Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft einen Verkaufstisch mit einem Warenaufnahmeraum zur Aufnahme von Waren, insbesondere einen Schlagertisch.
  • Ein Beispiel für einen bekannten Verkaufstisch ist in DE 202 02 212 U1 angegeben. Dieser Tisch weist vier Beine aus Vierkant-Hohlprofil auf, die mittels eines Rahmens miteinander verbunden sind. Der Warenaufnahmeraum dieses bekannten Tischs ist von Seitenwänden aus Drahtgitter, die an den Beinen angebracht sind, und einem Boden aus einem horizontale Drahtgitter, der an den Seitenwänden eingehängt ist, begrenzt. Ein weiteres Beispiel ist aus US 6 457 595 B1 bekannt.
  • Verkaufstische dieser Art dienen oft der Präsentation von Aktionswaren und Sonderangeboten in Verkaufsgeschäften. Da solche Angebote oft wechseln, werden solche Tische im Ladengeschäft oft umgestellt oder gänzlich ab- und bei erneuter Verwendung wieder aufgebaut. Um einen Tisch zwischen zwei Verwendungen einfach und platzsparend lagern zu können, sollte er zerlegbar oder zusammenklappbar sein, ohne dass dafür spezielles Werkzeug eingesetzt werden müsste. Auch ist es erwünscht, dass die Seitenwände zumindest teilweise absenkbar oder abklappbar ausgestaltet sind, um einen einfacheren Zugriff auf tief im Warenaufnahmeraum liegende Waren zu ermöglichen.
  • Bekannte Tische, deren Seitenwände abklappbar oder demontierbar sind, weisen jedoch aufwändige Mechanismen zur Befestigung der Seitenwände auf, die teuer zu fertigen und kompliziert zu bedienen sind.
  • Der Erfindung liegt daher die Aufgabe zugrunde, einen ökonomisch zu fertigenden Verkaufstisch zu schaffen, dessen Seitenwand auf einfache Weise befestigt und wieder gelöst werden kann.
  • Die Lösung dieser Aufgabe gelingt mit einem Verkaufstisch nach Anspruch 1. Gemäß Anspruch 1 weist mindestens ein Bein des Tischs an seinem oberen Ende eine Aussparung auf, in die eine hakenförmige Abkantung der Seitenwand von oben einhängbar ist. Solche Abkantungen und Aussparungen sind einfach zu fertigen. Die Seitenwand lässt sich mit einem einfachen Handgriff ein- oder wieder aushängen. Im eingehängten Zustand verbleibt sie bereits durch ihre Schwerkraft. Die Gefahr versehentlichen Aushängens ist auch deshalb gering, weil die Seitenwand im Gebrauch des Verkaufstischs eher dadurch belastet wird, dass sich Kunden gelegentlich darauf abstützen, während ein unbeabsichtigtes Anheben der Seitenwand praktisch nicht vorkommt.
  • Die Unteransprüche betreffen bevorzugte Ausführungsformen der Erfindung.
  • Das Bein des Tischs nach Anspruch 2 ist stabil und einfach zu fertigen.
  • Die Ausgestaltung nach Anspruch 3 ist besonders zweckmäßig, wenn die Seitenwände des Tischs aus Drahtgitter gefertigt sind.
  • Die in Anspruch 4 angegebene Kappe zum Aufstecken auf das obere Ende des Beins des Tischs deckt etwaige scharfkantige Ecken des Beins ab und führt zu einem gefälligen Aussehen. In der Alternative nach Anspruch 5 verschließt die Kappe außerdem die Aussparung zum Einhängen der Seitenwand und sichert die Seitenwand so vor unbeabsichtigtem Aushängen. Diese Alternative eignet sich insbesondere für Seitenwände, die lediglich beim Demontieren des Tischs ausgehängt werden sollen. In der Alternative nach Anspruch 6 behindert die Kappe das Aushängen der Seitenwand nicht. Diese Alternative eignet sich insbesondere für Seitenwände, die ausgehängt werden können, um sie abzuklappen oder abzusenken und so den Zugriff zu tief im Warenaufnahmeraum liegenden Waren zu erleichtern.
  • Ein bevorzugtes Ausführungsbeispiel eines Verkaufstischs der Erfindung ist in der Zeichnung dargestellt. Darin zeigt
    • FIG. 1 eine Seitenansicht des Verkaufstischs,
    • FIG. 2 eine Seitenansicht eines Beins des Verkaufstischs,
    • FIG. 3 eine Detailansicht des Verkaufstischs mit hakenförmig nach unten gerichteter Abkantung seiner Seitenwand zum Eingriff in eine nach oben offene Aussparung am oberen Ende des Beins, und
    • FIG. 4 eine Kappe zum Aufstecken auf das obere Ende des Beins.
  • Der in FIG. 1 gezeigte Verkaufstisch weist vier vertikale Beine 1 auf, die jeweils aus einem Vierkant-Hohlprofil (Kastenprofil) aus Stahl gefertigt sind. Die Beine 1 sind mit einem Rahmen 2 verschraubt, der die Beine miteinander verbindet. Am Rahmen 2 sind Rollen 3 befestigt, auf denen der Tisch verfahrbar ist.
  • Der Verkaufstisch weist einen Warenaufnahmeraum 4 auf, der von vier vertikalen Seitenwänden 5 umgrenzt ist. Die Seitenwände 5 sind jeweils zwischen zwei benachbarten Beinen 1 angeordnet und an diesen befestigt. Sie sind aus Drahtgitter mit horizontalen und vertikalen Drähten aus Stahl gefertigt.
  • Auf den untersten horizontalen Drähten 6 der Seitenwände 5 liegt ein Boden 7 auf, der ebenfalls aus Drahtgitter gefertigt ist.
  • Oben auf die Beine 1 ist jeweils eine Kappe 8 aus Kunststoff aufgesteckt, um den Hohlraum der Hohlprofile zu verschließen und dabei etwaige scharfe Kanten abzudecken und einen optisch einwandfreien Eindruck zu bewirken.
  • Die in der Ansicht nach FIG. 1 gezeigte Seitenwand 5 ist zweiteilig ausgebildet. Ihr unterer Teil 9 weist horizontale Drähte 6, 10 auf, deren Enden in Bohrungen 11, 12 in den angrenzenden Wandungen 18 der Hohlprofile der Beine 1 eingreifen. Die Bohrungen 11, 12 sind in der in FIG. 2 dargestellten Seitenansicht eines Beins 1 mit Blick aus Richtung der Seitenwand 5 gezeigt. Der Eingriff befestigt den unteren Teil 9 der Seitenwand 5 nahezu spielfrei und unverrückbar an den Beinen 1.
  • Der obere Teil 13 der Seitenwand 5 weist einen unteren horizontalen Draht 14 auf, dessen beide Enden in entsprechende Langlöcher 15 in den jeweils benachbarten Wandungen 18 des Hohlprofils der Beine 1 eingreifen. Ein oberer horizontaler Draht 16 des oberen Teils 13 der Seitenwand 5 greift mit seinen Enden in entsprechende Aussparungen 17 ein, die jeweils am oberen Ende der der Seitenwand 5 zugewandten Wandungen 18 der Hohlprofile der Beine 1 vorgesehen sind. Langloch 15 und Aussparung 17 sind in FIG. 2 mit Blick auf die der Seitenwand 5 zugewandte Wandung 18 des Hohlprofils eines Beins 1 gezeigt.
  • Wie weiterhin in FIG. 2 gezeigt, ist die Längsrichtung des Langlochs 15 vertikal und die Aussparung 17 in der Wandung 18 ist nach oben offen. So lässt sich der obere Teil 13 der Seitenwand 5 entsprechend der Länge des Langlochs 15 so weit nach oben heben, dass der obere Draht 16 nach oben aus der Aussparung 17 austritt und sich von ihr löst. In dieser angehobenen Stellung lässt sich der obere Teil 13 um den unteren Draht 14 als Drehachse schwenken und so weit nach unten klappen, bis er parallel zum unteren Teil 9 hängt. In dieser (nicht gezeigten) umgeklappten Stellung des oberen Teils 13 der Seitenwand 5 ist der Zugriff auf Waren, die unten am Boden 7 des Warenaufnahmeraums liegen, erleichtert.
  • FIG. 3 zeigt ein Ende des oberen horizontalen Drahts 16 des oberen Teils 13 der Seitenwand 5 zusammen mit dem oberen Ende des Beins 1 im Detail. In der dargestellten Stellung ist der obere Teil 13 der Seitenwand 5 so weit angehoben, dass der obere horizontale Draht 16 aus der nach oben offenen Aussparung 17 der der Seitenwand 5 zugewandten Wandung 18 des Hohlprofils des Beins 1 herausgehoben und vollständig vom Bein 1 gelöst ist. Jedes Ende des oberen horizontalen Drahts 16 ist unter Bildung einer hakenförmig nach unten gerichteten Abkantung 19 rechtwinklig abwärts gebogen. Wird der obere Teil 13 der Seitenwand 5 in das Bein 1 eingehängt, so wird er aus der in FIG. 3 gezeigten Stellung herabgelassen, so dass der obere Draht 16 von oben in die Aussparung 17 eingeführt wird. Dabei greift der obere Draht 16 in das Innere des Beins 1 ein und die Abkantung 19 hintergreift im Inneren des Beins 1 unterhalb der Aussparung 17 die der Seitenwand zugewandte Wandung 18, wie oben rechts in FIG. 1 gezeigt. Diese Art des Eingriffs der Abkantung 19 durch die Aussparung 17 in das Innere des Beins 1 sichert die oberen Enden der Beine 1 gegen Ausschwenken nach außen und trägt somit zu einer verwindungssteifen Konstruktion des Verkaufstischs bei.
  • Die FIG. 4(a) und (b) zeigen Seitenansichten der Kappe 8 aus zwei senkrecht zueinander orientierten Richtungen und FIG. 4(c) zeigt eine Aufsicht auf die Kappe 8. Die Kappe 8 weist eine im Wesentlichen horizontale Deckelplatte 20 und davon ausgehend vier nach unten stehende pfostenförmige Flansche 21 auf. Beim Aufstekken der Kappe 8 auf das obere Ende eines Beins 1 deckt die Deckelplatte 20 das Hohlprofil des Beins 1 oben ab und die Flansche 21 greifen klemmend in das Hohlprofil ein. Die Flansche sind so geformt, dass sie die Aussparung 17 nicht bedecken und die Kappe 8 daher auf das Bein 1 aufgesteckt werden kann, während sich der obere Draht 16 in Eingriff in der Aussparung 17 befindet. Beim vorliegenden Ausführungsbeispiel weist die Deckelplatte 20 an derjenigen Stelle, die bei auf dem Bein 1 aufgesteckter Kappe 8 über der nach oben offenen Aussparung 17 zu liegen kommt, eine Ausnehmung 22 auf. Die Ausnehmung 22 lässt die Abkantung 19 passieren, wenn der obere Draht 16 in die Ausnehmung 17 eingehängt oder aus ihr ausgehängt wird, und erlaubt somit das Abklappen des oberen Teils 13 der Seitenwand 5, während die Kappe 8 auf dem Bein 1 aufgesteckt bleibt.
  • Wie aus den FIG. 1 und 3 noch ersichtlich ist, weist das Bein 1 in seiner rechtwinklig zur Wandung 18 gerichteten Wandung eine weitere nach oben offene Aussparung 117 und ein weiteres Langloch 115 auf. Diese dienen der Befestigung einer (nicht dargestellten) weiteren Seitenwand, die darin in gleicher Weise eingehängt ist wie der obere Teil 13 der Seitenwand 5 im Langloch 15 und der Aussparung 17. Die Deckelplatte 20 der Kappe 8 bedeckt die Aussparung 117, da sie an ihrem Ort keine solche Ausnehmung aufweist wie die Ausnehmung 22 am Ort der Aussparung 17. Daher ist die (nicht dargestellte) weitere Seitenwand gegen versehentliches Aushängen geschützt. Sie lässt sich nur nach Entfernen der Kappe 8 aushängen, was typischerweise beim Demontieren des Verkaufstischs erfolgt, wenn auch die Schraubverbindung zwischen den Beinen 1 und dem Rahmen 2 gelöst und der Tisch komplett zerlegt und abgebaut wird.
  • Die beschriebenen Aussparungen 17, 117 und die Abkantung 19 sind einfach zu fertigende und robuste Bestandteile des Verkaufstischs, die aber dennoch eine stabile und steife Verbindung zwischen den Seitenwänden und den Beinen 1 bereitstellen und eine einfache Handhabung des Tischs beim Abklappen des oberen Teils 13 der Seitenwand 5 und beim Zusammenbauen und Zerlegen des Verkaufstischs ermöglichen. Denn wie beschrieben kann der obere Teil 13 der Seitenwand 5 mit einem einfachen Handgriff aus der Aussparung 17 ausgehängt und abgeklappt werden, und der Verkaufstisch kann mit nur wenig mehr Handgriffen komplett zerlegt oder wieder zusammengebaut werden.

Claims (6)

  1. Verkaufstisch mit einem Warenaufnahmeraum (4) zur Aufnahme von Waren sowie mit:
    Beinen (1),
    einem Boden (7) zum Tragen der Waren im Wareriaufnahmeraum, und
    einer an den Beinen befestigten Seitenwand (5) zur seitlichen Begrenzung des Warenaufnahmeraums,
    wobei die Seitenwand (5) eine hakenförmig nach unten gerichtete Abkantung (19) aufweist, die in eine Aussparung (17, 117) am oberen Ende mindestens eines der Beine (1) von oben einhängbar ist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Seitenwand (5) einen horizontalen Draht (14) aufweist, dessen Enden in Langlöcher (15, 115) in den Beinen (1) eingreifen, so dass die Seitenwand (5) entlang der Langlöcher (15, 115) angehoben oder abgesenkt werden kann, um die Abkantung (19) aus der Aussparung (17, 117) auszuhängen oder in sie einzuhängen.
  2. Verkaufstisch nach Anspruch 1, wobei das mindestens eine Bein (1) als Hohlprofil ausgebildet ist und die Aussparung (17, 117) in der Wandung des Hohlprofils am oberen Ende des Beins nach oben offen ausgebildet ist.
  3. Verkaufstisch nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei die Seitenwand (5) einen oberen horizontalen Draht (16) aufweist, dessen Enden unter Bildung der Abkantung (19) nach unten abgewinkelt sind.
  4. Verkaufstisch nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3 mit einer Kappe (8) zum Aufstecken auf das obere Ende des mindestens einen Beins (1).
  5. Verkaufstisch nach Anspruch 4, wobei die Kappe (8) eine Deckelplatte (20) aufweist, die die Aussparung (117) oben abdeckt.
  6. Verkaufstisch nach Anspruch 4, wobei die Kappe (8) eine Deckelplatte (20) aufweist, die am Ort der Aussparung (17) eine Ausnehmung (22) aufweist, durch die hindurch die hakenförmige Abkantung (19) nach oben aus der Aussparung (17) herausnehmbar ist.
