Abstract
L'invention concerne une fenêtre comportant un bâti dormant doté d'une feuillure, et un vantail de fenêtre qui peut être installé pivotant sur le bâti dormant de la fenêtre. Le but de l'invention est de surmonter les inconvénients de l'état de la technique et de proposer une fenêtre qui offre des propriétés d'isolation thermique améliorées par rapport aux systèmes d'étanchéité de feuillure classiques, qui soit économique à produire et simple à nettoyer. A cet effet, une feuillure de bâti dormant présente au moins une élévation en gradin, la feuillure du bâti dormant étant ainsi subdivisée en une zone feuillure supérieure et une zone feuillure inférieure, la distance entre la zone feuillure supérieure et la face du vantail de fenêtre, tournée vers la feuilleure du bâti dormant, lorsque la fenêtre est fermée, s'élève à 3 maximum.
