  • the engaging elements can be inclined into a horizontal state by the second element guide section and the first element guide section. As described above, it is possible to surely prevent the engaging elements from being sandwiched in the tape guide passage or so-called puncture from being generated in coupling of a pair of engaging elements.
  • the invention can be appropriately used as a slider for a concealed slide fastener that is attached to the opening of the seat cover of a seat sheet, cloths or the like.

Claims (10)

  1. Schieber für einen verborgenen Reißverschluss (1) mit einem in einer U-Form gebogenen und befestigten Reißverschlusstragband (14) und eingereifenden / Eingriff-lösenden Kuppelgliedern (13) eines Paares von Reißverschlussketten (15), wobei die Kuppelglieder (13) an den Seitenkanten des gebogenen Reißverschlusstragbands (14) entlang befestigt sind, und wobei der Schieber (1) umfasst:
    eine untere Schieberplatte (2);
    ein Paar von Seitenwänden (3a, 4a), die derart angeordnet sind, dass sie an beiden Seiten entlang einer Richtung von links nach rechts rechtwinklig zu der Schieberichtung des Schiebers (1) an der unteren Schieberplatte (2) hervorstehen;
    ein Paar von oberen Schieberplatten (3b, 4b), die sich derart erstrecken, dass sie von den oberen Enden des Paares von Seitenwänden (3a) und (4a) sich einander dicht annähern;
    eine Führungssäule (5), die derart angeordnet ist, dass sie an der Seite einer Schulteröffnung (16) des Schiebers (1) und von der unteren Schieberplatte (2) hervorsteht;
    einen ersten Kuppelgliedführungsabschnitt (7), der an der äußeren Umfangsfläche der Führungssäule (5) hervorsteht;
    einen Y-förmigen Bandführungsdurchgang (12), der einen gebogenen Abschnitt (14a) des Reißverschlusstragbands (14), das durch innere Endflächen (21b) des Paares von oberen Schieberplatten (3b, 4b) und den ersten Kuppelgliedführungsabschnitt (7) in einer U-Form gebogen ist, führt;
    einen zweiten Kuppelgliedführungsabschnitt (8), der sich an dem linken und an dem rechten Ende der unteren Schieberplatte (2) von der vorderen Endkante der unteren Schieberplatte (2) in Richtung einer hinteren Öffnung (17) erstreckt, und
    wobei der zweite Kuppelgliedführungsabschnitt (8) von der unteren Schieberplatte (2) in der Seite einer Seitenfläche der Führungssäule (5) in Richtung der oberen Schieberplatten (3b, 4b) hervorsteht,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in
    dem Bandführungsdurchgang der Y-förmige Bandführungsdurchgang (12) mit Schulteröffnungen, der in zwei Linien in Richtung der Schulteröffnung (16) des Schiebers (1) unterteilt ist, sich gerade in Richtung der Schulteröffnung (16) des Schiebers (1) öffnet und vergrößert, und dass der zweite Kuppelgliedführungsabschnitt (8) sich in der axialen Richtung nach innen geneigt weiter erstreckt als die axiale Linie des Bandführungsdurchgangs (12) mit den Schulteröffnungen.
  2. Schieber gemäß Anspruch 1, der dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass der zweite Kuppelgliedführungsabschnitt (8) in der Schieberichtung des Schiebers (1) an der gleichen Position wie das vordere Ende der Schulteröffnungsseite der Führungssäule (5) oder über das vordere Ende der Schulteröffnungsseite hinaus angeordnet ist.
  3. Schieber gemäß Anspruch 1 oder 2, der dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass der erste Kuppelgliedführungsabschnitt (7) in Richtung der hinteren Öffnung von einer Seite der Führungssäule (5) ausgeformt ist und umfasst: eine seitliche Führungsfläche (7b), die eine zu der Schieberichtung des Schiebers (1) parallel verlaufende Oberfläche aufweist, und eine vordere Führungsfläche (7a), die in Richtung der Seite der Schulteröffnung (16) und nach oben als eine mit der seitlichen Führungsfläche (7b) durchgehende Oberfläche geneigt ist, und dadurch, dass der erste Kuppelgliedführungsabschnitt (7) dem zweiten Kuppelgliedführungsabschnitt (8) gegenüber liegt.
  4. Schieber gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, der dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass es sich bei dem zweiten Kuppelgliedführungsabschnitt (8) um einen hervorstehenden Abschnitt, der von der inneren Wand der unteren Schieberplatte (2) zu den inneren Wänden der Seitenwände (3a, 4a) hervorsteht, handelt.
  5. Schieber gemäß Anspruch 4, der dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass der hervorstehende Abschnitt eine geneigte Oberfläche, die von der unteren Schieberplatte (2) in Richtung der Seitenwände (3a, 4a) geneigt ist, aufweist, und die geneigte Oberfläche dem ersten Kuppelgliedführungsabschnitt (7) gegenüber liegt.
  6. Schieber gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, der dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass die Startposition des zweiten Kuppelgliedführungsabschnitts (8), die das Führen des hinteren Endabschnitts (13b) des Kuppelglieds in Schiebekontakt startet, vor dem ersten Kuppelgliedführungsabschnitt (7), der das Führen des Kupplungskopfs (13a) des Kuppelglieds (13) startet, angeordnet ist.
  7. Schieber gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, der dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass das vordere Ende der Schulteröffnung des zweiten Kuppelgliedführungsabschnitts (8) vor der geneigten Oberfläche dichter an der unteren Schieberplatte (2) angeordnet ist als die inneren Wände der oberen Schieberplatten (3b, 4b) in dem ersten Kuppelgliedführungsabschnitt (7).
  8. Schieber gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, der dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass das Kuppelglied (13) durch Nähen entlang der Endkante des Reißverschlusstragbands (14) befestigt wird.
  9. Schieber gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, der dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass bei einer Betrachtung von oben eine vordere Endkante (21) in der Eingriffsrichtung des Kuppelglieds (13) an dem Paar von oberen Schieberplatten (3b, 4b) sich dicht zu einer vorderen Endkante (2a) der unteren Schieberplatte (2) erstreckt, und
    ein gebogener Abschnitt (21a) durch Abschrägen an gegenüber liegenden Innenecken der vorderen Endkante der oberen Schieberplatten (3b, 4b) ausgeformt wird.
  10. Schieber gemäß Anspruch 9, der dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass die vordere Endkante (20) an dem Paar von Seitenwänden (3a, 4a) dichter an einer hinteren Öffnung (17) angeordnet ist als das vorderen Ende (22) an dem zweiten Kuppelgliedführungsabschnitt (8).
