Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif permettant de disperser en particulier des substances semi-liquides. Claims (16)

  1. Dispositif de dispersion (100) notamment pour des mélanges de substances liquides à demi-liquides, comportant un récipient (200) ayant un ou plusieurs orifices (210) d'introduction des substances à disperser et un ou plusieurs orifices (220) d'écoulement des substances dispersées et au moins un rotor (150, 160) et un stator (110), l'au moins un rotor (150, 160) étant monté pivotant autour d'un axe de rotation (155, 165), en face du stator (110), aux fins de dispersion de substances introduites dans le récipient (200), le stator (110) étant monté de façon à pouvoir être inversé vers l'axe de rotation (155, 165) du rotor (150, 160) et pouvant être déplacé à l'intérieur d'un champ de course prédéfini, au moyen d'un dispositif de décalage (170), et en cela pouvant être immobilisé dans une position quelconque,
    caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de décalage (170) comporte un filet double prévu sur la paroi extérieure du récipient (200) et comprenant deux filets séparés (171, 172) parallèles et écartés de manière à former un espace entre eux, un écrou (173) recouvrant tous les deux filets séparés (171, 172) étant disposé de façon à pouvoir être déplacé en le tournant, le long du filet double, et le stator (110) étant relié à l'écrou (173) par un goujon (220) s'étendant à travers un trou oblong (210) ménagé dans la paroi de récipient.
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que le rotor (150, 160) est réalisé essentiellement en forme d'un cylindre creux présentant une face frontale ouverte et une face frontale fermée (152, 162) formant un fond(151, 161).
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 2,
    caractérisé en ce que le rotor (150, 160) est muni, au niveau de la face frontale ouverte (152, 162), de dents coaxiaux.
  4. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications préalables,
    caractérisé en ce que le stator (110) est réalisé essentiellement en forme d'un cylindre creux présentant une face frontale partiellement ouverte (111) et une face frontale ouverte (112).
  5. Dispositif selon la revendication 4,
    caractérisé en ce que le stator (110) est muni, au niveau de la face frontale ouverte (112), de dents coaxiaux.
  6. Dispositif selon la revendication 4,
    caractérisé en ce que le stator (110) est muni, au niveau de la surface d'enveloppe du cylindre creux, de dents coaxiaux.
  7. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications préalables,
    caractérisé en ce que il y a prévu deux rotors (150, 160) dont l'un est disposé au voisinage de la surface d'enveloppe extérieure du stator (110) et l'autre est disposé au voisinage de la surface d'enveloppe intérieure du stator (110).
  8. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications préalables,
    caractérisé en ce que l'unité de dispersion constituée par le stator et l'au moins un rotor (150, 160) est équipée, supplémentairement, d'outils de broyage coniques ou plats.
  9. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications préalables,
    caractérisé en ce que les outils de dispersion dentés coaxialement sont réalisés à plusieurs étages.
  10. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications préalables,
    caractérisé en ce que il y a prévu à l'intérieur du récipient (200) un ou plusieurs ailes de prémélange (300, 310) tournant sur un arbre (330) orienté le long de l'axe longitudinal (230) du récipient.
  11. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications préalables,
