Definitions
- the invention relates to a building facade with the features of the preamble of claim 1.
- a ventilated thermally insulated building facade known, in which a horizontally extending fire bars is provided, which, viewed in the vertical direction interrupts an insulating layer. Between an outer side of the insulating layer and a flush outside of the fire bar on the one hand and an inner side of a facade cladding on the other hand, a ventilation gap is provided, which serves in particular to be able to dissipate moisture from the facade.
- the EP 1 731 685 A2 proposes to attach in the fire bar a substantially horizontally extending flame arrester, wherein the flame arresting reduces the rear ventilation gap in the flame arrester to prevent in the event of fire, a flame from the bottom of the flame arrester towards the top of the flame arrester.
- the from the EP 1 731 685 A2 known building façade has the advantage that the basic advantages of a ventilated, thermally insulated building facade remain intact, but the fire protection is improved.
- a disadvantage of the known construction is that the spatial allocation of the components used, in particular the fire bar, the flame trap and the facade cladding must be done with a high dimensional accuracy, so that the assembly cost of the known building facade is relatively high.
- the present invention seeks to provide a building facade with a simple, easy to assemble construction.
- a spacer section of a spacer element is provided in the region of the rear ventilation gap. This is supported at the front on the inside of the facade cladding and opposite to the fire bar off.
- the fire barrier in turn and / or an optionally provided additional layer is or are elastically deformable, so that as a result of the deformation, a restoring force is generated which presses the spacer element against the inside of the facade cladding.
- the fire bolt and / or the additional layer is supported on the building wall.
- the spacing element defines with its spacing section the width of the ventilation gap in the area of the firestop.
- the distance section extends in the horizontal direction parallel to the building wall only over a small portion of the extension of the rear ventilation gap and that the spacer portion thus breaks the ventilation gap in the vertical direction seen only locally limited.
- the rear ventilation function of the façade is therefore not or only minimally influenced by the spacer elements.
- a front area of the firestop facing the facade cladding projects in the direction of the cladding over the insulating layer. This makes it possible to prevent a flame from passing from an underside of the firing bolt toward an upper side of the firing bolt through the front portion of the firing bar itself, without the need for a flame-arresting element.
- the spacing element with its spacer section ensures that a minimum gap width remains between the inside of the facade cladding and the outside of the firestop, so that an effective rear ventilation of the facade is ensured.
- the fire bar is made of an insulating material, so that high thermal insulation values can also be realized in the area of the fire bar.
- the material of the bolt is rock wool.
- this is made of an insulating material, in particular of rock wool.
- the fire bar is made of a material which has a higher resistance to deformation than a material from which the additional layer is made. This may be accompanied, for example, by the fact that the material of the firing bar has a higher bulk density (for example, by a factor of 1.5 to 3.5 higher) than the material of the additional layer, in each case based on an undeformed material state.
- the additional layer is provided separately from the insulating layer, so that the additional layer interrupts the insulating layer viewed in the vertical direction.
- This has the advantage that, if the additional layer has a lower layer thickness than the adjacent insulating layer, a mounting space for the fire bar can be created, in which the fire bar can dive with a rear area, so that it, as described in more detail below, in a simple manner can be fixed to the insulating layer.
- the fire bar and the additional layer are provided in the form of a sandwich component, whereby a particularly simple mounting option is provided.
- the depth of a sandwich component is adjusted by selecting a suitable depth of the fire latch portion of the sandwich component.
- the insulating layer is effective as an additional layer, so that can be dispensed with the separate provision of an additional layer.
- the spacer element has an anchoring portion for anchoring in the fire bar. This allows easy mounting of the spacer on the fire bar.
- the spacer element has an abutment section arranged between anchoring section and spacer section for bearing against the outside of the firing bolt. This makes it possible to drive the spacer with the anchoring portion in the fire bar until the contact section comes to rest against the outside of the fire. As a result, a fast and cost-effective installation of the spacer is guaranteed.
- the building facade comprises a fastening element for fixing the position of the fire bar to the insulating layer. This makes it possible to first attach the fire bolt to the insulating layer before the facade cladding is attached to the support structure.
- a flat support section is provided for resting on an upper boundary of an insulating material section or the firing bolt. This allows a position definition of the fastener in the vertical direction.
- the fastening element has in particular at an angle to the support portion extending piercing portions, wherein a first piercing portion is provided for piercing the fire bar and a second piercing portion for piercing in the insulating material portion.
- the puncturing sections allow a mutual fixation of the fastener and the fire bar prevent mutual slippage.
- the puncturing sections may be aligned parallel to one another or at an angle to each other, in particular to one another perpendicularly.
- the puncturing sections are formed integrally with one another, so that the assembly of the building facade is further simplified.
- the puncture sections and the support section are integrally formed with each other, so that the structure and assembly of the building facade further simplified.
- the fastening element has a positioning section for positioning the fastening element relative to the outside of the firing bolt. In this way, the position of the fastener in the horizontal direction can be defined in a simple manner.
- the spacer element is an integral part of the fastening element.
- a section is provided, which acts as a spacer portion and bridges the rear ventilation gap between the outside of the firing bolt and the inside of the facade cladding.
- the building facade comprises a building wall 12 (compare, for example Fig. 3 ), which extends with respect to the direction of gravity, in particular in the vertical direction.
- the building wall 12 has an outer side 14.
- the insulating layer 16 On the outside 14 of the building wall 12 an insulating layer 16 is arranged.
- the insulating layer 16 has a perpendicular to the outside 14 of the building wall 12 measured thickness of preferably greater than about 120 mm.
- the insulating layer 16 is made of rock wool, in particular with a bulk density of greater than about 45 kg / m 3 .
- the melting point of the material of the insulating layer 16 is preferably above 1000 ° C.
- the insulating layer 16 is composed of several sections. For example, in the vertical direction, the insulating layer 16 comprises at least one lower insulating layer section 18 and an upper insulating layer section 20 adjacent or spaced therefrom.
- the building facade 10 further comprises a support structure 22, which for example in the vertical and / or horizontal direction extending support profiles 24 comprises.
- the support profiles 24 are attached to the building wall 12 by means of supports which are known per se and are not shown in the drawing.
- the support profiles 24 are used to attach a facade cladding 26 (see Fig. 3 ), which after completion of the building facade 10 forms the externally visible part of the building facade.
- the facade cladding 26 has an inner wall 28 facing the building wall 12.
- the fire bar 30 has, for example, a height 32 (cf. Fig. 2 ) of about 100 mm.
- a measured perpendicular to the building wall 12 thickness 34 of the fire bar 30 is for example between 100 mm and 400 mmm.
- the fire bar 30 is preferably made of rock wool.
- the material "plaster carrier blade Speedrock II" the company Rockwool can be used.
- the average density of the Feuerriegels 30 is for example about 80 kg / m 3 .
- the melting point is preferably higher than 1,000 ° C.
- the fire bar 30 has one of the facade cladding 26 facing outside 36 and one of the building wall 12 facing inside 38.
- the additional layer 40 has, for example, a height corresponding to the height 32 of the firing bar 30, and a layer thickness 42 measured perpendicular to the building wall 12 (cf. Fig. 2 ) of, for example, greater than or equal to 50 mm.
- the additional layer 40 is preferably made of rock wool, in particular of a bulk density of about 35 kg / m 3 , so that the additional layer 40 is slightly compressible, at least in a direction perpendicular to the building wall 12 direction.
- the additional layer 40 is formed by the insulating layer 16.
- the insulating layer 16 extends in the vertical direction also at the height of the fire bar 30 along the building wall 12th
- the additional layer 40 is supported with an inner side 44 on the outer side 14 of the building wall 12. With an outer side 46, the additional layer 40 is in contact with the inner side 38 of the firing bolt 30.
- the insulating layer 16 has one of the facade cladding 26 facing the outside 48.
- a ventilation gap 50th Between the outside 48 of the insulating layer 16 and the inside 28 of the cladding 26 extends in the vertical direction, a ventilation gap 50th
- the outer side 36 of the firing bolt 30 is further spaced from the outer side 14 of the building wall 12 than the outer side 48 of the insulating layer 16.
- a front region 52 protrudes into the rear ventilation gap 50, so that at the level of the firing bolt 30, the ventilation gap 50 reaches a dimension 54 (compare for example Fig. 3 ) of between about 10 mm and 25 mm.
- the building facade 10 comprises a plurality of spacer elements 56 (compare, for example Fig. 2 . 3 . 4c and 5 ).
- the spacer elements 56 have a spacing section 58, the thickness of which determines the distance between the inner side 28 of the facade cladding 26 and the outer side 36 of the firing bolt 30.
- the spacer elements 56 have a wedge-shaped or point-shaped anchoring section 60, which serves to anchor the spacer element 56 in the fire bar 30, specifically from its outer side 36.
- the spacers 56 have one between the spacer portion 58 and the anchoring portion 60 arranged, flat abutment portion 62 for abutment against the outside 36 of the firing bolt 30.
- a distance 64 between adjacent spacer elements 56 (see FIG Fig. 2 ) of, for example, greater than 400 mm.
- a distance 66 to a lateral boundary of a firing bolt 30 may be, for example, 200 mm.
- the building facade 10 For fixing the fire bar 30 to the insulating layer 16, the building facade 10 comprises fastening elements 68, which are arranged distributed in the horizontal direction along the firing bar 30.
- the fastening elements 68 are preferably arranged offset in the horizontal direction to the spacer elements 56.
- a distance 70 between mutually adjacent fastening elements 68 is for example 600 mm.

- the fastening elements 68 comprise piercing sections, a first piercing section 76 being used for piercing the fire bar 30 and a second piercing section 78 for piercing an insulating layer section 18, 20.
- the first piercing section 76 is shorter in the piercing direction than the second piercing section 78, at least when a material with a higher apparent density is used for the material of the firing bar 30 than for the material of the insulating layer sections 18, 20 of the insulating layer 16.
- the puncturing sections 76 and 78 and the support section 74 can be provided by means of components which are separate from one another and are to be joined together (cf. Fig. 6a and 6b ).
- the fastener 68 is integral (see Fig. 7 ).
- the puncturing sections 76 and 78 are formed out of the material plane of the support section 74, in particular by stamping and forming, so that a cross-shaped configuration results.
- a lower insulating layer section 18 of the insulating layer 16 is first fixed in a manner known per se (for example by means of screw plugs) on the outside 14 of the building wall 12. Subsequently, following a vertical joining direction 80 (cf. - the dimensions of the additional layer 40, of the firing bar 30 and of the spacing section 58, which are applied perpendicularly to the building wall 12, are selected such that they are in total slightly larger than a distance dimension between the outside 14 of the building wall 12 and the inside 28 predetermined by the supporting structure 22 of the cladding 26.
- the inside 28 of the cladding presses on an end face 84 (see FIG Fig. 5 ) of the spacer element 56.
- This pressure force is transmitted via the spacer section 58 on the izoabêt 62 and transmitted from this on the outside 36 of the firing bolt 30.
- the fire bar 30 and / or the additional layer 40 deforms, which are supported on the outside 14 of the building wall 12. Due to the deformation resistance of the firing bolt 30 and / or the additional layer 40, a restoring force is created which presses the end face 84 of the spacer 56 against the inside 28 of the facade cladding 26.
- FIGS. 8 and 9 illustrated further embodiment of a building facade 10 differs from the building facade 10 according to FIGS. 1 to 7 in that the first piercing section 76 is so long that it completely penetrates the fire bar 30 in the vertical direction and can penetrate into the material of an adjacent insulating layer section 18 with an adjoining second piercing section.
- FIGS. 10 to 11b illustrated further embodiment of a building facade 10 differs from the building facade 10 according to FIGS. 8 and 9 in that, starting from the support section 74, a positioning section 86 projects, which serves to rest against the outer side 36 of the firing bolt 30. In this way, a distance between the outside 36 of the firing bar 30 and a recess 88 of the support portion 74 can be defined.
- the recess 88 is slot-shaped and serves to receive the sword or dagger-shaped piercing portions 76, 78.
- protruding tabs 90 are provided by the piercing sections 76, 78.
- the spacer 56 is an integral part of the fastener 68.

Description
GB 2 296 263 A DE 198 59 851 A1 bekannt.

Fig. 10 in aufeinander folgenden Montageschritten.
Fig. 2 ) von ungefähr 100 mm auf.
Fig. 2 ) von beispielsweise größer oder gleich 50 mm.
Fig. 2 ,3 ,4c und5 ) .
Fig. 2 ) von beispielsweise größer 400 mm vorzusehen.
Fig. 6a und 6b ). - Alternativ hierzu ist das Befestigungselement 68 einstückig (vergleiche
Fig. 7 ).
Fig. 4b ).
Fig. 4c ).
Fig. 5 ) des Abstandselements 56.
