Abstract

L'invention concerne une balance pour un dispositif rôtisseur à tournebroche qui comporte une plate-forme de pesée, un dispositif de positionnement pour la plate-forme de pesée, un dispositif de commutation pour le tarage de la balance et un affichage. En outre l'invention concerne un dispositif rôtisseur à tournebroche qui comporte une balance selon l'invention. L'avantage de la balance selon l'invention réside dans le fait de permettre, sans nécessiter une étape de travail supplémentaire, le prélèvement d'une quantité exacte de viande d'un tournebroche. De la sorte, on peut planifier exactement le nombre de portions que l'on pourra faire d'un rôti à la broche d'un poids donné, par exemple d'une broche de döner ou de gyros. De plus, le client reçoit pour sa consommation toujours la même quantité de viande.
