Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a pole handle, in particular for a cross-country pole, trekking pole, ski pole or Nordic walking pole with a fastening mechanism for a hand strap, which allows to set the hand strap in variable length, wherein the fastening mechanism is arranged in a recess in the head region of the pole grip, as well as sticks with such a stick handle.
  • Stick handles are traditionally attached to the user's hand by attaching a hand strap to the head portion of the stick handle, engaging the user in that hand strap, and then grasping the stick handle through this hand strap.
  • a hand strap For different hand sizes but also for different situations of use, it is advantageous in such hand loops, if their length can be variably adjusted without the need for a tool to be taken to hand. Accordingly, there are already a variety of technical implementation options to design the attachment of a wrist strap on a pole grip variable, such as in the WO 2009/022047 . DE 32 05 184 A1 . DE 20 2004 017 843 U1 . EP 1 036 579 A2 . DE 28 29 855 A1 , and DE 75 10 832 ,
  • Such attachment mechanisms should be as simple as possible to be inexpensive both in production and in use not susceptible to interference, but they should also ensure that in particular an extension of the loop is only possible if the corresponding attachment mechanism actively solved for adjustment becomes.
  • the fastening mechanism is arranged in a recess in the head region of the pole grip.
  • the inventive proposed pole grip is characterized in particular by the fact that the attachment mechanism comprises a trigger element (or retaining element) mounted rotatably or tiltably about a rotational axis arranged transversely to a pole axis and arranged in the recess.
  • the recess is designed as a through-opening aligned at an acute angle to the pole axis, the lower opening of which opens outward within or above a rear grip area facing the palm of the hand, and whose upper opening opens upwards to the upper side of the pole grip.
  • the hand strap is fastened to the trigger element with a first end portion, comes to the outside through the lower opening (and normally wraps around it), and the hand strap is reintroduced with a second end portion through the lower opening into the recess.
  • the second end portion is then guided in this recess in the clamped state between an inner wall of the recess (or an additional element disposed therein) and arranged above the axis of rotation retaining portion of the trigger element and clamped positively and / or interlocking therebetween. Subsequently, the second portion of the loop emerges from the pole grip through the upper opening.
  • the clamping can be achieved by tilting the trigger element about the axis of rotation and the second end portion with tilted (and only then) trigger element in the pole grip down and, so to speak, extended.
  • the guided out of the upper opening of the pole handle second end portion is guided back to the pole grip with formation of a loop and secured with the returned free end of the pole grip.
  • This loop allows, for example by engagement with a finger to shorten the loop length by pulling on this loop. Because the clamping of the loop with the region of the triggering element takes place above the axis of rotation, the loop can generally also be shortened by pulling upwards, without the triggering element being manipulated, given a suitable configuration of the retaining region respectively is tilted. In other words, the trigger element must then only be actuated when the loop is to be pulled down, that is to be extended.
  • a further preferred embodiment in this context is characterized in that the recess in the retaining portion facing wall portion of the inner wall has a receiving recess, which is preferably designed as a T-shaped recess with a triggering element facing the open area (which preferably substantially along the floor axis extends or at an acute angle to this, closed down and open at the top) and two lateral extensions.
  • the free end of the loop is attached.
  • the attachment can be done for example by a screw, by gluing, injecting, clamping, or generally a fastener or the like.
  • a fixing element for example, a block of plastic adapted to the recess shape
  • the front side facing the recess, the open area of the T -shaped recess-filling side forms the counter-pressure surface against which the retaining region preferably directly clamps the second end section, and wherein the free end of the loop is clamped between the rear side opposite the front side and a wall section of the receiving recess.
  • teeth, mandrels, special surface treatment or structuring e.g. slip-resistant or a corresponding coating may be provided.
  • This fixing is preferably inserted from above into the T-shaped recess and preferably the free end substantially only by traction and / or positive locking by clamping between the fixing and receiving recess attached to the pole handle.
  • a further preferred embodiment is characterized in that the triggering element is at least partially accessible via the upper opening (For example, by at least partially engage in this upper opening) or protrudes beyond this and beyond, and that in this accessible area or beyond this upper opening projecting area is formed as a pressure surface for the manipulation for tilting the trigger element.
  • a further preferred embodiment is characterized in that the second end portion is inserted through the lower opening in the recess, and clamped in the clamped state between the rear inner wall and the above the axis of rotation arranged retaining portion of the trigger element, and that the first end portion below this Clamping area on the trigger element, preferably using a fastening screw, is attached.
  • the retaining region of the trigger element has a toothing, wherein this toothing is particularly preferably designed as a serrated, so that in the clamped state, a withdrawal of the second portion is prevented from the lower opening downwards (extending the loop), a move upwards the upper opening (shortening of the loop), in particular by manipulation of an upper projection (upper return loop, loop) of the second section without manipulation of the trigger element is possible.
  • the triggering element with an elastic return element in particular a spring, preferably a leaf spring or coil spring, but an elastomeric spring is also possible or a resilient molded part of the trigger element or the corresponding wall portion of the recess, is braced against the inner wall over the retention area.
  • an elastic return element in particular a spring, preferably a leaf spring or coil spring, but an elastomeric spring is also possible or a resilient molded part of the trigger element or the corresponding wall portion of the recess, is braced against the inner wall over the retention area.
  • the head portion has a forwardly inclined downward slope, wherein the upper opening is disposed in this chamfer, and wherein preferably the trigger element is at least partially accessible via the upper opening in the region of this chamfer or beyond this, and wherein Furthermore, it is preferably designed in this accessible area or the area projecting beyond this upper opening as a pressure surface for the manipulation for tilting.
  • the triggering element can also preferably have a respect to the direction of use of the pole handle forward and downward extension, which at least partially, preferably substantially completely covers the gap between the trigger element and the upper opening of the recess wall to the Ingress of dirt and / or snow and / or ice to prevent.
  • this area in the sense of a labyrinth seal, for example in that the wall has a web in this area and the trigger element a corresponding groove, in which engages the web and in which the web penetrates further when the trigger element is tilted.
  • the web can also be arranged on the trigger element and the groove on the wall area.
  • a further alternative is to arrange a flexible sealing lip on the triggering element and / or on the wall in this area, this being preferably formed directly in a two-component injection molding process.
  • the pole grip on the bottom has a recess for receiving a pole.
  • the hand strap may be a simple loop (loop tape, typically woven textile, especially dimensionally stable plastic fabric, typically 0.3-2 mm thick, and / or usually 3-20 mm wide , preferably with a width in the range of 4-10 mm, which width applies to the region which can come to rest in the attachment region, the areas lying in the region of the hand can also be wider and in particular, for example soft, sewn on For example, have neoprene areas).

  • the triggering element is preferably also made of hard plastic, wherein the above-mentioned teeth of the same material (integrally) may be formed, for example, but also by metallic deposits o. ⁇ . May be formed.
  • the axis of rotation for the trigger element is typically made of metal or plastic or a combination thereof and can be laterally inserted into the recess through two corresponding opposite openings in the material of the collar after insertion of the trigger element, the openings in the collar and an axle opening in the trigger element will pass through.
  • the present invention relates to a cross-country pole, trekking pole, ski pole or Nordic walking pole with a pole grip according to one of the preceding claims.
  • FIG. 1 is shown in different views a pole grip with a fastening mechanism according to the invention.
  • the stick handle 1 has a plastic sleeve 5 made of hard plastic, which (not shown) has at its lower end a recess 2 for a pole tube.
  • the pole tube is typically pressed into this recess and / or glued.
  • This cuff 5 extends along a pole axis 28 or Stockgriffachse and in the lower part of such a pole grip has an actual grip area, which in this embodiment in the forward direction forward area a soft / grip-friendly coating 3 and / or a surface structuring and in the Palm-facing rear area also has a soft resp. surface-structured grip area 4.
  • These soft grip areas can either be made of leather, but they can also be made of a soft plastic material with a rough surface, such as two different types of plastic manufactured parts can be prepared for example in a two-component injection molding process. Also possible is the use of a foam sleeve or foam surface areas (pads), which are glued to the surface in the areas 3 and / or 4. Cork or leather can be used analogously.
  • a recess 8 is arranged in the head region of the pole grip.
  • This recess 8 extends at an acute angle relative to the pole axis 28, by being arranged from a lower opening 9 approximately to two-thirds of the total height as in Figure 1e shown extending obliquely up to an upper opening 10.
  • the recess 8 is thus formed as a passage opening. From the lower opening 9, the loop strip exits the stick handle and normally rotates the hand as a closed strip.
  • a triggering element 11 is arranged in this elongated and arranged at an acute angle to the pole axis recess 8 in the form of a passage opening.
  • This triggering element 11 has an axis bore arranged transversely to the pole axis, through which a rotation axis 7, which is mounted in two axial holes 6 arranged laterally in the collar.
  • the triggering element 11 is correspondingly rotatable about this axis 7 over a small angular range, typically not more than 10-15 degrees. pivoted.
  • the trigger element 11 is arranged with a lower part in the recess 8, but projects with an upper part of this recess 8 and out of the upper opening 10 and on the upper surface is a pressure surface 12, is formed.
  • the triggering element 11 is tipped over manipulation of this pressure surface 12, for example by hand.
  • the triggering element 11 has on its rear side (in the direction of travel) side facing a region which is configured with a toothing 21, and there occurs in direct contact with one of the two loop ends.
  • the trigger element 11 is clamped by a leaf spring 22 against the opposite front wall portion 26 of the recess 8. This spring causes the trigger element 11 in Figure 1e ) and f) is pressed counterclockwise and is clamped elastically against the opposite rear inner wall 27 of the recess accordingly.
  • a T-shaped recess 18 is formed in the material of the sleeve 5.
  • This recess 18 has a recess 8 to open elongated, approximately in the direction of the pole axis resp. at an acute angle thereto extending open portion, and extends laterally towards the rear in two extensions 30.
  • the receiving recess 18 is open at the top, however, closed down.
  • a fixing member 17 is inserted with a corresponding shape from above.
  • Corresponding shaping means means that, in particular, the lateral configuration is adapted to the two lateral extensions 30 and an essentially positive attachment to these regions is provided.
  • the front side 29 of the fixing element 17 is accordingly directly facing the triggering element 11 and between the front side 29 and the toothing 21 of the triggering element 11 one of the loop areas is guided.
  • the loop guide is as follows: a first end of the loop, attached to the trigger element portion 16 "of the loop strip is inserted on the trigger element 11 in a corresponding recess provided in the form of a slot and fixed there with a mounting screw 23, above the The rotary shaft 7 is arranged and can be screwed through a recess 24 in the trigger element 11 and passes through the loop band in a fastening manner.
  • this loop portion 16 "passes down through the recess and then through the lower opening 9, the hand goes around then retract as the fixing element attached to the portion of the loop strip 16 'back into the pole grip.
  • the loop does not have to be guided around the hand as a continuous loop, it can also be separate loop sections.
  • the hand-holding device can thus be a continuous loop, but it can also be a loop with separate openings for the thumb, fingers / back of the hand and wrist, or even a glove with two corresponding loop sections.
  • the loop portion 16 'thus enters through the lower opening 9 in the recess 8 and comes to lie above the portion 16 "and between the portion 16" and the rear inner wall 27 of the recess 8.
  • the section 16' is now above between the trigger element 11 and the fixing member 17, respectively. whose front side 29 is passed, passes through the upper opening 10 at the top, forms there a recirculated loop 15 and to a certain extent occurs on the rear side of the fixing element 17 again into the pole grip.
  • a U-shaped groove 25 is provided in the fixing member 17 adapted to the Scharchitectedimensiontechnik, and on the Rear side of the fixing element 17 is a toothing 19, which can bite into the loop material provided.
  • this free end 20 of the loop portion 16 'in the upper part of the pole grip is very easy, namely it can simply be placed on the teeth 19 of the fixing member 17, the free end 20, and then the fixing member 17 in the receiving recess 18 from above be inserted. Either it suffices the associated form fit resp. Adhesion, or it can be used additional material connection, for example by using an adhesive for securing the loop and the fixing there.
  • the axis 7 is arranged at the trigger element 11 in the lower part and the axis region of the trigger element 11 forms the lowermost portion of the trigger element.
  • the clamping area, in which the loop portion 16 'is clamped between the fixing element 17 and toothing 21, is above the axis 7. This is important because it automatically follows a pull on the loop 15 as a result of the lever ratios in a representation Figure 1e ) or f) the triggering element 11 is rotated in the counterclockwise direction and, accordingly, the clamping of the loop portion 16 'is even further reinforced in a pull on the loop downwards.
  • the attachment of the other end 16 "of the loop on the same side (with respect to axis of rotation 7) of the trigger element 11 is provided on this or in this trigger element 11, as the clamping of the portion 16 '
  • the triggering element 11 is also tilted in a direction of rotation, so that the loop portion 16 'experiences an even greater clamping force.
  • an advantage of this clamping is thus to some extent automatic clamping at elevated train. But it is also additionally the advantage that, as a result of the selected leverage, it is possible, for example by a train on the loop portion 15, to shorten the loop, i. to pull the portion 16 'further through the recess 8 up without the trigger lever 11 must be operated.
  • the toothing 21 may be configured as a serration, which bites tightly when pulling down on the loop, but which offers no resistance when the loop 15 is pulled upwards.
  • the triggering element 11 will be slightly compressed by applying pressure to the surface 12 Figure 1e ) or f) after tilted right into a position as in FIG. 1f ) is shown. Now, the gap between the teeth 21 and the front of the fixing member 17 is extended and the loop released in the clamping area, so that the loop portion 16 'can be pulled upwards but especially also down to extend the loop size and to adjust the same. This tilting of the trigger element 11 takes place against the restoring force of the leaf spring 22, that is, when the lever 11 is released again it snaps back counterclockwise, so that the loop band 16 'is again clamped and fixed by the spring force of the spring 22.
  • the triggering element 11 has on its front side a lower projection 13, which also in the clamped state as in Figure 1e ) shown engages over this gap over, so that only a very narrow constant gap 14 remains.
  • a labyrinth seal is provided and when the gap 14 is selected to be substantially tangential to the direction of rotation about the axis 7, the gap dimension can be chosen very small, without affecting the mobility of the trigger element 11.
