Description

Schneidkopf mit Trimmer und Scherblock Cutting head with trimmer and cutter
The invention relates to a cutting head, in particular for razors, having a substantially U-shaped trimmer with a fixed comb and at least one oscillatingly driven relative to this cutting blade and at least one arranged between the legs of the U-shaped trimmer, oscillating drivable cutter and a razor with such a cutting head.
Razors are known in different forms. In addition to devices with rotating knives, above all, shaving heads with at least one shearing blade are known, relative to which a cutter is moved in an oscillating manner. The combination of a trimmer for shortening longer hair with a cutter for grasping and cutting the already shortened hair is also known from the prior art. In most cases, the trimmer is attached to one side of the shaver and can be extended or retracted as needed. Also known from the prior art are cutting heads, which have trimmers on both sides of a centrally located shaving head, so that when trimming, the trimmers first trim longer hairs and then cut off the pre-shortened hairs in the connection of the shearing foil cooperating with a shearing foil.
Document FR 1435860 shows a razor cutting head with a substantially U-shaped trimmer and one between the legs . arranged the U-shaped trimmer, cooperating with a shear foil cutter.
The aim of the present invention is to develop a cutting head of the prior art such that the noise and in particular the vibrations of such a cutting head are reduced and the cutting head in a simple manner a drive separated and thus can be easily cleaned or replaced. Furthermore, it is an object of the invention that the force of the drive motor with as few deflections is transmitted to the cutting head, so this is physically small and inexpensive to manufacture.
In order to achieve this object, the cutting head of the type mentioned in the introduction is developed according to the invention such that the cutting blade and the at least one cutter block can be driven in opposite directions. By oppositely driving the cutting blade and the cutter block, the vibrations and the noise can be greatly reduced. By opposing movement of the moving parts of the outgoing forces act in opposite directions and cancel each other at least partially. The imbalance of the drive, which is responsible for the vibrations of the shaving head, is reduced. By reducing the vibrations, the noise is also reduced at the same time, since the vibrations cause the cutter to hit the shaving foil associated with the shear block and thus rattle. Other moving parts are moved by the vibrations and generate noise.
Preferably, the cutting head is developed such that the cutting blade is formed substantially U-shaped. As an alternative to this embodiment, the trimmer may have two cutting blades, which are guided on the legs of the U-shaped fixed comb. Generally, it should be noted that in the context of the present invention, a reference to the U-shape does not necessarily mean that the legs of the U-shaped trimmer are parallel. It is only important that between the two trimmer legs enough space for the attachment of a cutter remains. Formations in which the legs of the U-shape diverge, converge, or both legs are designed to be inclined in the same direction, ie form a trapezoid open on one side or a rhombus which is open on one side, are likewise possible within the scope of the invention.
To achieve an opposite movement of the cutting blade and the at least one cutter block of the cutting head according to the invention is further developed in such a way that a pivotable about an axis lever is provided with an engagement for an oscillating drive, wherein the cutting blade and the at least one cutter of opposite lever arms are driven. The drive of the oppositely moving parts is thus carried out with the aid of a single component, so that complicated transmission and handlebar arrangements can be avoided. On the one hand, this reduces the number of moving parts and, on the other hand, increases the reliability of such a cutting head. To increase the cutting performance of the cutting head according to the invention is preferably further developed to the effect that two shear blocks are driven by the same lever arm to the same direction movement. Preferably, the inventive cutting head is developed such that the masses which are driven by the opposite lever arms, are chosen to be substantially equal. This ensures that vibrations are largely avoided. For this purpose, the cutting head according to the invention is preferably further developed in such a way that the body of the cutting blade has recesses to adapt its mass. By providing recesses, the mass of the cutting blade, which usually has a larger mass compared to the at least one cutter, can points, are selectively reduced to be adapted to the mass of the at least one cutter.
The cutting head is preferably developed in such a way that the one or more shear blocks cooperate with one or more shear sheets.
By preferably fixing the at least one cutter to a vibrating member into which the lever engages, conventional shearblocks can be used which can be fixed to the vibrating member in a known manner, the vibrating member being made of a less expensive material can. Thus, the total manufacturing costs can be reduced. The oscillating element also offers the possibility of driving a plurality of shear blocks together.
Preferably, the cutting head is developed such that the cutting blade is fixed to a swing bridge. The cutting blade is therefore driven via the oscillating bridge, wherein the oscillating bridge serves to further shift the point of application for driving the cutting blade away from the plane of the cutting blade so that the drive takes place with the aid of the lever arm of the already described drive lever, which faces away from the shear system can. The swinging bridge can easily consist of a different material from the material of the cutting blade, in particular plastic, which can reduce the manufacturing cost. In order for the lever arm of the drive lever provided for driving the at least one seer block to operate unhindered, it is preferably provided that the swing bridge has a passage through which the lever is guided. The lever does not have to be expensive on the side guided around the swing bridge, but can then be stored centrally. This creates the possibility of a substantially symmetrical structure, so that the masses on both sides of the plane of symmetry, namely a longitudinal center plane corresponding to plane VI-VI in FIG. 5, are compensated in a simple manner. By this measure, one-sided loads of the lever can be avoided and thereby the life of the lever and thus of the cutting head can be increased. To transmit the driving force to the swing bridge of the cutting head according to the invention is further developed such that the swing bridge has a web which engages the drive of the cutting blade in a slot of the lever. Through the guide in the slot, the oscillatory movement of the lever can be implemented in a simple manner in an oscillating movement of the swing bridge.
For driving the movable components relative to the stationary components, the cutting head is preferably further developed in such a way that the pivot axis of the lever is mounted in a component connected to the fixed comb.
In order to fix the cutting head according to the invention, it is developed in a preferred manner to the effect that the cutting head has locking elements for attachment to a razor.

In Figure 4 is clearly visible as the web 24 of the swing bridge 8 is guided in the slot 23. It is also readily apparent that the bolt 10 is guided through the window 21 of the oscillating bridge 8.
In Figure 6, the mounting of the web 24 in the slot 23 of the lever 9 can be seen. In addition, in FIG. 6 the engagement of the oscillating element 5, in which the drive head 18 of the lever 9 engages, is designated by 25 '.
FIG. 7 is a view similar to FIG. 6, but with the cover frame 2 removed and the drive lever 9 in a deflected position so that the operation of the counter drive of the cutting blade and the cutter block can be understood. The lever 9 is pivoted about the axis formed by the bolt 10 and the lever arm 14 is deflected to the right and lever arm 15 to the left. Characterized in that the web 24 and thus the swinging bridge 8 are hinged to the lever arm 14, the cutting blade 6 is in a shifted to the right position. The shear blocks 4 are connected via the oscillating element 5 with the drive head 18, which is located on the lever arm 15, whereby the shear blocks 4 are in a deflected to the left position. It is obvious that the shear blocks 4 always move in opposite directions to the cutting blade 6. If the distance between drive head 18 and pin 10 and the distance between web 24 and pin 10 in the assembled state and the masses are also the same size, If the forces on both lever arms 14, 15 are the same, additional one-sided loads on the lever 9 can be avoided.
