Claims (11)
- Machine de filature à fibres libérées, comprenant :- une pluralité d'unités de filage individuelles, alignées sur deux fronts de la machine, comprenant l'unité de filage proprement dite (2) et une unité de collecte (3), l'unité de filage (2) ayant un rotor de filage produisant un fil torsadé à partir de fibres singularisées d'un tambour, l'unité de collecte (3) prenant le fil pour l'enrouler sur un mandrin pour former une bobine,- un chariot de service (C) patrouillant devant les unités de filage de la machine de filature à fibres libérées, effectuant automatiquement les interventions requises en s'arrêtant devant l'unité de filage qui le requiert, afin d'opérer des interventions de refixation, de levée et de démarrage du filage ;caractérisée en ce que :la machine de filature à fibres libérées comprend un dispositif pour générer et fournir la dépression d'aspiration requise pour l'exécution des cycles d'intervention effectués par ledit chariot de service (C) au niveau des unités de filage de la machine de filature à fibres libérées, et en particulier des cycles de refixation, de levée et de démarrage du filage, ledit dispositif consistant en un dispositif indépendant (40) générant une aspiration, placé à bord du chariot de service (C), qui génère l'aspiration requise par chaque unité de filage et qui module la valeur de la dépression pendant l'exécution des cycles d'intervention, en particulier pendant les cycles de refixation, de levée et de démarrage.
- Machine de filature à fibres libérées selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif générateur d'aspiration comprend un module d'aspiration individuel (40) consistant en un aspirateur rotatif avec un rotor (41) actionné par un moteur électrique (42) contrôlé pour fonctionner à des vitesses variées périodiquement en fonction des besoins des bouches d'aspiration à servir pour les cycles d'intervention.
- Machine de filature à fibres libérées selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que le rotor (41) est un rotor centrifuge actionné par un moteur électrique « sans balais » (42) commandé en fréquence par le module de contrôle (45) du chariot de service.
- Machine de filature à fibres libérées selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que le côté « aspiration » du rotor (41) comprend un manifold d'entrée (46) sur lequel est placé un filtre (47) qui retient les déchets libérés pendant les cycles.
- Machine de filature à fibres libérées selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que le filtre (47) consiste en un conteneur vertical, dans lequel est insérée une paroi filtrante inclinée (48) faite d'une maille de 20 à 25 mesh, et qui se termine dans la partie inférieure par une hotte d'évacuation (49).
- Machine de filature à fibres libérées selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que, sur le côté « aspiration » de l'aspirateur (40), est placée une soupape de sécurité (43) qui s'ouvre uniquement lorsque l'aspirateur centrifuge (40) est utilisé pour son flux de sortie en aval, et se ferme lorsque l'aspirateur centrifuge (40) est utilisé pour son flux d'entrée à partir des diverses bouches du chariot de service.
- Machine de filature à fibres libérées selon la revendication 6, caractérisée en ce que la soupape de sécurité (43) est montée sur la partie supérieure du filtre (47).
- Machine de filature à fibres libérées selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que les connexions aux services d'entrée requis sont placées sur le manifold (46) .
- Machine de filature à fibres libérées selon la revendication 8, caractérisée en ce que les connexions aux services d'entrée requis comprennent :- un canal (50) pour le service au niveau de la bouche mobile (51) pour l'entrée et le traitement du fil du fuseau,- un canal (60) relié au dispositif de préparation du fuseau (61),- un canal (64) relié à la bouche (66) pour aspirer les déchets de la préparation du fuseau,- un canal (70) relié à la bouche anti-bouclage (72),- un canal (80) relié à la bouche mobile (81) pour aspirer la réserve.
- Machine de filature à fibres libérées selon la revendication 9, caractérisée en ce que un ou plusieurs canaux de connexion (50, 60, 64, 70, 80) sont commandés par des valves (52, 62, 65, 71, 82) et sont munis de capteurs (53, 73, 83) pour détecter la présence du fil, connectés à l'unité de contrôle (45) du chariot, qui contrôle à la fois l'ouverture et la fermeture desdites valves, et la vitesse de rotation du moteur (42) en régulant sa fréquence de manière à fournir le niveau désiré de dépression et de débit.
