Claims (18)
- Dispositif destiné à ajouter et mélanger un produit chimique liquide dans un flux de traitement (70), comprenant un boîtier, au moins une alimentation en fluide (30), une alimentation en produit chimique (12) ainsi qu'une alimentation en fluide de dilution (16) et une sortie de flux de fluide (60), au moins l'alimentation en produit chimique (12) et l'alimentation en fluide de dilution (16) étant disposées de telle sorte qu'une zone de mélange (25) soit réalisée dans le boîtier, dans laquelle un flux de produit chimique et un flux de fluide de dilution sont introduits dans le flux de fluide, et le flux mélangé résultant est introduit hors de l'ouverture de sortie (60) dans le flux de traitement (70), l'alimentation en produit chimique (12) et l'alimentation en fluide de dilution (16) étant disposées spatialement l'une à côté de l'autre de telle sorte que le flux de produit chimique sortant de l'alimentation en produit chimique et le flux de fluide de dilution sortant de l'alimentation en fluide de dilution soient mélangés essentiellement l'un avec l'autre avant l'ajout et le mélange avec le flux de fluide, caractérisé en ce que la distance AB entre l'ouverture d'alimentation en produit chimique (14) de l'alimentation en produit chimique (12) et l'ouverture d'alimentation en fluide de dilution (18) de l'alimentation en fluide de dilution (16) est comprise entre 1 mm et 100 mm.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1,
caractérisé en ce
qu'au moins l'alimentation en produit chimique (12) et/ou l'alimentation en fluide de dilution (16) est/sont inclinée(s) suivant un angle (α1, α2) par rapport à la paroi du boîtier. - Dispositif selon la revendication 2,
caractérisé en ce que
l'angle (α1, α2) est compris entre 10° et 90°. - Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3,
caractérisé en ce que
la distance AB entre l'ouverture d'alimentation en produit chimique (14) de l'alimentation en produit chimique (12) et l'ouverture d'alimentation en fluide de dilution (18) de l'alimentation en fluide de dilution (16) est comprise entre 1 mm et un quart du diamètre (d3) du tube mélangeur (20). - Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 et 4,
caractérisé en ce que
la différence de pression (δp) entre le fluide de dilution sortant de l'ouverture d'alimentation en fluide de dilution (18) et le flux de fluide se situe dans la plage comprise entre 0,5 et 5 bar et/ou la différence de pression (δp) du flux de produit chimique sortant de l'ouverture d'alimentation en produit chimique (14) par rapport au flux de fluide de dilution sortant de l'ouverture d'alimentation en fluide de dilution (18) est comprise dans la plage de 0,2 à 0 bar. - Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 5,
caractérisé en ce que
le rapport entre un diamètre intérieur de tube de l'alimentation en fluide de dilution (16) et le diamètre intérieur de tube de l'alimentation en produit chimique (12) est compris dans la plage de 1:1 à 20:1. - Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6,
caractérisé en ce que
le boîtier comprend des surfaces d'impact (100.1, 100.2, 100.3, 100.4, 100.5, 100.6), pour générer des turbulences et/ou pour le dosage de produits chimiques et/ou pour le dosage de fluides de dilution. - Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7,
caractérisé en ce que
le boîtier est réalisé sous forme de buse. - Système d'injection de produits chimiques pour l'utilisation dans un système d'alimentation d'une machine à papier,

- Procédé destiné à ajouter et mélanger un fluide ou un liquide, en particulier un liquide contenant un produit chimique ou un produit chimique fluide lui-même dans un flux de traitement au moyen d'un dispositif (10, 200) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, comprenant un boîtier, au moins une ouverture d'alimentation en fluide (30), une ouverture d'alimentation en produit chimique (14), une ouverture d'alimentation en fluide de dilution (18) et au moins une ouverture de sortie (60) dans un flux de traitement (70), un flux de produit chimique sortant de l'ouverture d'alimentation en produit chimique (14) et un flux de fluide de dilution sortant de l'ouverture d'alimentation en fluide de dilution (18) étant ajoutés et mélangés dans un flux de fluide et le flux de fluide, après l'ajout et le mélange du flux de produit chimique et du flux de fluide de dilution, étant injecté par le biais d'une ouverture de sortie (60) dans un flux de traitement (70) à travers une buse,
caractérisé en ce
qu'un flux de produit chimique ou un autre flux de fluide est acheminé au flux de fluide. - Procédé selon la revendication 11,
caractérisé en ce que
le flux de produit chimique et le flux de fluide de dilution sont mélangés essentiellement l'un avec l'autre avant l'ajout et le mélange dans le flux de fluide. - Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 11 ou 12,
caractérisé en ce que
la concentration en produit chimique dans le flux de fluide est ajustée par ajout de la quantité de fluide de dilution. - Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 11 à 13,
