Change over time of the heat dissipated by different types of cookers such as gas, electric and induction heating during operation varies due to the operational principles of said cookers. In the exhaust hood, the type of cooker is critical in determining parameters such as fan speed, etc. which constitute the automatic operational levels. For the same cooking process, gas, induction heating and electric cookers with different heating efficiencies provide different results. Therefore, the exhaust hood is required to automatically detect the type of the cooker over which the exhaust hood is operated.

Claims (1)
- - Une hotte aspirante (1), qui est positionnée au-dessus d'un appareil de cuisson (8), comprenant un corps (2) ; un conduit d'évacuation (3) qui est relié à une cheminée s'ouvrant sur l'environnement extérieur ; un ou plus d'un ventilateur (4) qui est monté dans le conduit d'évacuation (3) ; un ou plus d'un capteur de température (6) qui est disposé sur le corps (2) et/ou dans le conduit d'évacuation (3), et qui mesure la température de l'air s'élevant de l'appareil de cuisson (8) et d'un récipient de cuisson en se réchauffant pendant un processus de cuisson ; une minuterie (7) qui mesure le temps de chauffage (T) s'écoulant jusqu'à ce que la température de l'air s'élevant de l'appareil de cuisson (8) atteigne une valeur prédéfinie ; et une unité de contrôle (5) qui est adaptée pour- calculer la vitesse d'augmentation de la température en fonction des données reçues du capteur de température (6) et de la minuterie (7), déterminer, en fonction de la vitesse d'augmentation de la température, le type de l'appareil de cuisson (8) et- déterminer, selon le type de l'appareil de cuisson (8), un niveau de fonctionnement de la hotte aspirante (1) qui est défini comme la vitesse du moteur du ventilateur (4) ou le nombre de ventilateurs (4) à activer, caractérisé en ce que l'unité de commande (5) est en outre adaptée pour- comparer le temps de chauffage (T) s'écoulant jusqu'à ce que le capteur de température (6) détecte une valeur de température prédéterminée après le fonctionnement du dispositif de cuisson (8) avec un premier temps de chauffage seuil prédéterminé (T1) et un second temps de chauffage seuil prédéterminé (T2) dans l'unité de commande (5) et déterminer si l'appareil de cuisson (8) est une cuisinière à gaz (X), une cuisinière à chauffage par induction (Y) ou une cuisinière électrique (Z),- déterminer que l'appareil de cuisson (8) est une cuisinière à gaz (X) si le temps de chauffage (T) est inférieur au premier temps de seuil (T1) (T<T1),- déterminer que l'appareil de cuisson (8) est un cuiseur à chauffage par induction (Y) si le temps de chauffage (T) est supérieur au premier temps de seuil (T1) (T<T1) et inférieur au deuxième temps de seuil (T2) (T1<T<T2), et- déterminer que l'appareil de cuisson (8) est un cuiseur électrique (Z) si le temps de chauffage (T) est supérieur au deuxième temps de seuil (T1) (T>T2).
