While the yarn 3 breaks at top chase wound length of the bobbin 7, it is difficult for the suction bell 11 to enter near the bobbin 7 because of the size of the tilting apparatus 12 which cannot penetrate through the balloon controller ring 6.
  • the bottom face of lappet tilting apparatus 12 seats over above the balloon controller ring 6 while the suction bell 11 moves down and penetrates further to reach the position above the yarn bobbin 7.

  • the lappet tilting apparatus 12 as described herein above provides a hassle-free yarn insertion into the lappet hook 5 eyelet and smooth functioning of automatic yarn piecing assembly 8 without any hindrance.
  • the suction bell 11 can be positioned above the bobbin 7 at a distance normally in the range of 5mm to 15mm for picking the tail yarn 3.
  • the lappet tilting apparatus 12 is capable of sliding over the suction bell 11 on the tubular arrangement 10 for a distance of approximately 60mm for allowing the suction bell 11 to efficiently pick the tail yarn 3 from the top chase length position of the bobbin 7 irrespective of the hindrance caused by the balloon controller ring 6.
  • the above described automatic piecing assembly for ring spinning machine provides a reliable solution for picking the broken yarn end from the bobbin and enables automatic piecing operation.

Claims (9)

  1. Métier à filer à anneau (1) comprenant un crochet pivotant de guide-fil (5) et un ensemble de rattachage automatique du fil (8) pour le métier à filer à anneau, ledit ensemble de rattachage automatique du fil comprenant :
    un module de prélèvement du fil (9) monté sur une colonne verticale, ledit module de prélèvement du fil (9) étant capable de coulisser sur la colonne verticale dans une direction verticale et une direction horizontale ;
    un module de cloche d'aspiration monté sur le module de prélèvement du fil (9), ledit module de cloche d'aspiration possédant un agencement tubulaire coudé (10), l'agencement tubulaire coudé (10) possédant un premier bout et un deuxième bout, le premier bout étant raccordé à une source de vide créant une pression négative pour aspirer une queue de fil (3) d'une bobine de fil (7), le deuxième bout définissant une cloche d'aspiration (11), ledit agencement tubulaire coudé (10) étant flexible de façon à pouvoir se déplacer verticalement en haut et en bas ; caractérisé par
    un appareil d'inclinaison de guide-fil (12) agencé sur le deuxième bout de l'agencement tubulaire coudé (10), ledit appareil d'inclinaison de guide-fil (12) encerclant la cloche d'aspiration (11), ledit appareil d'inclinaison de guide-fil (12) étant capable de coulisser sur l'agencement tubulaire coudé (10) et d'établir un contact glissant transitoire avec le crochet de guide-fil (5) du métier à filer à anneau (1) au cours du prélèvement de la queue du fil (3) lors d'une opération de rattachage, en donnant lieu ainsi au déplacement pivotant dudit crochet de guide-fil (5) dans le sens opposé à une position de départ,
    ledit agencement tubulaire coudé (10) et ledit appareil d'inclinaison de guide-fil (12) connexe pouvant être déplacés verticalement en haut dans le chemin du fil de sorte que le crochet de guide-fil (5) retombe dans la position de départ en insérant ce faisant le fil (3) dans l'oeillet de la boucle du crochet de guide-fil ; et ledit agencement tubulaire coudé (10) portant le fil étant capable de se déplacer davantage vers le haut en permettant ainsi l'opération de rattachage automatique.
  2. Ensemble de rattachage automatique du fil selon la revendication 1, ledit appareil d'inclinaison du guide-fil (12) possédant une partie supérieure et une partie inférieure, la partie supérieure et la partie inférieure étant connectées et positionnées le long d'un axe commun.
  3. Ensemble de rattachage automatique du fil selon la revendication 2, ladite partie supérieure ayant une structure tubulaire.
  4. Ensemble de rattachage automatique du fil selon la revendication 2, la configuration de ladite partie inférieure présentant un tronc solide creux présentant une surface externe inclinée.
  5. Ensemble de rattachage automatique du fil selon la revendication 1, comprenant en outre un module de commande accouplé à une pluralité de capteurs et de butées pour assurer la régulation précise du mouvement du module de prélèvement du fil (9).
  6. Ensemble de rattachage automatique du fil selon la revendication 1, la cloche d'aspiration (11) étant positionnée autour de la bobine (7) à une distance comprise dans la plage allant de 5 mm à 15 mm pour prélever la queue de fil (3).
  7. Ensemble de rattachage automatique du fil selon la revendication 1, ledit appareil d'inclinaison du guide-fil (12) étant capable de coulisser au-dessus de la cloche d'aspiration (11) sur l'agencement tubulaire (10) jusqu'à 60 mm pour permettre à la cloche d'aspiration (11) de prélever la queue de fil (3) depuis la position de longueur de course supérieure de la bobine (7).
  8. Ensemble de rattachage automatique du fil selon la revendication 1, la cloche d'aspiration (11) étant configurée pour prélever la queue de fil (3) de la bobine (7) au bas de la longueur de course.
  9. Procédé de rattachage d'une queue de fil (3) par un ensemble de rattachage automatique du fil (8) dans un métier à filer à anneau (1) selon une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, le procédé comprenant les étapes suivantes :
    déplacement d'une cloche d'aspiration (11) d'un agencement tubulaire coudé (10) et du module connexe de prélèvement du fil (9) vers le chemin du fil en transmettant un mouvement horizontal et vertical au module de prélèvement du fil (9) et un mouvement vertical à l'agencement tubulaire coudé (10) de sorte qu'un appareil d'inclinaison du guide-fil (12) vienne heurter un crochet de guide-fil pivotant (5) du métier à filer à anneau, en donnant lieu à l'éloignement pivotant dudit crochet de guide-fil (5) d'une position de départ, ledit appareil d'inclinaison du guide-fil (12) étant en mesure de coulisser au-dessus de l'agencement tubulaire coudé (10) ;
    prélèvement de la queue de fil (3) dans une bobine (7) par une traction d'aspiration dans un pavillon ouvert de la cloche d'aspiration (11) dans l'agencement tubulaire coudé (10), la queue de fil (3) étant prélevée sur la bobine (7) en un point quelconque de la longueur de course du bas en haut ;
    déplacement dudit agencement tubulaire coudé (10) et de l'appareil d'inclinaison de guide-fil (12) connexe verticalement dans le chemin du fil de sorte que le crochet de guide-fil (5) retombe dans la position de départ, en insérant ainsi le fil (3) dans l'oeillet de la boucle du crochet de guide-fil ; et
    déplacement encore plus haut de l'agencement tubulaire coudé (10) portant le fil (3) afin de permettre l'opération de rattachage automatique dans le métier à filer à anneau (1).
