, at least on a side facing a rail (2) in the position for use, as a rectangular trilateral guide (19) for receiving key surfaces (12, 12b) of said hook bolt (10) such that said hook bolt (10) is supported in said trilateral guide (19) with one flat upper side (12a) and a lower key surface (12b) mounted in front thereof, wherein as an aperture the rectangular trilateral guide (19) has two wall webs (21, 22) disposed on a sleeper-side base plate (20) of the pedestal (5) at a distance of the key size (13) of the hook bolt (10) which at the same time serve as a support for the check rail (9) to be inserted and adjacent to the area having a rectangular cross-section on the track outside, the aperture has a broader area having a round cross-section (21, 22, 18) in the track-side area.
