  • the separator (14) extends between the exhaust device (13) and the humidity sensor (10) inside the air channel (8), prevents the hot air rising from the exhaust device (13) from directly reaching the humidity sensor (10), thus the humidity sensor (10) is not subjected to the hot air rising from the exhaust device (13) and is protected from the high temperature in the cooking cavity (3).
  • the humidity sensor (10) is positioned at the center of the discharge line (12), so as to be almost at equal distance from the outlet port (7) and the cooling fan (9) and the humidity sensor (10) is provided to take optimum humidity measurements by improving the detection conditions. Since the humidity data oscillates more in the sections of the discharge line (12) farther away from and nearer to the cooling fan (9), the most optimum humidity measurement is realized at the middle section of the discharge line (12).
  • the control unit (6) and the other electronic elements in its proximity which are subjected to high temperature in the cooking process are cooled effectively by the cooling fan (9) and in the case the cooling fan (9) malfunctions or does not operate due to another error, the error detection is made by monitoring the data of the present humidity sensor (10) without requiring any other control element. Consequently, the delicate and high cost electronic elements are protected.

Claims (7)

  1. Un four (1) comprenant un corps extérieur (2), une cavité de cuisson (3) dans laquelle le processus de cuisson est effectué, une porte (4) permettant l'accès dans la cavité de cuisson (3), un panneau avant (5) qui est disposé au côté supérieur de la porte (4), une unité de commande (6) qui est disposée derrière le panneau avant (5), un canal d'air (8) qui est disposé au côté supérieur de la cavité de cuisson (3) et qui présente un orifice de sortie (7) s'ouvrant vers l'environnement extérieur à partir de la région entre la porte (4) et le panneau extérieur (5), un ventilateur de refroidissement (9) qui est disposé dans le canal d'air (8) et qui est fonctionné conformément à un algorithme prédéterminé dans des périodes successives d'arrêt et de fonctionnement, et un capteur d'humidité (10) qui détecte le taux d'humidité émise par les aliments, qui sont cuits, et qui permet le réglage du processus de cuisson par l'unité de commande (6) en fonction du taux d'humidité, caractérisé par le capteur d'humidité (10) qui est disposé sur le trajet d'écoulement de l'air humide évacué à l'environnement extérieur par le ventilateur de refroidissement (9) et l'unité de commande (6) qui détecte s'il existe une erreur qui empêche le fonctionnement du ventilateur de refroidissement (9) en surveillant les données reçues du capteur d'humidité (10),
    en outre caractérisé en ce que l'unité de commande (6) détermine qu'il n'y a pas d'erreurs qui empêchent le fonctionnement du ventilateur de refroidissement (9) en détectant une crête soudaine (P) dans les valeurs d'humidité (H) mesurées dans le canal d'air (8) après un certain temps après le début du processus de cuisson en surveillant le changement des données par rapport au temps (t) reçues par le capteur d'humidité (10).
  2. Un four (1) selon la Revendication 1, caractérisé par l'unité de commande (6) qui décide qu'il y a une défaillance concernant le moteur du ventilateur de refroidissement (9) ou une erreur provenant de connexions câble-connecteur ou du logiciel en détectant une augmentation et diminution régulière dans les valeurs d'humidité (H) mesurées dans le canal d'air (8) sans une crête soudaine (P) pendant le processus de cuisson en surveillant le changement des données par rapport au temps (t) reçues par le capteur d'humidité (10).
  3. Un four (1) selon la Revendication 2, caractérisé par l'unité de commande (6) qui termine le processus de cuisson et permet à l'utilisateur d'être averti que le ventilateur de refroidissement (3) ne fonctionne pas par un avertissement visuel et/out audible en détectant une erreur empêchant le fonctionnement du ventilateur de refroidissement (9).
  4. Un four (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le ventilateur de refroidissement à vitesse variable (9) et l'unité de commande (6) qui actionne le ventilateur de refroidissement (9) à une vitesse élevée depuis le moment où la quantité de l'humidité commence à tomber jusqu'à la fin du processus de cuisson en surveillant le changement dans la valeur d'humidité par rapport au temps (t).
  5. Un four (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par une conduite d'aspiration (11) qui est disposée à la partie inférieure du canal d'air (8) et qui permet l'aspiration de l'air par le ventilateur de refroidissement (9), une conduite d'évacuation (12) qui est disposée à la partie supérieure du canal d'air (8) et qui permet l'évacuation de l'air par le ventilateur de refroidissement (9) à l'environnement extérieur et le capteur d'humidité (10) qui est disposé dans la conduite d'évacuation (12).
  6. Un four (1) selon la Revendication 5, caractérisé par un dispositif d'échappement (13) qui s'étend à partir de la cavité de cuisson (3) à la conduite d'aspiration (11) et un séparateur (14) qui s'étend à partir de l'orifice de sortie (7) vers le ventilateur de refroidissement (9), qui sépare la conduite d'aspiration (11) et la conduite d'évacuation (12) et qui forme une barrière entre le dispositif d'échappement (13) et le capteur d'humidité (10).
  7. Un four (1) selon la Revendication 5 ou 6, caractérisé par le capteur d'humidité (10) qui est positionné au centre de la conduite d'évacuation (12) de manière à être presque à égale distance de l'orifice de sortie (7) et du ventilateur de refroidissement (9).
