Claims (4)

  1. Un four (1) comprenant
    - un corps (2),
    - une chambre de cuisson (3) qui est située dans le corps (2) et dans laquelle les aliments à cuire sont placés,
    - une porte (4) permettant l'accès dans la chambre de cuisson (3),
    - au moins un dispositif de chauffage (5) qui permet le chauffage de l'air dans la chambre de cuisson (3),
    - un ventilateur (6) qui remue l'air chauffé par le dispositif de chauffage (5),
    - un moteur (7) qui permet l'entraînement du ventilateur (6),
    - au moins un arbre (8) qui permet le transfert de l'entraînement fourni par le moteur (7) au ventilateur (6),
    - un capteur (9) qui est disposé sur le moteur (7) de manière à faire face au arbre (8) et qui détecte la vitesse de ventilateur instantanée (N),
    caractérisé en ce qu'une unité de commande (10) est configurée pour
    - déterminer la quantité de variation dans la vitesse de ventilateur (DN) en calculant la différence entre deux mesures consécutives de vitesse de ventilateur instantanée (N) détectées par le capteur (9) dans la période (ti) prédéterminée par le fabricant pour déterminer une diminution dans la vitesse de ventilateur (N) en raison d'une diminution soudaine dans la température de la chambre de cuisson (3) qui se produit lorsque la porte (4) est ouverte, - détecter que la porte (4) est ouverte lorsque ladite quantité de variation dans la vitesse de ventilateur (DN) déterminée par l'unité de commande (10) est égale ou supérieure à la quantité limite de variation dans la vitesse de ventilateur (DNlimit) prédéterminée par le fabricant et
    - permet la réalisation des modifications dans les étapes de cuisson lors de la détection que la porte est ouverte.
  2. Un four (1) selon la Revendication 1, caractérisé par l'unité de commande (10) qui est configurée pour arrêter la pulvérisation de la vapeur lorsque la porte (4) est ouverte.
  3. Un four (1) selon la Revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé par l'unité de commande (10) qui est configurée pour permettre le fonctionnement des dispositifs de chauffage (5) de manière à compenser la perte de chaleur dans la chambre de cuisson (3) lorsque la porte (4) est refermée après que la porte (4) est détectée comme ouverte.
  4. Un four (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le capteur à effet Hall (9).
