Claims (14)

  1. Verfahren zum Austauschen eines Schneidrads (1), das mit einer Vorspannung in einem Gehäuse (2) montiert ist, das fest mit dem Schneidkopf einer Tunnelvortriebsmaschine verbunden ist, dadurch gekenntzeichnet, dass es mit einem Schneidrad (1) ausgeführt wird, das mit ihm fest verbunden ein Element (4) für seine Verriegelung im Gehäuse (2) und ein Mittel (5) zum Herstellen der Vorspannung trägt, und dadurch, dass es die folgenden Schritte umfasst:
    a) Herausnehmen eines gebrauchten Schneidrads (1) aus dem Gehäuse (2), die folgenden Schritte umfassend:
    • Anflanschen am Gehäuse (2) einer Vorrichtung zur Handhabung (3), die dafür eingerichtet ist, das Schneidrad (1) zu greifen und zu führen,
    • Greifen des Schneidrads durch die Handhabungsvorrichtung (3),
    • Freigeben der auf das Schneidrad (1) angewendeten Vorspannung,
    • Entriegeln des Schneidrads (1) vom Gehäuse (2),
    • Entfernen des Schneidrads (1) aus dem Gehäuse (2),
    • Abflanschen der Handhabungsvorrichtung (3) vom Gehäuse (2),
    b) Einsetzen eines Ersatz-Schneidrads (1) in das Gehäuse (2), die folgenden Schritte umfassend:
    • Greifen des Schneidrads (1) durch die Handhabungsvorrichtung (3),
    • Anlegen und anschließend Anflanschen der Handhabungsvorrichtung (3) für das Schneidrad am Gehäuse (2),
    • Einführen des Schneidrads (1) in das Gehäuse (2), wobei das Schneidrad durch die Handhabungsvorrichtung (3) geführt wird,
    • Verriegeln des Schneidrads (1) im Gehäuse (2),
    • Anwenden einer Vorspannung auf das Schneidrad (1).
  2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Schneidrad (1) von der Handhabungsvorrichtung (3) mittels seines Verriegelungselements (4) gehalten wird.
  3. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es mittels einer Handhabungsvorrichtung (3) für das Schneidrad ausgeführt wird, die mit einem Antrieb ausgestattet ist.
  4. Schneidrad, das für den Einsatz des Verfahrens zum Austauschen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3 eingerichtet ist.
  5. Schneidrad nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verriegelungselement (4) dafür eingerichtet ist, derart blockiert zu werden, dass das Schneidrad (1) einen starren Block bildet.
  6. Schneidrad nach einem der Ansprüche 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verriegelungselement ein Bajonettelement (4) umfasst, das zwischen einer Position zum Einsetzen des Schneidrads (1) in das Gehäuse (2) und einer Position zur Verriegelung des Schneidrads (1) im Gehäuse (2) drehbar beweglich ist.
  7. Schneidrad nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Mittel zum Herstellen der Vorspannung Schrauben (5) umfasst.
  8. Schneidrad nach Anspruch 6 in Verbindung mit Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schrauben (5) zur Anwendung der Vorspannung auf das Schneidrad (1) von dem Bajonettelement (4) auf eine Weise getragen werden, dass sie nicht abhanden kommen können.
  9. Vorrichtung (3) zur Handhabung des Schneidrads (1) bei der Ausführung des Verfahrens zum Austauschen eines Schneidrads nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie Folgendes umfasst:
    • ein Element (33) zum Anflanschen am Gehäuse,
    • ein Element (34) zum Greifen des Schneidrads,
    • ein Mittel (32) zum Freigeben oder zum Herstellen der Vorspannung für das Schneidrad,
    • ein Element (35) zum Entfernen des Schneidrads,
    • ein Element (36) zur Betätigung des Verriegelungselements (4) des Schneidrads.
  10. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es ein Mittel zum Reinigen des Gehäuses umfasst.
  11. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es ein Mittel (41) zum Transport, Anlegen und/oder Anflanschen am Gehäuse durch einen Roboter umfasst.
  12. Tunnelvortriebsmaschine, die einen Schneidkopf und mehrere Schneidräder (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 8 in Gehäusen (2), die fest mit dem Schneidkopf verbunden sind, umfasst, wobei die Gehäuse (2) Aussparungen (21) für das Verriegeln der Schneidräder (1) umfassen.
  13. Tunnelvortriebsmaschine nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gehäuse (2) Aussparungen für das Anlegen und die Führung einer Vorrichtung (3) zur Handhabung des Schneidrads nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 11 aufweisen.
  14. Tunnelvortrielasmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 12 oder 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schneidräder (1) und die Gehäuse (2) komplementäre zugehörige Auflage-Formen (10, 20) für das Zentrieren und die Führung des Schneidrads im Gehäuse aufweisen.
