Claims (8)

  1.     caractérisé en ce qu'un conduit d'évacuation obturable (17) hors du dispositif pour les produits est prévu, l'évacuation (13) de l'homogénéisateur (14) pouvant être reliée avec le conduit d'évacuation (17) et l'obturation du conduit d'évacuation (17) s'effectuant par une valve de verrouillage (19) disposée en celui-ci.
  7. Dispositif selon la revendication 6,
    caractérisé en ce qu'un conduit de contournement (16) d'une extrémité est relié avec le conduit d'évacuation (17) en aval de la valve de verrouillage (19) et de l'autre extrémité avec la zone supérieure du récipient de mélange (11) et qu'entre, un distributeur à trois voies (15) ou des valves d'obturation individuelles correspondantes, sont disposés.
  8. Dispositif selon la revendication 7,
    caractérisé en ce que la valve de verrouillage (19) peut s'actionner au moyen d'un entraínement automatique (21) piloté par un capteur (20), en fonction de la viscosité du produit dans l'évacuation (13).
