Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a dry shaver with a in a housing arranged electric motor and with at least one shaving head, consisting of two a common upper knife assigned lower knives by a Drive element against the spring force of at least one spring element on a common guide element are arranged to be driven in opposite directions.
A shaving head for a dry shaving apparatus is known from JP 53-63610 (A), at the two lower knives sliding on two guide elements and one eccentric arranged in opposite directions between adjacent end walls of the lower knives are drivable, the lower knife by means of two outside the contour of Lower knife provided spring elements are held in contact with the eccentric.
From AT-PS 228 677 it is known that are generated by a vibration motor and to reduce mechanical vibrations transmitted to the housing in that the two magnetic legs and the masses of the vibration motor that he moved are shaped and dimensioned so that the center of gravity of the two of the magnetic legs and the systems formed with the moving masses in the zero crossing at least their mechanical vibrations correspond to the position of these systems approximately collapse. Regardless of this carried out on the vibration motor Vibration reduction measures are used to drive a bottom knife required drive vibrations in the embodiment of FIG. 4 by means of a acting on two double-armed pins provided on the lower knife Transfer the lever to the lower knife. Lack of balance in the vibrations here offset mass of the lower knife, these vibrations are inevitably on the Transfer the housing of the dry shaver. The motion transmission from that double-armed lever on the driving pins is subject to considerable wear, whereby with increasing wear and tear, increasing impact noises with every change of the Direction of vibration arise. Such disturbing impact noises also result in the embodiment according to FIG. 5. In the embodiment according to FIG two lower knives from the swing arms against the pressure of on the housing of the Dry shaver adjacent springs moved. As a result, all of them Vibrations of the vibration system are transmitted to the housing, making it uncomfortable noticeably vibrates. In addition, they are on the driver pin of the lower knife acting swing arms offset next to each other, creating a Torque is exerted on the lower knife in such a way that an exact swinging movement in the longitudinal direction of the two lower knives is not given. In addition, at each in FIGS. 4, 5 and 6, the system required for a good cutting action or the lower knife is not given.
The invention has for its object a dry shaver at the beginning to improve the type mentioned, in particular to create a dry shaver at the vibrations and running noise are largely reduced and the inexpensive can be produced.

Fig. 1.1 zeigt
Richtung B.In Fig. 1 is a dry shaver with an electric motor arranged in the
durch in vertikaler Richtung A - Pfeilrichtung A - verlaufende längliche Ausnehmungen
The
For such an embodiment, it is only necessary the
In the embodiment according to FIG. 1, the two are located around
vertikalen Richtung A zuläßt.
The embodiment of the dry shaving apparatus according to FIG. 2 differs from that

The embodiment of a dry shaving apparatus according to FIG. 3 differs from

The
an den Tragelementen abstützenden Federn 38 und 39.The embodiment of the dry shaving apparatus according to FIG. 4 largely agrees
