Claims (10)
- Kühlvorrichtung für einen Abgas-Rückführungskreislauf (21) eines Motors (1), insbesondere eines Kraftfahrzeugs, wobei der Kreislauf einen Steuerschieber (2) der Rückführung des Gases aufweist, wobei die Vorrichtung einen Wärmeaustauscher (3), AGR-Wärmeaustauscher genannt, aufweist, der dazu bestimmt ist, einen Wärmeaustausch zwischen den Abgasen, die in dem Rückführungskreislauf (21) durchgehen, und einem Kühlmittel zu erlauben, und Kühlmittel (4) des Schiebers, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung eine Kühlschleife (5), Hochtemperatur-Kühlschleife genannt, aufweist, die ausgebildet ist, damit die Kühlmittel (4) des Schiebers von einem ersten Fluid durchlaufen werden, und eine zweite Kühlschleife (12), Niedertemperatur-Kühlschleife genannt, die ausgebildet ist, damit der AGR-Wärmeaustauscher (3) von einem zweiten Fluid, das mit einer Temperatur vorgesehen ist, die niedriger ist als die des ersten Fluids, durchlaufen wird.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, bei der die Hochtemperatur- und Niedertemperaturkühlschleife (5, 12) jeweils einen Wärmeaustauscher (6, 13), jeweils Hochtemperatur- und Niedertemperaturkühlradiator genannt, aufweisen, die einen Wärmeaustausch zwischen einem Umgebungsluftstrom und jeweils dem ersten und dem zweiten Fluid erlauben.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, bei der die Niedertemperaturschleife einen Ladeluftkühler (19) aufweist, wobei der Ladeluftkühler einen Wärmeaustausch zwischen der Luft, die einen Luftzufuhrkreislauf des Motors durchläuft, und dem Fluid der Niedertemperaturschleife erlaubt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, bei der der Ladeluftkühler (19), der AGR-Wärmeaustauscher (3) und der Niedertemperaturkühlradiator (13) in Serie entlang der Strömungsrichtung des Fluids in der Niedertemperaturschleife installiert sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei der die Hochtemperaturschleife einen Heizungsradiator (15) aufweist, wobei die Schleife ausgebildet ist, um einen Wärmeaustausch zwischen der Luft, die den Heizungsradiator (15) durchquert, und dem ersten Fluid, das aus den Kühlmitteln (4) des Schiebers austritt, derart erlaubt, dass die Luft, die den Heizungsradiator durchquert, erhitzt wird.
- Baugruppe eines Abgas-Rückführungskreislaufs (21), die einen Steuerschieber (2) der Zirkulation des Gases und eine Kühlvorrichtung des Kreislaufs nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche aufweist.
- Baugruppe nach Anspruch 6, bei der der Schieber (2) einen Körper aufweist, und die Kühlmittel (4) des Schiebers (2) aus Kanalisationen ausgebildet sind, die in dem Körper derart eingerichtet sind, dass die Zirkulation des ersten Fluids in dem Schieber gestattet wird.
- Ansauggaszufuhrsystem eines Motors, insbesondere eines Turbodieselmotors, das einen Luftzufuhrkreislauf (20) des Motors und eine Baugruppe nach einem der Ansprüche 6 oder 7 aufweist, wobei der Abgas-Rückführungskreislauf (21) in den Luftzufuhrkreislauf (20) mündet.
- System nach Anspruch 8, bei dem der Luftzufuhrkreislauf einen Steuerschieber (23) der Luftzirkulation aufweist.
- System nach einem der Ansprüche 8 oder 9, das einen Turboverdichter (24) aufweist, der eine Turbine (25) aufweist, die von den Abgasen des Motors angetrieben wird, und einen Verdichter (27), der von der Turbine (25) angetrieben wird, um die Luft zu komprimieren, die in dem Zufuhrkreislauf (20) zirkuliert, wobei der Abgas-Rückführungskreislauf (21) die Abgase stromaufwärts der Turbine (25) entnimmt und sie in den Luftzufuhrkreislauf stromabwärts des Verdichters (27) einführt.
