Claims (4)

  1. Dispositif de valve ou d'étranglement (1), dans une conduite d'acheminement d'une suspension de pâte à la caisse de tête d'une machine à papier, comportant les particularités suivantes :
    1.1 il est prévu un corps creux essentiellement à symétrie de révolution et traversé par un fluide,
    1.2 le corps creux comporte une surface de passage, essentiellement à symétrie de révolution, qui peut être modifiée,
    1.3 dans le corps creux, il est prévu une direction d'écoulement principal qui s'étend d'une manière essentiellement axiale vis-à-vis de l'axe longitudinal du corps creux,
    caractérisé par la particularité suivante :
       1.4 il est prévu une amenée de fluide à la surface de passage d'une façon telle que, rapporté à la direction d'écoulements principal, il est appliqué d'une manière superposée au fluide une composante de rotation autour de la direction d'écoulement principale.
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'acheminement au dispositif de valve est prévu tangentiellement dans l'espace cylindrique.
  3. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que les surfaces de la valve qui sont mouillées par le fluide sont pourvues, au moins partiellement, d'une structure qui provoque une rotation du fluide.
  4. Procédé permettant de réduire la tendance à se boucher d'une valve ou d'un dispositif d'étranglement, présentant une section transversale d'étranglement à symétrie de révolution, caractérisé en ce que, dans la zone de la section transversale d'étranglement, une composante de rotation vis-à-vis de la direction d'écoulement principal est appliquée d'une manière superposée au fluide.
