Description

  • The present invention relates to a door block structure closing a bay made in a masonry structure installed in a building and more particularly in a high security building such as a nuclear power plant building.
  • It is known that a door block essentially consists, on the one hand, of a fixed part, usually known as a frame or frame, capable of being engaged in an opening or bay made in a masonry structure, such as a wall, generally extending substantially vertically in a building in order to separate or delimit two spaces of the latter and, on the other hand, by at least one movable part, hereinafter referred to as pivoted about an axis, generally substantially vertical.
  • In general, the frame, which has a generally rectangular shape, is mounted and fixed rigidly in the rabbet of a recess of a bay, in which it extends substantially vertically, and is composed of two vertical uprights connected between they by a horizontal upper cross and possibly a threshold, particularly in the case of a sealed door block forming the lower part of said frame, in the mounted state in said bay. The leaf has two opposite uprights, extending substantially vertically in the mounted state of the door block in said bay, one of which is adapted to be pivotally mounted on the corresponding vertical upright of the frame, while the other opposite amount the wing is equipped, possibly, with a lock.
  • Door units are divided into different types of door units, ie ordinary door units, with or without air and / or fire and / or gas tightness, and fire door blocks, with or without without a lock, including flame-resistant door-blocks that are flame-proof and gas-tight, fire-resistant door locks resistant to high temperature rises, and airtight and / or fire-resistant fire door blocks with water and / or gas.
  • In the case where the door units do not include locks, they are more particularly intended for containment and compartmentalization of inflamed areas to prevent the spread of fire and smoke in buildings and equipped.
  • In the case of door units intended to be installed in high security buildings, such as nuclear power plant buildings, these must meet high safety and / or fire protection requirements. Such door blocks generally comprise a leaf pivotally mounted on a frame by means of two or three hinges each provided with a movable part welded to one of the vertical edges of the leaf and a fixed part welded to the one of the corresponding vertical edges of the sleeping frame.
  • In addition, these door blocks, when they are defective, degraded or damaged, must be replaced and replaced by an identical door block or of a different type.
  • On the other hand, a change of door block, partial or total, can be provided when the type of door block is no longer suitable for the desired use, for example in the case of a change of destination of a local closed by an ordinary door block in a room to contain expensive or sensitive equipment, such as computer equipment, requiring closure by a door block offering fire protection or more effective and more suitable such as a fire block or fireproof cutter.
  • The operation of removing a door block, including a door block installed in a bay of a highly secure building, is cumbersome and requires long intervention times. Indeed, such a door block is rigidly fixed with locking in position in the corresponding bay of the masonry and can be removed only by cutting or cutting, using specific tools such as grinders or chiselling machines. It is the same for the operation which consists of installing a new door block and which requires a long intervention including the preparation of the receiving surface of the old door block and the realization of new welds to fix the new door block. However, in these highly secure buildings, particularly in nuclear power plant buildings, and for reasons of safety and protection of operators that are easy to understand, maintenance and downtime at the heart of installations must be reduced to the strict minimum. minimum.
  • The document FR 2 701 287 A1 relates to a dormant frame assembly for a revolving door of a passenger compartment, for replacing a conventional wooden frame, said frame assembly comprising a frame including a pre-frame part and a prefacing part one to the other according to the preamble of claim 1. The pre-framing portion comprises a plurality of brackets and a flange. The post is fixed both by its legs and its rim with concrete (first phase) filling the space between the rim and a base portion of the pre-framing part. In a distinct variant, the C-shaped pre-beam, comprising a base and a wing extended by a rim, is fixed in the wall (first-phase concrete) by means of fourteen screws passing through expansion pins housed in holes. in the wall.
  • The document EP 0 663 506 A2 relates to a door frame comprising an L-shaped section fixing support comprising two perpendicular branches, namely a first branch and a second branch. The first branch is fixed to the wall of the door opening by means of bolts and the second branch supports, on its internal face, a plurality of studs extending parallel to the first branch and each being provided for carrying a fastener. U-shaped retained by means of a washer and a clamping nut.
  • The document FR 2 012 532 A1 relates to a window or door window frame comprising, on the one hand, a first profile forming a fixed pre-frame on which are welded tie rods trapped, at one of their ends, in the masonry and, secondly, a second section forming a fixed frame connected to the first section by different transverse pins through the two sections and into mortar or concrete filling the area separating these.
  • The document CH 563 519 A5 has as its object a fixed frame system for doors or windows comprising an H, T or L-shaped cross-sectional locking profile for fixing the fixed frame of the door to the wall of the opening of the door concerned , while the locking profile is fixed by pegs anchored in a plaster wall surrounding the wall, each peg extending into a receiving cavity dug into the wall of the door opening.
  • The present invention aims to overcome these disadvantages by providing a door block structure closing a bay made in a masonry structure to simplify the removal and / or installation of a door block and reduce significantly the duration of the corresponding interventions, particularly with regard to heavy door units used in high security buildings and more particularly in nuclear power plant buildings, while giving the structure a high level of strength and rigidity.
  • To this end, the present invention relates to a door block structure closing a bay, more particularly of rectangular or square shape, practiced in a masonry structure, such as a wall, extending substantially vertically and separating or delimiting two spaces in a building and more particularly in a building of high security, said masonry work comprising a concrete veil, or first phase concrete, and a micro concrete, or second phase concrete, said structure comprising, on the one hand, a door block consisting of at least one flap pivotally mounted, via at least two hinges, each provided with a fixed part and a movable part, about a vertical axis, and by a frame comprising two vertical uprights, a horizontal top rail and, optionally, a threshold, said door block being engaged in a rebate made in the thickness of the wall of the embrasure of the bay and, other p art, a fixed pre-frame mounted in the rabbet of said bay being held and locked in position in said rabbet, and is characterized in that the structure of the door block further comprises prefixing means, anchoring means , sealing means and rigid and removable connection means, and in that:

  • The figures show a door block structure, according to the present invention, closing a bay 1, more particularly of rectangular or square shape, practiced in a masonry structure 2, such as a wall, extending substantially vertically and separating or defining two spaces in a building and more particularly in a building of high security, such as a nuclear power plant building, comprising a door block 3, 4, 5 constituted by at least one flap 3 pivotally mounted, via at least two hinges 6, each provided with a fixed part and a movable part, around a vertical axis 4, and with a fixed frame 5 comprising two vertical uprights 7, a horizontal top rail 8 and, optionally, a threshold 9 more particularly in the case of a sealed fire door block, said door block 3, 4, 5 being engaged in a rabbet 2 'formed in the thickness of the wall 2 of the doorway of the bay 1.
  • According to the present invention, such a structure further comprises a frame 10 mounted in the rebate 2 'of the bay 1 being held rigidly and locked in position in said rabbet 2' by means respectively anchoring 11 ', 11 "and sealing 11" and prefixing means 11, in the masonry structure 2, said fixed frame 10 constituting a support for fixing the door block 3, 4, 5 allowing, thanks to rigid connection means and removable 12, 13 to fix said door block 3, 4, 5 removably in said bay 1.
  • It will be understood that the fixed frame 10 is mounted and prefixed in the bay 1, prior to mounting of the frame 5 in the bay 1 on said frame 10 dormant.
  • According to the present invention, the fixed frame 10 comprises at least one receiving support part 14, 15 and the door block 3, 4, 5 comprises at least one assembly part 16, 17, 18 assembled with a receiving support part 14, 15, by clamping with pressure against one another by means of rigid and removable connection means 12, 13 which may be for example screws 12 or bolts 13.
  • If we refer to the figure 11 it can be seen that the fixed frame 10 may have a generally U-shaped shape, comprising two vertical uprights 10 'interconnected by a horizontal top rail 10 "and that said uprights 10' and said crossbar 10" can be made from rigid sheet metal profiles or other elongated flat member made of hard and rigid material, preferably longitudinally folded so as to have a generally L-shaped cross section.
  • In accordance with the present invention, as can be seen in the Figures 1 to 7 , the fixed frame 10 is, on the one hand, prefixed in the concrete veil or concrete of the first phase of the masonry work 2 thanks to the prefixing means 11 and, on the other hand, rigidly and permanently fixed in the structure of masonry 2 through the anchoring means 11 ', 11 "' and the sealing means 11".
    Preferably the anchoring means 11 ', 11 "' of the fixed frame 10 in the masonry structure 2 may consist, for example, of at least one anchoring leg 11 'and / or at least one folded sheet 11 ".
    The sealing means 11 "consist of a second-phase micro-concrete or concrete cast on said prefixed fixed frame.
  • The figure 1 shows anchoring means 11 'consisting only of at least one folded sheet, while the other figures show anchoring means 11', 11 "'consisting of at least one anchoring leg 11' and in at least one 11 "sheet, preferably rigid and folded. The anchoring legs 11 'can also be provided to be fixed directly on a folded sheet 11'', as can be seen in particular on the figure 11 , one of the vertical uprights 10 'of the fixed frame 10 opposite that located on the side of the hinges 6, not shown, comprises, substantially centrally, anchoring means 11', 11 "'which consist of a sheet 11" folded extending away from the upright 10 'opposite and the outer face of which folded sheet 11 "extend anchor legs 11'.
  • In accordance with the present invention, a housing or a reservation 19, 20 is accommodated in each receiving support member 14, 15, respectively, to allow reception of the corresponding rigid and removable connection means 12, 13.   • Furthermore, a receiving support piece 15 may consist of a profiled insert of generally C-shaped cross-section which may advantageously be sealed, with anchoring, in the masonry structure 2 ( figures 2 , 3 , 4 , 5 , 7 , 10 ). In this case, the aforementioned reservation 20 may advantageously consist of the interior space of said C-shaped insert section opening on the opening 21 of said C.
  • The opening 21 of the profiled insert 15 in C can then be provided to be flush advantageously on the outer face of the masonry work 2 and receive at least one rigid and removable connection means 13, such as a bolt with a head hook or hammer head, making a clamping by pressure of an assembly part 17, 18 corresponding door block 3, 4, 5 against said profiled insert 15 and said outer face of the masonry work 2.
  • Such a profiled C-shaped insert 15 may preferably have characteristics allowing a strong load recovery in the longitudinal direction of the profile and may be for example a profile known under the trade name of "HALFEN rail", not deposited, perfectly meeting the requirements. related to vertical installations and high dynamic loads of a very high weight door block, used in high security buildings such as nuclear power plant buildings.
  • Furthermore, in this type of profiled insert 15 in C the two inner flanges of the opening 21 of the C can preferably be notched and can cooperate with a notched internal face of the head of a clamping bolt forming a means of rigid and removable connection 13, so as to eliminate any risk of slippage of the load (door block) after adjusting its position and its attachment to said profile insert 15 C.
  • An anchoring means 11 'such as an anchor leg may also advantageously constitute a means for anchoring a C-shaped insert 15 forming a part of the fixed frame 10 and may extend, for example, perpendicularly to the rear face of said profiled insert 15 opposite the front face having the opening 21 of C. Preferably, each profiled insert 15 C may comprise two anchoring legs 11 '. On the other hand, the present invention can provide that the door block 3, 4, 5 comprises, preferably, an insert profile C 15 per hinge 6, as can be seen on the figure 11 which shows a fixed frame 10 having three C-shaped inserts extending laterally from one of the uprights 10 'of said frame 10, outside the latter, and each cooperating with a corresponding hinge 6 of a beating 3, not shown on the figure 11 .
  • In a first embodiment of the door block structure, according to the present invention, the fixed part of each hinge 6 of each leaf 3 can be fixed on one of the vertical uprights 7 of the fixed frame 5. In addition, the frame 5 may comprise at least one connecting piece 16 pressed against a receiving support piece 14 of the fixed frame 10 in the rabbet 2 'of the bay 1 ( figure 1 ).
  • Preferably, the opening 21 of the C-shaped profiled insert 15 may be substantially flush with the external face of the masonry structure 2 an area set back from the rabbet 2 ', this to place the vertical pivot axis 4 of the leaf 3 back and away from said rabbet 2', so as to allow the release of the passage of the bay 1 by a lateral clearance of the leaf 3 of the bay 1 when the latter is in the open position, in particular at 90 ° with respect to the plane of the opening of the bay 1 ( figure 2 , 3 , 4 , 5 ).
  • In a second embodiment of the door block structure, according to the present invention, the fixed part of each hinge 6 of each leaf 3 constitutes an assembly part 17 tightened by pressure, thanks to a rigid and removable connection means 13 against a corresponding C-shaped profiled insert 15 and the corresponding part of the external face of the masonry structure 2, so as to allow a transfer of forces directly into the masonry structure 2. The profiled inserts 15 C allow also advantageously an adjustment of the height of the leaf 3 in the bay 1. In addition the fixed frame 5 may comprise at least one assembly piece 16 clamped by pressure thanks to a rigid and removable connection means 12 against a receiving support part 14 corresponding to the dormant frame 10 ( figure 2 and figure 4 ).
  • In a third embodiment of the door block structure according to the present invention, the frame 5 can extend from the rabbet 2 ', at least up to the level of each C-shaped insert and the fixed part. each hinge 6 can be fixed to said extension of the frame 5, so as to be located, preferably, substantially at or near a C-shaped insert 15. Furthermore, at least part of said extension can constituting an assembly piece 18 clamped by pressure thanks to a rigid and removable connection means 13 against a profiled insert 15 C and against the corresponding portion of the outer face of the masonry structure 2. In addition, said frame 5 may comprise at least one assembly piece 16 clamped by pressure thanks to a rigid and removable connection means 12 against a corresponding receiving support piece 14 of the fixed frame 10 in the rabbet 2 '( figure 3 and figure 5 ).
  • The frame 5 of a door block structure according to the present invention can preferably be made from end-to-end profiles and each made from an elongate and flat element made of rigid material having holding properties. temperature and fire, such that a rigid sheet, possibly comprising a longitudinal fold, adapted to be applied, directly or indirectly, against at least one of the bottom faces of the rabbet 2 '. The dormant frame 5 may more particularly have a profile with a generally L-shaped cross-section. Thus, one of the wings of the L can be fixed on the pre-frame giving in the rabbet 2 ', while in a specific orientation of the L, the other wing can extend against the outer face of the masonry structure 2, at least up to the level of the profiled inserts 15 C ( figure 3 and 5 ).
  • It will be understood that this extension of the dormant frame 5 outside or beyond the rabbet 2 ', in the external face plane of the masonry structure 2, can also be made on the side of the upper horizontal cross member 8 ( figure 9 ) and on the lock side 3 '( figure 3 and figure 5 ).
  • Of course, the invention is not limited to the embodiment described and shown in the accompanying drawings. Modifications are possible, in particular from the point of view of the constitution of the various elements or by substitution of technical equivalents, without departing from the scope of protection of claim 1.

Prehung door unit structure intended to close an opening (1), more particularly of rectangular or square shape, made in a stonework construction (2) such as a wall, rising substantially vertically and separating or demarcating two spaces within a building and, more particularly, within a high-security building, said stonework construction (2) comprising a concrete wall, or first-phase concrete, and a micro-concrete, or second-phase concrete, said structure comprising, on the one hand, a prehung door unit (3, 4, 5) made up of at least one door leaf (3) mounted so that it can pivot, via the intermediary of at least two hinges (6), each equipped with a fixed portion and a movable portion, about a vertical axis (4), and of a fixed frame (5) comprising two vertical uprights (7), a horizontal upper cross-member (8) and, where appropriate, a threshold (9), said prehung door unit (3, 4, 5) being mounted in a rebate (2') made in the thickness of the wall (2) of the embrasure of the opening (1) and, on the other hand, a fixed-frame pre-frame (10) mounted in the rebate (2') of said opening (1) while being held and locked in position in said rebate (2'),
    characterised in that the prehung door unit comprises, in addition to prefixing means (11), anchoring means (11' , 11"'), sealing means (11") and rigid and removable connecting means (12, 13), and in that:
    - the fixed-frame pre-frame (10) is, on the one hand, prefixed directly in said concrete wall or first-phase concrete via the prefixing means (11) and, on the other hand, fixed rigidly and permanently in the stonework construction (2) via the anchoring means (11', 11"') and the sealing means (11"), said sealing means (11") consisting of the micro-concrete or second-phase concrete, sunk into said fixed-frame pre-frame (10), said anchoring means extending into the micro-concrete or second-phase concrete,
    - said fixed-frame pre-frame (10) constitutes a support for attaching the prehung door unit (3, 4, 5), so that said prehung door unit (3, 4, 5) can be fixed removably into said opening (1) using rigid and removable connecting means (12, 13), said fixed-frame pre-frame (10) comprising at least one receiving support piece (14, 15) and said prehung door unit (3, 4, 5) comprising at least one connecting piece (16, 17, 18) assembled with a receiving support piece (14, 15), by screwing one against the other under pressure via the rigid and removable connecting means (12, 13),
    - a housing or cavity (19, 20) is provided in each receiving support piece (14, 15) to receive the corresponding rigid and removable connecting means (12, 13).
  2. Structure according to claim 1, characterised in that the anchoring means (11', 11"') consist of at least one anchoring leg (11') and/or at least one folded rigid plate (11"').
  3. Prehung door unit structure intended to close an opening, according to claim 1 or claim 2, characterised in that the fixed portion of each hinge (6) of each leaf (3) is attached to one of the vertical uprights (7) of the fixed frame (5) and in that the latter comprises at least one connecting piece (16) screwed under pressure against a receiving support piece (14) of the fixed-frame pre-frame (10) in the rebate (2') of the opening (1).
  4. Prehung door unit structure intended to close an opening, according to claim 1 or claim 2, characterised in that a receiving support piece (15) of the fixed-frame pre-frame (10), essentially on the side of the hinges (6), consists of an extruded insert with an overall transverse cross-section in the form of an enclosed C, with anchoring, in the stonework construction (2), and in that the opening (21) of said C-shaped extruded insert (15) is flush with the external face of the stonework construction (2) and receives at least one rigid and removable connecting means (13), such as a square-head or hammer-head bolt, by the screwing under pressure of a corresponding connecting piece (17, 18) of the prehung door unit (3, 4, 5) against said extruded insert (15) and the corresponding portion of said external face of the stonework construction (2).
  5. Prehung door unit structure intended to close an opening, according to claim 4, characterised in that the opening (21) of the C-shaped extruded insert (15) is essentially flush with the external face of the stonework construction (2) in an area set back from the rebate (2'), in order to set the vertical axis (4) of pivoting of the leaf (3) back and at a distance from said rebate (2'), so as to allow the opening (1) to be given free passage by a lateral disengagement of the leaf (3) from the opening (1) when the latter is in the disengagement open position, particularly at 90° relative to the plane of opening of the opening (1).
  6. Prehung door unit structure intended to close an opening, according to claim 5, characterised in that the fixed portion of each hinge (6) of each leaf (3) constitutes a connecting piece (17) screwed under pressure, via a rigid and removable connecting means (13) against a corresponding C-shaped extruded insert (15) and the corresponding portion of the external face of the stonework construction (2), so as to allow, in particular, a transfer of the forces directly into the stonework construction (2), and in that the fixed frame (5) comprises at least one connecting piece (16) screwed under pressure, via a rigid and removable connecting means (12) against a corresponding receiving support piece (14) of the fixed-frame pre-frame (10).
  7. Prehung door unit structure intended to close an opening, according to claim 6, characterised in that the fixed frame (5) extends from the rebate (2'), at least as far as the level of each C-shaped extruded insert (15), the fixed portion of each hinge (6) being attached to said extension of the fixed frame (5), so as to be located, preferably, essentially at the level of or in the vicinity of a C-shaped extruded insert (15), and in that, on the one hand, at least a portion of said extension constitutes a connecting piece (18) screwed under pressure, via a rigid and removable connecting means (13), against a C-shaped extruded insert (15) and against the corresponding portion of the external face of the stonework construction (2) and, on the other hand, said fixed frame (5) comprises at least one connecting piece (16) screwed under pressure, via a rigid and removable connecting means (12) against a corresponding receiving support piece (14) of the fixed-frame pre-frame (10) in the rebate (2').
  8. Prehung door unit structure intended to close an opening, according to claims 1 to 7, characterised in that the fixed-frame pre-frame (10) has an overall U shape, comprising two vertical uprights (10') linked together by a horizontal upper cross-member (10") and in that said uprights (10') and said cross-member (10") are made from extruded rigid plates or other elongated flat members made from a hard and rigid material, preferably folded longitudinally so as to present an overall L-shaped transverse cross-section.
  9. Prehung door unit structure intended to close an opening, according to claims 1 to 8, characterised in that the fixed frame (5) is made from extrusions placed end-to-end and each made from an elongated flat member in rigid material with properties of resistance to temperature and fire, such as a rigid plate, possibly incorporating a longitudinal fold, applied, directly or indirectly, against at least one of the faces of the bottom of the rebate (2').
