Abstract
L'invention concerne un procédé destiné à ajouter et à mélanger un produit chimique liquide dans un flux de traitement au moyen d'un dispositif de mélange (10,200) comportant un boîtier, notamment un tube mélangeur (20), au moins une ouverture d'entrée de fluide (30), une ouverture d'entrée de produit chimique (14), une ouverture d'entrée de fluide de dilution (18) et au moins une ouverture de sortie (60) vers un flux de traitement (70). Le procédé de l'invention est caractérisé en ce qu'un flux de produit chimique sortant de l'ouverture d'entrée de produit chimique (14) et un flux de fluide de dilution sortant de l'ouverture d'entrée de fluide de dilution (18) sont mélangés en un courant fluide, et ce courant fluide, après le mélange du flux de produit chimique et du flux de fluide de dilution, est envoyé à travers une buse et de préférence projeté vers un flux de traitement (70) par une ouverture de sortie (60).
