Zur Lösung dieser Aufgabe schlägt die Erfindung ein Rahmen gemäß Anspruch 1 vor. Die Erfindung wird anhand einiger, in den beigelegten Zeichnungen schematisch dargestellter, vorzuziehender Ausführungsbeispiele von, mit unterschiedlichem Werkstoff abdeckbaren Fenster- und Türrahmen aus thermoplastischem, schweißbarem Werkstoff näher erklärt, dabei erfüllen die Zeichnungen rein erklärenden, nicht begrenzenden Zweck.

  • Die Fig. 1 zeigt einen Querschnitt durch den unteren horizontalen Teil eines Fensterflügels mit Wärmedämmglas und durch den entsprechenden Teil des Stockrahmens, dabei ist das Glas außen in seiner gesamten Erstreckung sichtbar und an einem inneren Anschlag des Flügelrahmens verklebt ist, beide Rahmen sind beidseitig durch Metallprofile abgedeckt weiters ist die Befestigung eines Kegels und eines Metallelementes des Schließmechanismus des Fensters gezeigt.
  • Die Fig. 1a zeigt im Detail den äußeren Teil des in Fig. 1 gezeigten Stockprofils mit der äußeren Abdeckung welche durch Aufkleben an ein aufgeklipstes Zwischenprofil angebracht ist.
  • Die Fig. 1b zeigt im kleineren Maßstab den selben in Fig. 1 dargestellten Stockrahmen mit den entsprechenden Details der Eckbereiche des äußeren Abdeckrahmens, des Stockrahmens und des inneren Abdeckrahmens in Vorderansicht von der Innenseite her gesehen.
  • Die Fig. 1c zeigt im kleineren Maßstab den selben in Fig. 1 dargestellten Flügelrahmen mit den entsprechenden Details der Eckbereiche des inneren Abdeckrahmens und des Flügelrahmens, dabei ist der Abdeckrahmen von der Seite der Verbindungswinkel gezeigt und der Flügelrahmen von der Seite der Längsstege mit Einhängnase gezeigt
  • Die Fig. 2 zeigt im Querschnitt den unteren Teil eines Fenster-Flügelrahmens, wobei der Rahmen aus einem identischen Profil hergestellt ist wie in Fig. 1, aber mit einer Glasscheibe samt feuchtigkeitsanziehendem Abstandselement, welche an der Außenseite des inneren Anschlages des Flügels mittels Zwischenprofil angeklebt ist an dessen verzahntem Ansatz ein entsprechend verzahnter Flansch eines im Querschnitt T-förmigen Profils für die fugenlose Abdeckung des Außenrandes der Glasscheibe eingesetzt ist.
  • Die Fig. 2a zeigt im Querschnitt ein Detail des selben in Fig 2 dargestellten Flügelprofils mit einem Abdeckprofil welches auf ein Zwischenprofil aufgeklebt ist, welches an der Innenseite des Flügelrahmens aufgeklipst ist.
  • Die Fig. 3 zeigt den Querschnitt durch den unteren horizontalen Teil eines Fensterflügelrahmens und durch den entsprechenden Stockrahmen, wobei beide Rahmen außen durch Metallprofile und innen durch Holzleisten abgedeckt sind.
  • Die Fig. 4 zeigt den Querschnitt durch den unteren horizontalen Teil eines Fenster-Flügelrahmens mit vorgesetzter Glasscheibe und zu öffnendem Rahmen mit Zwischenraum für eine Jalusette, beide Rahmen sind durch Metallprofile abgedeckt.
  • Die Fig. 4a zeigt den selben in Fig. 4 dargestellten Fensterrahmen, ohne vorgesetzter Scheibe und ohne dem entsprechenden Rahmen, jedoch mit einer dreifach Isolierscheibe, wobei di wohnraumseitige Scheibe den Anschlag des Flügelrahmens vollständig abdeckt und an einem, am Flügelrahmen aufgeklipsten, Zwischenprofil verklebt ist, dabei ist der Außenrand dieser Scheibe, wie auch in Fig. 2 gezeigt, durch ein im Querschnitt T-förmiges Profil fugenlos abgedeckt.
  • Die Fig. 5 zeigt den horizontalen Querschnitt durch einen Teil des Flügelrahmens einer Glastür und durch den entsprechenden Stockrahmen wobei der Flügelrahmen beidseitig von metallischen Profilen abgedeckt ist, der Stockrahmen besteht aus einem traditionellen Metallprofil mit Unterbrechung der Kältebrücke.
  • La Fig. 6 zeigt den horizontalen Querschnitt durch einen Teil des Flügels einer Glastür, wobei der Rahmen aus dem selben in Fig. 5 gezeigten Profil zusammengesetzt ist und beidseitig metallische oder nichtmetallische Abdeckplatten angebracht sind, dabei ist der umlaufende Außenrand der, den Anschlag des Flügelrahmens abdeckenden, Platte durch ein, im Querschnitt T-förmiges, eingesetztes Profil fugenlos abgedeckt.

Sei es das Metallprofil 10 als auch die Holzleiste 10h wirken auch als Anschlag für die vom Fensterflügel vorstehende Dichtung 2y. Im selben Bereich der Einhängstege 1b weist das Profil 1a des Stockrahmens 1 an der Innenseite mehrere Wände 1 p auf welche zueinander nahe angeordnet sind um eine mehrfache und effiziente Verankerung der Befestigungsschrauben 5 der Kegel zu bieten. Die Schrauben 5a für die Befestigung der Schließbeschläge durchdringen mindestens einen der Stege 1b und 1f, bzw. die Holzleiste 10h. An der den Witterungseinflüssen ausgesetzten Außenseite weist das selbe Profil 1 a zwei zueinander beabstandete Einhängstege 1c auf an welchen entsprechende Stege 10c eines Metallprofils 10a einhängen. Diese Stege 1c werden erfindungsgemäß in den Eckbereichen des Rahmens abgefräst (Fig. 1b), während die Abdeckprofile 10, 10a durch Verbindungswinkel 10w, 10v, 10x zu formstabilen Rahmen verbunden sind. Das Profil 1a weist weiters an der Außenseite einen vertikalen Flansch 1 d auf an welchem eine anextrudierte Dichtung 1 x vorgesehen ist welche außen auf den Flügel 2 wirkt. Die äußersten Längsränder der besagten Abdeckprofile 20, bzw. der Leiste 20h, drücken gegen die Dichtungen 2z und 2y indem sie diese abdecken. Auch die aufgeklebte Glasscheibe 7a, 7c verdeckt mit ihrem umlaufenden Rand die Dichtung 2y. Der umlaufende Außenrand der aufgeklebten Scheibe 7a, 7c wird durch ein im Querschnitt T-förmiges Profil 30 fugenlos abgedeckt welches mit seinem verzahnten Flansch 30a an einem entsprechend verzahntem Ansatz 3b des Zwischenprofils 3 eingreift. Auch die Abdeckprofile 20, 20b für die Flügelrahmen 2a, 2v sind mittels Verbindungswinkel 20w, 20v, 20u zu formstabilen Rahmen verbunden, während die Einhängstege 2b an den Flügelrahmenprofilen 2a, 2v in den Eckbereichen des Rahmens abgefräst sind (Fig. 1 c). An der gegeüberliegenden Seite hingegen rasten an den Einhängvorsprüngen 23g die Einhängstege 23a eines metallischen Abdeckprofils 23e ein, an den selben Einhängvorsprüngen 23g kann alternativ ein Metall- oder ein Kunststoffprofil 24 aufgeklipst werden an welchem einer Platte 9 verschiedener Form und aus verschiedenem Werkstoff aufgeklebt werden kann. Claims (8)

  1. Window and door frames that can be covered with different material made from thermoplastic, weldable material provided with hanging longitudinal webs or with longitudinal grooves having inner hanging projections for cover profiles, wherein the profiles (1 a) of the building frames (1) and the profiles (2a, 2i) of the sash frames (2, 2v) of windows and the profiles (23) of French windows (2t), which are equipped with coextruded seals (1x, 1y, 2y, 2z, 23y, 23z), comprise, on the side facing the living space and on the side exposed to the influences of weather, hanging longitudinal webs (1b, 2b) and/or longitudinal grooves having inner hanging projections (2d, 23g) for attaching cover profiles (10, 10a; 20, 20b, 20m; 23e, 23i), and/or strips (10, 20h) made from different material, wherein the aforementioned cover profiles are connected to dimensionally stable cover frames by means of connecting angles (10v, 10w, 20v, 20w, 10x, 20u), characterised in that the hanging longitudinal webs (2b) are milled off on the profiles (2a, 2v) of the sash frames (2,) and the hanging longitudinal webs (1c) are milled off on the profiles (1a) of the building frames (1) or the corresponding hanging webs (10b, 10c, 20a) are milled off on the cover profiles (10, 10a; 20, 20b, 20m; 23e, 23i) in all four end regions of the frames.
  2. Window and door frames according to claim 1 characterised in that the edge regions of the cover profiles (20, 23i) or cover strips (2h) of the sashes (2, 2v, 2t) press against the corresponding coextruded seals (2y, 2z, 23y, 23z) on the profiles (2a, 2i, 23) of the sash frames with their outermost longitudinal edges (20n) and in that these longitudinal edges at least partially cover the aforementioned seals.
  3. Window and door frames according to claim 1 characterised in that the profiles (2a, 2i, 23), which form the sashes (2, 2i) of a window or the sash (2t) of a door or of a French window and are equipped with an inner stop (2c, 23c) for the corresponding building frame, comprise a surface on this stop (2c, 23c), which lies in a plane parallel to the plane of the glazing (7a, 7c) carried by the frame, said plane serves as the contact surface for the cover profiles (20, 24, 20m, 23i) or cover strips (20h) or as the adhering surface for glass panes (7a, 7c) or plates (8) made from different material and in that the outer edge of the aforementioned plates, in this last case, at least partially covers the adjacent seal (2y, 23y).

Window and door frames according to claim 1 characterised in that an intermediate profile (3), be it on the inside of the frame profile (2a) of the sash (2) or on the outside of the frame profile (1a) of the building frame (1), is mountable as a support profile, to which profiles or plates (8) made from different materials can be adhered and in that this intermediate profile (3) applied to the sash frame can support a glass pane (7a, 7c), wherein it is secured, in this case, by at least one screw (3c) on the sash frame.
  5. Window and door frames according to claim 1 characterised in that the intermediate profiles (3, 4) comprise a toothed extension (3b) at which a correspondingly toothed flange (30a) of a T-shaped profile (30) in the cross-section (30) engages.
  6. Window and door frames according to claim 1 characterised in that the profiles (1a), which form the building frames (1) and the profiles (2a, 2i, 23) which form the sash frames (2, 2v, 2t), comprise a plurality of inner walls arranged close to each other which form inner longitudinal cavities and in that these inner walls improve thermal insulation, dimensional stability of the frames as well as anchoring of the attachment screws (5, 5a) for the fittings and enlarge the welding surfaces at the edge regions.
  7. Window and door frames according to claim 1 characterised in that the cover profiles (10) or the cover strips (10h), which are applied to the side of the profiles (1 a) of the building frame (1) facing the living space, form a support for the seals (2y) at the edge of the stop (2c) of the corresponding sashes (2v).
  8. Window and door frames according to claim 1 characterised in that the cover profile (10) or the cover strip (10h) is secured on the profile (1a) of the building frame (1) by means of attachment screws (5a) for the fittings.
