Claims (14)
- Procédé destiné à ajouter en mélange un produit chimique liquide à un flux de traitement au moyen d'un dispositif de mélange, comprenant une étape de mélange et une étape de nettoyage, un produit chimique liquide étant acheminé au flux de traitement (100) dans l'étape de mélange, le dispositif de mélange (10), dans l'étape de nettoyage, étant séparé du flux de traitement (100) de telle sorte que le dispositif de mélange (10) puisse être nettoyé indépendamment du flux de traitement (100), caractérisé en ce que dans l'étape de mélange, le produit chimique liquide est mélangé à au moins un deuxième liquide dans une chambre de mélange, le dispositif de mélange (10) est reçu par un dispositif de réception (20), le dispositif de mélange (10) est disposé dans le logement dans l'étape de nettoyage de telle sorte qu'une chambre de nettoyage soit réalisée et la chambre de mélange et la chambre de nettoyage coïncident sensiblement.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1,
caractérisé en ce
qu'un premier flux de liquide est formé à partir du produit chimique liquide dans le dispositif de mélange (10) et au moins un deuxième flux de liquide est formé à partir du deuxième liquide. - Procédé selon la revendication 2,
caractérisé en ce que
le mélange du premier et du deuxième flux de liquide dans l'étape de mélange se produit de l'une des manières suivantes :le premier flux de liquide sort essentiellement simultanément avec le deuxième flux de liquide hors du dispositif de mélange (10) ;le premier flux de liquide sort essentiellement avant le deuxième flux de liquide hors du dispositif de mélange (10) ;le premier flux de liquide sort essentiellement après le deuxième flux de liquide hors du dispositif de mélange (10). - Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce que
le dispositif de mélange (10) est réalisé de manière à pouvoir être déplacé dans le dispositif de réception (20) pour constituer la chambre de nettoyage. - Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4,
caractérisé en ce que
dans l'étape de nettoyage, le dispositif de mélange (10) est sollicité avec un liquide de nettoyage de préférence de telle sorte que des milieux qui sont contenus dans le dispositif de mélange (10) soient repoussés par le liquide de nettoyage et que de ce fait le dispositif de mélange (10) soit nettoyé des produits chimiques s'y trouvant. - Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 5,
caractérisé en ce que
le dispositif de mélange (10) est configuré de telle sorte que le premier et/ou le deuxième flux de liquide sortent à une vitesse d'écoulement de l'ordre de 0,05 à 20 m/s, de préférence de l'ordre de 0,1 à 10 m/s, tout particulièrement préférablement de l'ordre de 0,1 à 5 m/s hors du dispositif de mélange (10), de telle sorte qu'aucune accumulation ne se produise au niveau du dispositif de mélange (10) ou dans celui-ci. - Dispositif destiné à ajouter en mélange un produit chimique liquide à un flux de traitment (100), comprenant au moins un logement, en particulier un boîtier de réception, dans un premier canal d'écoulement (12) pour l'alimentation du produit chimique liquide au flux de traitement (100), le logement, en particulier le boîtier de réception, étant réalisé de telle sorte qu'une chambre de nettoyage soit mise à disposition au moins pour nettoyer le premier canal d'écoulement (12), caractérisé en ce que dans le dispositif de réception (20) est réalisé un espace de mélange.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 7,
caractérisé en ce que
le boîtier de réception comprend un dispositif d'arrêt, en particulier un tiroir d'arrêt (200), avec lequel la chambre de nettoyage est réalisée dans le logement, en particulier dans le boîtier de réception. - Dispositif selon la revendication 7 ou 8,
caractérisé en ce que
le dispositif comprend en outre un deuxième canal d'écoulement (14) pour l'alimentation d'un deuxième liquide au flux de traitement (100). - Dispositif selon la revendication 9,
caractérisé en ce que
le dispositif présente un dispositif de mélange (10), comprenant le premier (12) et le deuxième (14) canal d'écoulement. - Dispositif selon la revendication 9 ou 10, caractérisé en ce que
le premier (12) et le deuxième (14) canal d'écoulement présentent une section transversale telle que le premier et/ou le deuxième flux de liquide sortant du premier (12) et/ou du deuxième (14) canal d'écoulement sortent à une vitesse d'écoulement de l'ordre de 0,05 à 20 m/s, de préférence de l'ordre de 0,1 à 10 m/s, tout particulièrement préférablement de l'ordre de 0,1 à 5 m/s hors du premier (12) et/ou du deuxième (14) canal d'écoulement. - Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 9 à 11,
caractérisé en ce que
le dispositif de mélange (10) comprenant le premier (12) et le deuxième (14) canal d'écoulement est réalisé de manière déplaçable à l'intérieur du logement, en particulier du boîtier de réception. - Système d'injection de produits chimiques pour l'utilisation dans un système d'alimentation d'une machine à papier,
caractérisé en ce que
le moyen pour l'injection des produits chimiques dans le flux de traitement comprend un dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 7 à 12. - Système d'injection de produits chimiques selon la revendication 13, dans lequel le dispositif est connecté par le biais d'un tube au moyen de récupération d'eau blanche afin d'utiliser l'eau blanche en tant que deuxième liquide.
