  • the method further includes at step (504), pulling, by a gripping arm, the broken yarn in between the suction tube and the cop, and at step (506), pulling, by a rocker arm, the broken yarn after the gripping arm moves downwards to a position proximal to a ring position of a ring rail of the ring spinning machine.
  • the gripping arm (3) may move towards the position above the cop (9) and perform horizontal oscillatory movement through actuating means (6) to hook and pull the yarn (10) through hook like arrangement provided at front portion of the gripping arm (3). Thereafter, the gripping arm (3) starts moving downwards.

Claims (11)

  1. Un dispositif d'insertion de fil (2) pour un élément de rattachement automatique d'un métier à filer à anneaux, et ce dispositif d'insertion de fil (2) se compose des éléments suivants ::
    un tube d'aspiration (8) adapté pour recevoir un embout relevé d'un fil cassé (10) depuis une canette (9) du métier à filer à anneaux, et ce tube d'aspiration (8) est configuré pour venir se placer au-dessus de la canette (9)
    un bras de saisie (3) adapté pour tirer sur le fil cassé (10) et l'amener entre le tube d'aspiration (8) et la canette (9), et ce bras de saisie (3) est configuré pour se déplacer vers le bas, jusqu'à un emplacement à une proximité immédiate d'un rail à anneau (11) du métier à tisser à anneaux, et
    un culbuteur (4) adapté pour tirer sur le fil cassé (10) après que le bras de saisie (3) soit descendu jusqu'à l'emplacement à proximité immédiate de la position occupée par le rail à anneau (11)
    et ce bras de saisie (3) est configuré de telle sorte que lorsque le bras de saisie (3) détenant le fil tiré (10), après sa descente, occupe un emplacement à proximité immédiate de l'anneau du rail à anneau (11), le fil cassé(10) prend un profil de forme trapézoïdale entre le tube d'aspiration (8), le bras de saisie (3) et un anneau de commande en forme de ballon (14) du métier à tisser à anneaux entourant la canette (9) et
    le bras de saisie (3) et le culbuteur (4) sont configurés de telle sorte que lorsque le culbuteur (4) tire sur le fil cassé (10) qui se trouve entre l'anneau de commande en forme de ballon (14) entourant la canette (9) et le bras de saisie (3), ce fil cassé (10) prend un profil de forme trapézoïdale entre l'anneau de commande en forme de ballon (14), le culbuteur (4) et le bras de saisie (3), et ce fil cassé (10) vient s'accrocher dans le bras de saisie (3) et le culbuteur (4) est essentiellement tangent à l'anneau du rail à anneau (11), afin d'introduire le fil cassé (10) dans un curseur rotatif (12) implanté dans l'anneau du rail à anneau rail (11).
  2. Le dispositif d'insertion de fil (2) que décrit la revendication 1, si ce n'est que le bras de saisie (3) comporte un élément à aiguille rétractable (15) qui permet de saisir, de manière fixe, le fil cassé (10).
  3. Le dispositif d'insertion de fil (2) que décrit la revendication 1, si ce n'est que le bras de saisie (3) est adapté pour osciller, essentiellement à l'horizontale, par le biais d'un organe de manœuvre (6).
  4. Le dispositif d'insertion de fil (2) que décrit la revendication 1, si ce n'est que le culbuteur (4) est adapté pour osciller, essentiellement à la verticale, par le biais d'un organe de manœuvre (7a).
  5. Le dispositif d'insertion de fil (2) que décrit la revendication 1, si ce n'est que le culbuteur (4) est adapté pour osciller, essentiellement à l'horizontale, par le biais d'un organe de manœuvre (7b).
  6. Le dispositif d'insertion de fil (2) que décrit la revendication 1, si ce n'est qu'un bras de saisie (3) et le culbuteur (4), ou une combinaison de ces deux composants, est ou sont adaptés pour osciller à la verticale ou à l'horizontale, par le biais d'au moins un organe de manœuvre.
  7. Le dispositif d'insertion de fil (2) que décrit la revendication 6, si ce n'est que l'organe de manœuvre est d'un type pneumatique, hydraulique ou électrique.
  8. Le dispositif d'insertion de fil (2) que décrit la revendication 1, si ce n'est que le bras de saisie (3) et le culbuteur (4) se dirigent vers l'anneau du rail à anneau (11) par le biais d'un organe de manœuvre (5), afin d'insérer le fil cassé (10) dans le curseur rotatif (12).
  9. Le dispositif d'insertion de fil (2) que décrit la revendication 1, si ce n'est que le bras de saisie (3) et le culbuteur (4) sont configurés pour relâcher le fil cassé (10) après que ce fil ait été introduit dans le curseur (12).
  10. Un métier à tisser à anneaux comportant le dispositif d'insertion de fil (2) que décrit la revendication 1 et un curseur (12) adapté pour tourner par le biais d'un dispositif à soufflerie afin de permettre l'insertion du fil cassé (10) dans le curseur (12).
  11. Le métier à tisser à anneaux que décrit la revendication 10, si ce n'est que le dispositif à soufflerie comporte une buse d'air qui pointe vers l'anneau du rail à anneau (11 ) de manière à envoyer un jet d'air qui fait tourner le curseur (12) lors de l'insertion du fil.
