Definitions
- the invention relates to a component system and various components of such a component system for curtain walling, facade cladding, skylights, conservatories, sound insulation walls, exhibition buildings, carports and the like.
- the invention relates to a post profile, a retaining profile, a fastening element, a connecting piece, a rigid and a hinged connecting element, a multi-part base, a profile strip, a gasket, a frame profile and a two-part profile frame for framed surface elements for curtain walls, facade cladding, skylights, conserveatories, soundproof walls, exhibition buildings, carports and the like.
- Components and component systems of the type in question allow the floating and thus particularly earthquake-resistant suspension of framed surface elements of all kinds, such.
- Framed panes on post profiles and allow the particularly easy-to-install construction of facades and facade cladding, skylights, conservatories, noise barriers, trade fair buildings, carports and the like.
- halls and other buildings can be built quickly, inexpensively, and aesthetically pleasing, e.g. a steel framework is available to which the post profiles can be attached.
- the framed surface elements do not then disguise a façade, but themselves form the façade, whereby they are suspended in a floating manner, which is why the appropriately formed façade is referred to as a "curtain wall".
- the room side i. from the inside of the space formed by means of the surface elements forth, the post profiles visible, which is why the construction special requirements are also aesthetic to make.
- the EP 0 447 508 B1 shows a component system of the type in question here with framed surface elements that can be suspended, for example, for cladding a facade to post profiles floating, the framing of the surface elements is carried out by means of two-part profile frame.
- Post-and-beam constructions are fastening elements in the form of double-T profiles with a wall or the like. adjacent and there, e.g. festgeschraubten leg and two perpendicularly projecting from this leg parallel legs, between which a post profile by means of a guided through the two legs and the post profile fastening screw can be fastened. Since construction conditions depending on the fasteners along the post profiles are always placed at different locations, the post profiles can not be pre-drilled so that holes must be drilled or milled for receiving the mounting screws in the post profiles. This considerably increases the installation effort on site and makes installation difficult, especially at low outside temperatures.
- Another problem with the known component systems relates to the framing of the surface elements by means of the two-part profile frame.
- those frame profiles are referred to as “outer frame profiles", which border in the intended mounting state of the surface element on a building facing the building exterior side of the surface element, while those frame profiles, which surround the interior of the building facing side of the surface element, referred to as “inner frame elements” become.
- outer frame profiles which border in the intended mounting state of the surface element on a building facing the building exterior side of the surface element
- inner frame elements those frame profiles, which surround the interior of the building facing side of the surface element
- frame profiles designated as “outer” frame profiles define the side of the framed surface elements facing away from the post profiles in the intended mounting state, while the frame profiles designated as “inner” frame profiles represent the side profiles of the framed surface elements facing the post profiles mounting.
- the wall-side attachment of the post profiles can be further improved, in particular with regard to the Ausrichtbarkelt different parallel to each other post profiles.
- the wall-side attachment of the post profiles can be further improved, in particular with regard to the Ausrichtbarkelt different parallel to each other post profiles.
- the profiles generally referred to as "frame profiles" in component systems of the type in question serve to framing and fixing the elements, generally referred to as surface elements, e.g. Glass panes for fastening seige to a suitable construction for the formation of facade cladding, light roofs, conservatories, noise barriers, exhibition buildings, carports and the like.
- the frame profile are used for producing such surface elements in which two flat, rectangular in plan view elements, in particular two glass panes, are taken parallel to each other.
- frame profiles are generally used to frame and hold glass panes, especially in so-called "structural glazing” (cladding a façade with glass)
- such other frame profiles can also be used to framing and supporting various other surface elements suitable for the respective cladding, such as e.g. Acrylic glass sheets and other plastic sheets, stone, marble and wood sheets, and metal sheets.
- a component system according to the invention should therefore comprise a frame profile, which is practically imperceptible in the mounted state.
- the surface elements framed according to the invention in particular glass panes, as little as possible of the respective frame should therefore be visible from the outside.
- the invention has for its object to provide a device system that solves the problems described above.
- the heat transport through the profiles is first disturbed by the framed surface elements, e.g. Window, not directly hung on a post profiles, but that a cross-hat-shaped seal and a retaining profile, which has one or more plastic webs with poor thermal conductivity, be switched between post profile and surface element.
- a so-called “double thermal separation” prevents the aluminum profiles enclosing the surface elements from coming into direct contact with a post profile.
- the post profile is protected against direct contact with the ambient air.
- the device system according to the invention can reduce the manufacturing and assembly costs compared to known device systems and up to 70%.
- the individual components are sometimes designed more expensive than known components, but since they are made as most of the known components usually as an extruded profile, this does not matter. It is important that the individual elements can be mounted on site in a particularly simple and fast manner.
- the inventively framed surface elements are both protected against damage during transport and also easy to mount by simply hanging.
- the framed surface elements 24 and 26 are each double-glazed panes, each with two glass plates 28 and 30 or 32 and 34, which are bordered by interlocked inner frame profiles 38, 42 and outer frame profiles 36, 40, wherein between the two glass plates 28 and 30 and 32 and 34 of each surface element 24 and 26 respectively spacer elements 44 and 46 are provided, which not only ensure the spacing of the respective glass plates, but also a thermal separation of cause both glass plates, since they are made of material with a low thermal conductivity.
- the peculiarity of an inner frame profiles 38, 42 and outer frame profiles 36, 40 existing two-part profile frame over the example of the aforementioned EP 0 447 508 B1 known two-piece profile frame is that the outer frame profiles 36 and 40 for attachment of the framed surface elements 24 and 26 on the retaining profile, in the embodiment shown on the run through the receiving part 12 of the Halteproflis bolts 20, are formed so that even with large suction forces on the Outside of the framed surface elements 24 and 26, here so on the outer glass plates 28 and 34, or in the framed surface elements with the framed surface elements 24 and 26 forth on the surface elements exerted compressive forces, such as may arise when one in a Room crashes person against the glass plates 30 or 32 crashes, a tearing apart of the interlocked inner and outer frame sections 38 and 36 or 42 and 40 is reliably prevented, since said suction or compression forces do not act against the latch.
- Fig. 1a shown section is exactly guided by the bolt 20, which serves to suspend the framed surface elements 24 and 26 on the receiving part 12, connecting webs 14 and 16 and fastening part 18 holding profile.
- the framed surface elements 24 and 26 are simply hooked onto the bolt 20, for which purpose the legs 48 and 50 of the outer frame profiles 36 and 40 are provided with corresponding hooks or receiving openings.
- This type of attachment of the framed surface elements not only allows a particularly quick and easy installation, but also has the advantage that the individual surface elements are suspended floating, which significantly increases the stability of the corresponding construction against earthquakes. In addition, in this way individual surface elements are easily replaceable when needed.
- an elastic seal can be used, which can be maintained, for example, by means of two separate profile strips, wherein on one of the profile strips a preferably slightly inclined channel for discharging water to the post profiles can be formed.
- a cross-section of the cross-section of a hat-like seal 22 is provided which has two sealing lips 52 and 54 which in the intended mounting position close to each side of the framed surface elements 24 and 26, in the embodiment shown so on one side of the glass plates 30 and 32 abut.
- the seal also has two holding portions 56 and 58, which are inserted into each one of two on the receiving part 12 of the holding profile by means of the receiving part provided on the L-shaped portions 60 and 62 undercut receiving channels.
- the seal 22 is formed such that it supports the receiving part 12 on the two legs 64 and 66 of the post section 10 by integrally formed with the on the glass plates facing away from the sides of the sealing lips 52 and 54 support beams 63 and 65 in the between the inner sides of the legs 64 and 66 of the post section 10 facing outer sides of the L-shaped portions 60 and 62 of the receiving part 12 and the inner sides of the legs 64 and 66 of the post section 10 formed column engages.
- the formed on the post section 10, mutually parallel legs 64 and 66 summarize the retaining profile at least partially and blind it so that it can not be seen from the inside of a space using the post section 10 and the framed surface elements 24 and 26 space.
- the two legs 64 and 66 contribute to further thermal insulation, since they prevent warm room air can easily come into contact with the holding profile, in particular with the receiving part 12 of the holding profile. It should be emphasized at this point that due to the design of the component system already the receiving part 12 is thermally largely insulated by the seal 22, including the inventive suspension of the framed surface elements 24 and 26 contributes to the bolt 20, to which the seal 22 tight is applied.
- the receiving part 12 does not come into direct contact with the post profile 10.
- the attachment part 18, which comes into direct contact with the post profile 10, is thermally separated from the receiving part 12 via the webs 14 and 16, which consist of a material with low thermal conductivity.
- Another insulating effect is provided by the strips 68 and 70 of heat-insulating material, such as those applied to the inside of the legs 64 and 66 facing the support profile. Sponge rubber, chloroprene, cork or the like causes.
- the post section 10 also has a rectangular box formed from the profile strips 72, 74, 76 and 78 (also referred to as a chamber, so that the post profiles of the type in question here also called hollow chamber profiles), which ensures a high load-bearing capacity of the profile with simultaneous torsional rigidity.
- a rectangular box formed from the profile strips 72, 74, 76 and 78 also referred to as a chamber, so that the post profiles of the type in question here also called hollow chamber profiles
- On two opposite outer sides of the box retaining lips 80, 82, 84, 86, 88, 90, 92 and 94 are formed, wherein each two retaining lips 80 and 82, 84 and 86, 88 and 90 and 92 and 94 form a pair of retaining lips ,
- the retaining lips contribute to the stability of the post profile 10 and, on the other hand, make it possible to receive and fasten various other components of the component system to the post profile 10, such as, for example. of the fastening part 18 of the retaining profile, wherein the holding profile 18 in the illustrated embodiment has a substantially U-shaped portion which partially surrounds the retaining lip 82, and a projection 96, by means of which the fastening part 18 on the holding lip 82 opposite retaining lip 80 of the retaining profile 10 can support.
- the Fig. 1c clarifies the advantages of a system according to the invention again:
- Cold air L penetrates into the gap between two outer frame profiles.
- the outer frame profiles have no direct contact with the receiving part 12 of the support profile and not with the post section 10.
- a gap D is formed, which serves as an expansion compensation and allows the surface elements to expand freely with heat in the usual thermal expansion. From the space R forth only the surface elements themselves, the post profile 10 and the transition region of the post profile and the inner surface elements are each a narrow strip of the seal 22 to see, which also meets high aesthetic standards.
- the Fig. 2 shows a post section 10 'that substantially the post section 10 according to Fig. 1 corresponds to and differs from this only in that the two legs 64 and 66 are missing, so that equivalent parts of both post profiles, in particular the retaining lips 88, 90, 92 and 94 were also provided with the same reference numerals.
- a fastener 110 for fixing the post profile 10 'e.g. On a (not shown) wall is a fastener 110, a connector 120 and a locking screw 130th
- the fastening element 110 is formed in the illustrated embodiment is substantially T-shaped and has a plant leg 112 and a right angle projecting from the plant leg support leg 114 for the connector 120 on. Plant leg 112 and support legs 114 are formed rigidly to each other in this embodiment.
- the plant leg is used to attach the fastener to a wall, a pedestal, a carrier or the like. and has two elongated holes 116 and 118 for receiving fastening screws.
- the connecting piece 120 has a saddle portion 122 which can be placed on the support leg 114 of the fastening element 110 and a locking portion 124 which has four wings 132, 134, 136 and 138 for engaging behind the retaining lips 88, 90, 92 and 94 of the profile 10 'to be fastened.
- the wings 132, 134, 136 and 138 can be pushed through the gaps formed between the pairs of retaining lips 88 and 90 and 92 and 94 of the post profile 10' and by turning the connector 120 relative to the Post profile 10 'are placed behind the retaining lips 88, 90, 92 and 94.
- the stop surfaces 140 and 142 provided on each wing limit the rotatability of the connecting piece 120 and the profile 10 'to be fastened relative to one another.
- the saddle portion 122 of the connector is placed on the support leg 114 of the fastener 110 and secured with the locking screw 130, wherein on an outside of Sattelabschnltts 122 may be attached to the screw 130 mating nut 144.
- the locking screw is designed to be self-drilling, the support leg 114 does not need to be pre-drilled and advantageously provides greater freedom for aligning the connector 120 and the fastening element 110 relative to one another.
- the locking screw 130 advantageously does not support the connection of connecting element 120 and fastening element 110 in this embodiment. It should be emphasized at this point that, of course, other possible connections of connector 120 and fastener 110 are possible in which the locking screw 130 is relieved of supporting functions, for example by forming a corresponding receptacle on the fastener, in which then a corresponding support leg of a connecting element can be inserted.
- the Fig. 3 shows two post profiles 10 'and 10 ", which correspond substantially to the already described post profiles.
- the peculiarity of the post profile 10" is a T-shaped recess 146, which serves for suspending a connecting element 150.
- the connecting element 150 serves to connect the two post sections 10 'and 10 "and has an insertable into the hollow chamber 152 of the post section 10', to the cross section of the chamber substantially complementary insertion section 154, here in the form of an H-profile, and an the other post section 10 "attachable section 156.
- a receiving bore 158 for an eccentric pin 160 is introduced in the insertion portion 154.
- the eccentric pin 160 has, in addition to the cylindrical guide section 162, a preferably conical eccentric section 164, which, however, is likewise cylindrical in the drawing.
- the eccentric pin is used, after hanging the portion 156 of the Verburigseleses 150 in the receptacle 146 of the post section 10 "and the insertion of the insertion portion 154 of the connecting element 150 in the chamber 152 of the post section 10 ', post profile 10', connecting element 150 and post profile 10" to press against each other and jammed, what he by a provided in the post section 10 'bore 166, the diameter of which is larger than the maximum diameter of the eccentric 164 inserted into the receiving bore 158 of the connecting element 150 and then rotated.
- the Fig. 4 shows two post profiles 10 'and a hinged connection element 180 for connecting the two post profiles.
- the connecting element 180 advantageously makes it possible to connect miter-cut post profiles at any miter angles, it being noted that it is barely discernible in the drawing that the profiles 10 'are mitred.
- the great advantage of the connecting element 180 is that a single connecting element for any miter angle can be used, while in the known component systems adapted to the respective angle connecting elements must be kept.
- the connecting element 180 consists of two articulated interconnected insertion sections 182 and 184, in the post profiles 10 'insertable and there eg in the context of Fig. 3 described means of eccentric pins are fixed, including 182 and 184 receiving holes 186 and 188 and in the post profiles 10 'holes 166 are provided in the insertion sections.
- Fig. 5 shows a further embodiment of an articulated in its entirety with 180 'designated connecting element, which is substantially the connecting element according to Fig. 4 corresponds and in which therefore identical parts have been provided with the same reference numerals, so that the description of the individual parts of the connecting element 180 'to the description of the connecting element 180 in connection with Fig. 4 is referenced.
- each post profile is formed fixed in relation to the connecting element, eg in connection with Fig. 3 described manner by means of a respective eccentric pin.
- a wall fastener 220 and a stud profile 10 are shown.
- the wall-mounting member 220 consists in this embodiment of a support leg 222, In the two slots 224 and 226 are introduced, and from a locking portion 228, on which a total of four wings are formed, of which in the Fig. 8 only the two wings 230 and 232 can be seen.
- the wall fastening element 220 has just been inserted through the gap formed between the pairs of retaining lips of 88, 90, 92 and 94 of the post profile 10 and then rotated by about 40 °, so that the wings 230 and 232 are already behind each one retaining lip 90 and . 94 grab.
- the fastener would be rotated by about another 50 °, so that it would be rotated by passing the locking portion 228 through the gap formed between the retaining lips of the post profile 10 by about 90 °.
- FIG. 8 shown post profile 10 corresponds to the in Fig. 1 shown post profile, so that the description of the other parts of the post section 10 to the description of Fig. 1 is referenced.
- Fig. 9 For example, a post preopt 10 and various parts for securing the post profile to a wall and to the floor are shown, one already associated with Fig. 8 described wall fastener 220 and a multi-part base, which consists essentially of the base plate 240 and the holding part 242.
- the retaining member 242 has two substantially parallel profile strips 244 and 246 which are dimensioned to be partially complementary to the box formed by the profile strips 72, 74, 76 and 78 of the post profile 10 in its entirety, as shown in FIG a post profile 10 placed on the holding part 242 can no longer move at least in two directions. If necessary, a post section 10 placed on a holding part 242 can be fixed by means of a screw guided through the profile strips 72 and 76 of the post profile 10 and the profile strips 244 and 246 of the holding part 242.

- an undercut groove 252 is further provided, in which a locking screw 254 and possibly also on the underside of the holding part 242 possibly provided, guided to the undercut groove partially complementary section can slide so that the bottom plate 240 and holding part 242 existing base allows alignment of a post element 10 to be held in two independent directions.
- bottom plate 240 and holding part 242 are fixed to each other by means of the locking screw 254.
- two floor panels can be brought to a common height by placing spacers not shown further here between a floor panel and the floor.
- two framed surface elements 260 and 262 are shown, which are, for example, framed surface elements as the surface elements 24 and 26 according to Fig. 1 can act.
- an elastic seal 264 is used, which is held in this embodiment by means of two separate profile strips 266 and 268 in position.
- the seal 264 thus not only acts thermally insulating, but also prevents the surface element 262 suspended under the surface element 260 from being pushed unintentionally (eg during cleaning work) in the direction of the surface element 260 and thus unhooked.
- the profile strips 266 and 268 are adapted in size and shape on the one hand to the profiling of the surface elements 260 and 262, on the other hand shaped so that a depressed between them elastic seal 264 is securely held in position.
- a groove 270 is formed, which is inclined slightly to the not shown here, in the intended mounting state left and right next to the framed surface elements extending post profiles and for deriving from rain on the surface element 260 arranged above each herunter secureddem Water serves to the post profiles.
- Fig. 11 is again separately that already in connection with Fig. 1 described, shown here in its entirety with 200 holding profile shown in cross section. It comprises a substantially U-shaped receiving part, which is connected via two connecting webs 14 and 16 made of low thermal conductivity material with a fastening part 18, wherein the fastening part 18 serves for fastening the retaining profile 200 to a post profile.
- two L-shaped portions 60 and 62 are formed such that two receiving channels 202 and 204 are formed for receiving holding portions of a correspondingly shaped seal.
- a projection 96 for supporting the retaining profile 200 on a retaining lip of a post profile and a leg 206 and an L-shaped portion 208 are provided, wherein the leg 201 and the L-shaped portion 208 form a substantially U-shaped portion, which can at least partially surround a retaining lip of a post profile.
- the Fig. 12 shows a perspective view of a post section 300, a foot rail 302 for fixing the bottom of the post profile and a holding part 304, which serves to hold the post profile on the foot rail.
- the post profile 300 is formed as a box profile with at least one rectangular box 306, in which at least two retaining lips 312 and 314 are formed for holding retaining profiles and / or connecting pieces on two parallel outer sides 308 and 310.
- the Fig. 13 shows a perspective view of the three components 300, 302 and 304 according to Fig. 12 in the assembled state.
- the Fig. 14 shows a cross section through the assembled components 300, 302 and 304 according to Fig. 13 , seen transversely to the course of the foot rail 302, where further, not in Fig. 13 shown elements
- a sealing lip 316 fixed to the foot rail a spacer element 320 inserted in the region of a post profile 300 to compensate for different heights between the floor 318 and the foot rail 302, and a fastening screw 322 screwed into the floor 318 by the foot rail 300 for fastening the foot rails.
- the Fig. 15 shows in perspective a post profile, a wall fastener 400 which is attached to a not further shown wall, a connector 410 which connects the post profile 300 with the fastener 400 and a fixing member 420, which is for fixing a certain height of the post profile relative to the connector serves.
- the fixing element 420 is firmly connected to the post profile 300. For exact height compensation is provided on the connecting piece 410 adjusting screw 430th
- the Fig. 16 shows a perspective view of various components 300, 301, 400, 420 and 440, which substantially the in Fig. 4
- the connector 440 is formed such that it extends beyond the joint of two abutting in the longitudinal direction post profiles 300 and 301 and thus simultaneously serves for the alignment of two aligned longitudinally stacked post profiles.
- the Fig. 17 shows a partially broken, perspective view of two post sections 300 and 500, which extend at right angles to each other and are connected to each other by means of a connecting element 510, wherein the connecting element 510 engages in a not further shown T-shaped recess in one of the post elements 300 and by means of a Spring element 550 is pressed from the other post section 500 in the direction of the post profile 300 with the T-shaped recess.
- the Fig. 18 shows a section through the post profile 500 according to Fig. 17 which carries therein the spring element for pushing out the connecting element 510, including the spring element 550 and the connecting element 510.
- the Fig. 19 shows a frame profile 600 in its entirety.
- the leg 604 is provided only in some frame profiles 600, namely at the vertical in the intended mounting state, ie on the right and left side of a framed surface element frame profiles.
- the leg 604 has namely not visible hook-like projections or recesses, by means of which the respective frame profile and thus the framed surface element can be hung for example on a corresponding post profile. How this can be done, for example, in the already mentioned DE 101 23 463.5-25 described in detail on the insofar reference is made.
- the horizontal, ie along the top and bottom of the framed surface element extending frame profiles do not need such a leg 604.
- the frame profile 600 has an undercut recess for a designated in its entirety with 606 support profile, which can be inserted with a recess partially complementary to the recess in such a way in the recess that it is locked there. It is therefore believed that the support profile 606 is "clipped" to the frame profile 600. It must not be clipped to each frame profile 600 such a support profile 606, but preferably only at the intended mounting state of a framed surface element on a facade or the like. horizontally extending lower frame profile.
- Fig. 20 shows an external view of such a framed surface element, of which in the plan view in the just desired in the aforementioned structural glazing desired manner, only the outer glass pane 608 and a narrow profile strip 610 of the support profile 606 can be seen.
- the (usually building exterior) glass 608 is dimensioned slightly larger than the running parallel to her and from her sealing element 612 thermally isolated (usually building) glass 614 and, which is not shown in the drawing, to the usually three (if the support profile only on one of the four a base frame for the panes or other framing elements forming frame profiles 600 is clipped, which, of course, is also possible to clipped the support profiles on two or more of the four frame profiles forming a base frame) sides on which no support profile 606 is clipped to the respective frame profiles 600, be sized so that it completely covers the frame profile 600 in plan view.
- a hollow receptacle 616 is formed for receiving known angle-like corner connecting elements. Furthermore, the frame profile 600 has an undercut receptacle 618 for a seal, which is usually provided along one of the frame profiles running horizontally in the intended mounting state.
- the disks 608 and 614 or other elements to be framed are usually adhesively bonded to the frame profile 600 in a manner known per se, which is indicated by the adhesive bead 620. Note that in the schematic drawing for clarity, the individual components have been drawn with a certain distance from each other, although they may touch each other in practice.
- the frame profile 600 has two parallel to each other and parallel to the elements to be framed, in the example so to the discs 608 and 614 extending legs 622 and 624, of which one (622) part of the receptacle for a portion of the support profile 606 and at the same time Support for one of the elements to be framed (here for the outer pane 608 under Interposition of adhesive 620) forms and the other (624) forms a support with the interposition of adhesive 620 or a sealant such as silicone for the other element to be framed (here for the inner disc 614) and also on a to be framed elements ( here the disks 608 and 614) angled profile strip 626 has, which also forms a boundary for an injected adhesive or sealant.
- the frame profile 600 allows a high variability in terms of securing the elements to be framed without having to provide a variety of different components: depending on the requirements existing on site, the support profiles 606 can be completely dispensed with, so that with appropriate dimensioning of the elements to be framed From the frame construction in the assembled state, virtually nothing is visible. It can be provided a single support profile, which is then usually run along the lower in the intended mounting frame frame profile and it can of course also several support profiles are clipped around the elements to be framed around the corresponding frame profiles, e.g. above and below and / or left and right.
- An essential feature of the invention is in any case the improved thermal separation of framed surface elements and post profiles by interposing separate retaining profiles, in particular by such retaining profiles, which themselves have a thermal break.

Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a component system and various components of such a component system for curtain walling, facade cladding, skylights, conservatories, sound insulation walls, exhibition buildings, carports and the like. In particular, the invention relates to a post profile, a retaining profile, a fastening element, a connecting piece, a rigid and a hinged connecting element, a multi-part base, a profile strip, a gasket, a frame profile and a two-part profile frame for framed surface elements for curtain walls, facade cladding, skylights, Conservatories, soundproof walls, exhibition buildings, carports and the like.
Components and component systems of the type in question allow the floating and thus particularly earthquake-resistant suspension of framed surface elements of all kinds, such. Framed panes on post profiles and allow the particularly easy-to-install construction of facades and facade cladding, skylights, conservatories, noise barriers, trade fair buildings, carports and the like. In particular, by means of such a component, halls and other buildings can be built quickly, inexpensively, and aesthetically pleasing, e.g. a steel framework is available to which the post profiles can be attached. The framed surface elements do not then disguise a façade, but themselves form the façade, whereby they are suspended in a floating manner, which is why the appropriately formed façade is referred to as a "curtain wall". With such a construction, the room side, i. from the inside of the space formed by means of the surface elements forth, the post profiles visible, which is why the construction special requirements are also aesthetic to make.

A serious disadvantage of aesthetic reasons, these mullion-transom constructions is that both in the normal state of construction usually perpendicular posts as well as the transversely branching off the posts, usually horizontally extending posts from the facade outside are fully visible, whereas in component systems the questionable type, the post elements of the framed surface elements are largely obscured and bars can be completely eliminated, which has advantages in so-called "structural glazing", the cladding of a facade with glass, if in the finished facade, the frame structure should be visually hardly noticeable ,

Another problem is attachment of the post profiles to a wall to be clad or other support such as e.g. a pedestal or a steel beam. Post-and-beam constructions are fastening elements in the form of double-T profiles with a wall or the like. adjacent and there, e.g. festgeschraubten leg and two perpendicularly projecting from this leg parallel legs, between which a post profile by means of a guided through the two legs and the post profile fastening screw can be fastened.
The normally in the intended mounting state normally perpendicular post profiles should usually not only be attached to a wall to be covered, but also the bottom side. The so far known base, which are attached to the ground, must be aligned very accurately to each other before attachment of the post profiles, which requires a very accurate and therefore time-consuming measurement.
Often two post profiles must be connected directly to each other, both in such a way that a post profile like a bolt abuts laterally on another post profile, as well as such that both post profiles abut one another in their longitudinal direction and thus practically form a long, possibly angled profile , An example of this is the construction of a conservatory with tapered roof, in which a vertically upwardly extending post merges into an obliquely upward extending roof strut.
Another problem with the known component systems relates to the framing of the surface elements by means of the two-part profile frame. In the known two-part profile frame inner and outer frame profiles or frames formed from such profiles after insertion of the elements to be framed, so for example. two parallel discs, locked together so that the elements to be framed between the frame profiles are clamped.
In this case, those frame profiles are referred to as "outer frame profiles", which border in the intended mounting state of the surface element on a building facing the building exterior side of the surface element, while those frame profiles, which surround the interior of the building facing side of the surface element, referred to as "inner frame elements" become. However, it should be emphasized at this point that in many uses of inventive device system, for example in exhibition or for the construction of partitions in closed spaces, the distinction inside / outside can not be readily made. As will be made clear below in connection with the description of the figures, frame profiles designated as "outer" frame profiles define the side of the framed surface elements facing away from the post profiles in the intended mounting state, while the frame profiles designated as "inner" frame profiles represent the side profiles of the framed surface elements facing the post profiles mounting.
The profiles generally referred to as "frame profiles" in component systems of the type in question serve to framing and fixing the elements, generally referred to as surface elements, e.g. Glass panes for fastening seige to a suitable construction for the formation of facade cladding, light roofs, conservatories, noise barriers, exhibition buildings, carports and the like. In particular, the frame profile are used for producing such surface elements in which two flat, rectangular in plan view elements, in particular two glass panes, are taken parallel to each other.
Although such frame profiles are generally used to frame and hold glass panes, especially in so-called "structural glazing" (cladding a façade with glass), such other frame profiles can also be used to framing and supporting various other surface elements suitable for the respective cladding, such as e.g. Acrylic glass sheets and other plastic sheets, stone, marble and wood sheets, and metal sheets.
Now, however, there is often the desire that in the finished facade of the frame of the respective surface elements should be visually hardly noticeable. A component system according to the invention should therefore comprise a frame profile, which is practically imperceptible in the mounted state. In the case of the surface elements framed according to the invention, in particular glass panes, as little as possible of the respective frame should therefore be visible from the outside.
The invention has for its object to provide a device system that solves the problems described above.
The object is achieved by a component system having the features of
According to the invention, the heat transport through the profiles is first disturbed by the framed surface elements, e.g. Window, not directly hung on a post profiles, but that a cross-hat-shaped seal and a retaining profile, which has one or more plastic webs with poor thermal conductivity, be switched between post profile and surface element. Such a so-called "double thermal separation" prevents the aluminum profiles enclosing the surface elements from coming into direct contact with a post profile. In addition, the post profile is protected against direct contact with the ambient air.
It has been found that the device system according to the invention can reduce the manufacturing and assembly costs compared to known device systems and up to 70%. Although the individual components are sometimes designed more expensive than known components, but since they are made as most of the known components usually as an extruded profile, this does not matter. It is important that the individual elements can be mounted on site in a particularly simple and fast manner. The inventively framed surface elements are both protected against damage during transport and also easy to mount by simply hanging.

The
On the one hand, the retaining lips contribute to the stability of the

The (usually building exterior)
In the
The
The
The
The industrial applicability of the component system and its components is obvious It should be noted, moreover, that the invention implies a new business, namely the rapid and thus cost-building of curtain walls, facade cladding, skylights, conservatories, noise barriers, exhibition stands, carports and the like. This method is hereby expressly designated as belonging to the invention and claimed to be eligible for protection in those countries whose national law so permits.
Within the scope of the spirit of the invention, numerous modifications and developments are possible, e.g. refer to the nature and design of the individual components of the system. An essential feature of the invention is in any case the improved thermal separation of framed surface elements and post profiles by interposing separate retaining profiles, in particular by such retaining profiles, which themselves have a thermal break.
