Background
The rail traffic means a kind of traffic tool or transportation system running on a specific rail, the most typical rail traffic is composed of a train and a rail network, in order to make the train turn, there are many kinds of switches in the rail network, such as single switch, multiple switch, AT rail switch, speed-up switch, movable point switch, etc., when there is no chain automatic device or chain automatic device in the maintenance state to send and receive the train, it needs to use the switch hook lock to lock the relative opposite switch and adjacent line on the approach, the switch hook lock can fasten the switch close contact switch rail and the basic rail together, or fix the repulsion switch rail AT a certain position to lock the approach, to ensure the safety of the train, the existing switch hook lock is composed of fixed hook, movable hook, screw, lock nut, lock mechanism, when in use, the fixed hook is blocked AT the bottom of the switch rail, the movable hook is clamped at the bottom of the stock rail and locked to the repulsion switch rail by screwing the locking nut. However, the prior switch coupler lock still has the following problems in the use process:
when a train passes through a track where a turnout latch hook device is located, the track is violently vibrated, the turnout latch hook device moves up and down to cause abrasion to the track latch hook device, and the turnout latch hook device is seriously abraded after a long time, so that the gap between a switch rail and the stock rail is enlarged, and the safety of train route cannot be ensured.
And in the vertical shifting process of the turnout hook lock, the contact area of the movable hook and the stock rail is reduced, so that the friction force between the movable hook and the stock rail is reduced, the turnout hook lock is shifted along the direction of the rail under the action of the repulsion force of the switch rail, the turnout hook lock falls off, and the safety of the access of a train to be received and sent cannot be ensured under the condition that the stock rail is separated from the switch rail.
In order to solve the problems, a switch coupler lock is provided.
Disclosure of Invention
The turnout hook lock for the rail transit has better stability, and when a train passes through a rail where the turnout hook lock is located, the turnout hook lock cannot move up and down and move along the rail when the rail is violently vibrated, so that the abrasion speed of the rail hook lock is effectively reduced, and the safety of train access is ensured.
The invention provides the following technical scheme: a turnout hook lock for track traffic comprises a screw rod, wherein a locking nut is sleeved on the external thread of the screw rod, a locking disc is fixedly installed at the right end of the locking nut, a locking hole is formed in the front of the locking disc, a movable hook positioned on the right side of the locking disc is sleeved on the external part of the screw rod in a movable mode, a locking block is fixedly installed at the top of the left side surface of the movable hook, a locking bolt is sleeved on the top thread of the locking block, a placing groove is formed in the bottom surface of an inner cavity of the movable hook, a movable groove is formed in the inner wall of the placing groove, movable rods are arranged inside the movable groove, the number of the movable rods is two, an elastic steel plate is arranged between the two movable rods, one movable rod is connected with a threaded rod, an adjusting sleeve is sleeved on the other end thread of the threaded rod, the other end of the fixed sleeve is provided with a ball, and the right end of the screw rod is fixedly provided with a fixed hook.
Further, the locking hole is matched with the locking bolt.
Furthermore, the number of the movable grooves is two, and the two movable grooves are symmetrically distributed on the front inner wall and the rear inner wall of the placing groove.
