Claims (11)
- Dispositif mélangeur (10) comportant un corps (12) avec, à l'intérieur de celui-ci, une cavité (17) qui assure le guidage d'une tige (20), lequel corps (12) présente deux entrées (18, 19) respectivement pour le milieu liquide et pour le milieu gazeux qui communiquent avec la cavité (17), cavité (17) qui sert simultanément d'orifice de sortie et dont la paroi intérieure est pourvue, au moins localement, d'un filetage intérieur, la tige (20) étant pourvue d'un filetage extérieur en sens contraire de celui de la cavité, caractérisé par le fait que la tige est agencée sous forme de pointeau (20) qui, à son extrémité côté sortie, est pourvu d'un épaulement (30) qui coopère avec une surface d'étanchéité du corps et qui, à des fins de réglage de la section de sortie est montée avec possibilité de déplacement axial par rapport à la cavité (17).
- Dispositif mélangeur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que la paroi intérieure de la cavité (17) du corps (12) est pourvue de deux filetages en opposition réciproque avec des pas contraires.
- Dispositif mélangeur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que le pointeau (20) est pourvu de deux filetages en opposition réciproque avec des pas contraires.
- Dispositif mélangeur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait qu'aussi bien la paroi intérieure de la cavité (17) du corps (12) que le pointeau (20) guidé dans celle-ci sont pourvus de deux filetages en opposition réciproque avec des pas contraires.
- Dispositif mélangeur selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que le pointeau, à son extrémité côté sortie, est pourvu localement d'un moletage.
- Dispositif mélangeur selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé par le fait que le pointeau (20), à son extrémité côté sortie, est pourvu localement d'une moletage croisé.
- Dispositif mélangeur selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que le pointeau (20) coopère avec un dispositif de fermeture qui agit sur le pointeau (20) en direction de l'intérieur du corps, à l'encontre de la pression du milieu, de manière telle qu'en position de repos, l'épaulement (30) soit appliqué sur la surface d'étanchéité du corps (12).
- Dispositif mélangeur selon la revendication 7, caractérisé par le fait que l'épaulement (30) disposé à l'extrémité côté sortie du pointeau (20) est agencé sous forme de cône.
- Dispositif mélangeur selon la revendication 8, caractérisé par le fait que le cône d'étanchéité (30) à l'extrémité côté sortie du pointeau (20) est agencé sous forme de cône double.
- Dispositif mélangeur selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que les entrées (18, 19) pour le milieu liquide et le milieu gazeux sont agencées sous forme de perçages dont les axes longitudinaux sont disposé tangentiellement à la paroi intérieure des cavités (17).
- Dispositif mélangeur selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que les entrées (18, 19) pour le milieu liquide et le milieu gazeux débouchent dans la cavité (17) sous un angle ≦ 60° dans la direction de sortie de la cavité.
