  • the lappet tilting apparatus 12 is capable of sliding over the suction bell 11 on the tubular arrangement 10 for a distance of approximately 60mm for allowing the suction bell 11 to efficiently pick the tail yarn 3 from the top chase length position of the bobbin 7 irrespective of the hindrance caused by the balloon controller ring 6.
  • the above described automatic piecing assembly for ring spinning machine provides a reliable solution for picking the broken yarn end from the bobbin and enables automatic piecing operation.

Claims (9)

  1. Ringspinnmaschine (1) mit einem Fadenführungshaken (5) und einer automatischen Fadenspinnanordnung (8) für die Ringspinnmaschine, wobei die automatische Fadenspinnanordnung umfasst:
    ein Fadenaufnahmemodul (9), das an einer vertikalen Säule angebracht ist, wobei das Fadenaufnahmemodul (9) in der Lage ist, an der vertikalen Säule in einer vertikalen Richtung und einer horizontalen Richtung zu gleiten;
    eine Saugglockeneinheit, die an dem Fadenaufnahmemodul (9) angebracht ist, wobei die Saugglockeneinheit eine Rohrbogenanordnung (10) aufweist, wobei die Rohrbogenanordnung (10) ein erstes Ende und ein zweites Ende aufweist, wobei das erste Ende mit einer Unterdruckquelle verbunden ist, die einen Unterdruck erzeugt, um einen Endfaden (3) von einer Fadenspule (7) anzusaugen, wobei das zweite Ende eine Saugglocke (11) definiert, wobei die Rohrbogenanordnung (10) flexibel ist, um sich in einer vertikalen Richtung auf und ab zu bewegen; gekennzeichnet durch
    eine Kippvorrichtung (12) für eine Fadenführung, die am zweiten Ende der Rohrbogenanordnung (10) vorgesehen ist, wobei die Kippvorrichtung (12) für eine Fadenführung die Saugglocke (11) umgibt, wobei die Kippvorrichtung (12) für eine Fadenführung in der Lage ist, über die Rohrbogenanordnung (10) zu gleiten und einen unbeständigen Gleitkontakt mit dem Fadenführungshaken (5) der Ringspinnmaschine (1) während der Aufnahme des Endfadens (3) bei einem Fadenspinnvorgang herzustellen,
    wodurch der Fadenführungshaken (5) aus einer Ausgangsposition wegschwenkt, wobei die Rohrbogenanordnung (10) und die zugehörige Kippvorrichtung (12) für eine Fadenführung im Fadenweg vertikal nach oben bewegbar sind, so dass der Fadenführungshaken (5) in die Ausgangsposition zurückfällt, wodurch der Faden (3) in die Öse der Fadenführungshakenschlaufe eingeführt wird; und die Rohrbogenanordnung (10), die den Faden trägt, sich weiter nach oben bewegen kann, um den automatischen Fadenspinnvorgang zu ermöglichen.
  2. Automatische Fadenspinnanordnung nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Kippvorrichtung (12) für eine Fadenführung einen oberen Abschnitt und einen unteren Abschnitt aufweist, wobei der obere Abschnitt und der untere Abschnitt miteinander verbunden und entlang einer gemeinsamen Achse angeordnet sind.
  3. Automatische Fadenspinnanordnung nach Anspruch 2, wobei der obere Abschnitt eine rohrförmige Struktur aufweist.
  4. Automatische Fadenspinnanordnung nach Anspruch 2, wobei der untere Abschnitt eine Konfiguration aufweist, die einen Kegelstumpf eines hohlen Körpers mit einer schrägen Außenfläche zeigt.
  5. Automatische Fadenspinnanordnung nach Anspruch 1, ferner umfassend eine Steuereinheit, die mit einer Vielzahl von Sensoren und Stoppern gekoppelt ist, um die Bewegung des Fadenaufnahmemoduls (9) präzise zu steuern.
  6. Automatische Fadenspinnanordnung nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Saugglocke (11) über der Spule (7) in einem Abstand von 5 mm bis 15 mm zum Aufnehmen des Endfadens (3) angeordnet ist.
  7. Automatische Fadenspinnanordnung nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Kippvorrichtung (12) für eine Fadenführung in der Lage ist, bis zu 60 mm über die Saugglocke (11) an der rohrförmigen Anordnung (10) zu gleiten, um der Saugglocke (11) zu ermöglichen, den Endfaden (3) von der oberen Lauflängenposition der Spule (7) aufzunehmen.
  8. Automatische Fadenspinnanordnung nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Saugglocke (11) so konfiguriert ist, dass sie den Endfaden (3) von der Spule (7) am unteren Ende der Spulenlauflänge aufnimmt.
  9. Verfahren zum Spinnen eines Endfadens (3) durch eine automatische Fadenspinnanordnung (8) in einer Textilringspinnmaschine (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Verfahren die folgenden Schritte umfasst:
    Bewegen eines Saugglockenendes (11) einer Rohrbogenanordnung (10) und des zugehörigen Fadenaufnahmemoduls (9) in Richtung des Fadenweges durch Bereitstellen einer horizontalen und vertikalen Bewegung für das Fadenaufnahmemodul (9) und einer vertikalen Bewegung für die Rohrbogenanordnung (10), so dass eine Kippvorrichtung (12) für eine Fadenführung auf einen Fadenführungshaken (5) der Ringspinnmaschine auftrifft, wodurch der Fadenführungshaken (5) dazu gebracht wird, aus einer Ausgangsposition wegzuschwenken, wobei die Kippvorrichtung (12) für eine Fadenführung in der Lage ist, über die Rohrbogenanordnung (10) zu gleiten;
    Aufnehmen des Endfadens (3) von einer Spule (7) durch einen Saugzug in eine offene Mündung der Saugglocke (11) in der Rohrbogenanordnung (10), wobei der Endfaden (3) auf der Spule (7) an beliebiger Stelle in der Lauflänge von unten nach oben aufgenommen wird;
    Bewegen der Rohrbogenanordnung (10) und der zugehörigen Kippvorrichtung (12) für eine Fadenführung vertikal nach oben im Fadenweg, so dass der Fadenführungshaken (5) in die Ausgangsposition zurückfällt, wodurch der Faden (3) in die Öse der Fadenführungshakenschlaufe eingeführt wird; und
    Bewegen der Rohrbogenanordnung (10), die den Faden trägt, weiter nach oben, um den automatischen Spinnvorgang in der Textilringspinnmaschine (1) zu ermöglichen.
