Claims (2)
- Un procédé pour faire fonctionner un four (1) comprenant une cavité de cuisson (2) dans laquelle le processus de cuisson est effectué, un dispositif de chauffage (3) pour chauffer l'air dans la cavité de cuisson (2) et qui est fonctionné en fonction du cycle marche/arrêt pendant la cuisson pour maintenir la température constante dans la cavité de cuisson (2), un ventilateur (4) qui est entouré par le dispositif de chauffage (3) et qui remuer l'air chauffé, un moteur à vitesse variable (5) qui entraîne le ventilateur (4), un tuyau d'échappement (10) qui est situé à la partie supérieure de la cavité de cuisson (2) et qui évacue les gaz et la vapeur d'eau générés pendant le processus de cuisson à l'environnement extérieur, et un capteur d'odeur (11) qui est situé sur le tuyau d'échappement (10) et qui détecte l'intensité de l'odeur libéré par l'aliment en cours de cuisson et des parois de la cavité de cuisson (2) en fonction de la quantité des gaz dégageant odeur dans l'air évacué à l'environnement extérieur en passant par le tuyau d'échappement (10),- caractérisé par les étapes de passer le dispositif de chauffage (3) à la position marche si le dispositif de chauffage (3) est dans la position arrêt lorsque l'intensité de l'odeur libéré pendant le processus de cuisson et détecté par le capteur d'odeur (11) dépasse une intensité d'odeur limite prédéterminée enregistrée dans une mémoire d'une unité de commande (12), et de permettre au ventilateur (4) de fonctionner à une vitesse inférieure à la vitesse prédéterminée pour le processus de cuisson en diminuant la vitesse de rotation du moteur (5).
- Un procédé selon la Revendication 1, caractérisé par l'étape d'augmenter la vitesse du ventilateur (4) et donc lui permettant de fonctionner à la vitesse prédéterminée pour le processus de cuisson et permettant au dispositif de chauffage (3) de continuer à fonctionner avec le cycle normal marche/arrêt prédéterminé pour le processus de cuisson lorsque l'intensité d'odeur détectée par le capteur d'odeur (11) diminue jusqu'à tomber en dessous de la valeur limite.
