Die Kombination eines Trimmers zum Kürzen längerer Haare mit einem Scherblock zum Erfassen und Schneiden der bereits gekürzten Haare ist ebenso aus dem Stand der Technik bekannt. Zumeist ist der Trimmer dabei an einer Seite des Rasierapparats angebracht und kann bei Bedarf aus- bzw. eingefahren werden. Ebenfalls aus dem Stand der Technik bekannt sind Schneidköpfe, die zu beiden Seiten eines zentral gelegenen Scherkopfs Trimmer aufweisen, sodass beim Rasieren zuerst die Trimmer längere Haare stutzen und im Anschluss der mit einer Scherfolie zusammenwirkende Scherblock die vorgekürzten Haare abschneidet.Razors are known in different forms. Durch die gegensinnige Bewegung wirken die von den bewegten Teilen ausgehenden Kräfte in entgegengesetzte Richtungen und heben sich zumindest teilweise auf. Die Unwucht des Antriebs, die für die Vibrationen des Scherkopfes verantwortlich ist, wird reduziert. Durch eine Reduktion der Vibrationen wird gleichzeitig auch die Geräuschentwicklung verringert, da die Vibrationen dazu führen, dass der Scherblock an die dem Scherblock zugeordnete Scherfolie schlägt und somit klappert. Claims (14)
- A cutting head (1), in particular for shavers, including a substantially U-shaped trimmer having a fixed comb (7) and at least one cutting blade (6) drivable to oscillate relative to said comb (7) and at least one shaving block (4) arranged between the legs of the U-shaped trimmer and drivable to oscillate, characterized in that the cutting blade (6) and the at least one shaving block (4) are drivable to a movement in opposite directions.
- A cutting head according to claim 1, characterized in that the cutting blade (6) is substantially U-shaped.
- A cutting head according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that a lever (9) that is pivotable about an axle and comprises a mesh (22) for an oscillating drive (12) is provided, wherein the cutting blade (6) and the at least one shaving block (4) are driven by opposing lever arms (14, 15).
- A cutting head according to claim 1, 2 or 3, characterized in that two shaving blocks (4) are driven to a movement in the same direction by the same lever arm (15).
- A cutting head according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the masses that are driven by the opposing lever arms (14, 15) are selected to be substantially equally large.
- A cutting head according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the body of the cutting blade (6) comprises recesses (13) for adaptation of its mass.
- A cutting head according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the at least one shaving block (4) cooperates with one or several shaving foils (3).
- A cutting head according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the at least one shaving block (4) is fixed to an oscillating element (5) engaged by the lever (9).
- A cutting head according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the cutting blade (6) is fixed to an oscillating bridge (8).
- A cutting head according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the oscillating bridge (8) has a passage through which the lever (9) passes.
- A cutting head according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the oscillating bridge (8) comprises a web (24) engaging in an oblong hole (23) of the lever (9) for driving the cutting blade (6).
- A cutting head according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the pivot axle of the lever (9) is mounted in a component connected to the fixed comb (7).
- A cutting head according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the cutting head (1) comprises snap-in elements for attachment to a shaver.
- A shaver comprising a cutting head (1) according to any one of the preceding claims.
