Le rail (4) vertical de la partie fixe a une section en C dans laquelle coulissent des galets de la partie mobile (2).

Description

  • L'invention concerne un tendeur de câble de limiteur de vitesse pour ascenseur.
  • Les ascenseurs sont équipés d'un limiteur de vitesse comprenant notamment un câble passant sur une poulie en bas de gaine de l'ascenseur. La poulie est sollicitée vers le bas par un tendeur de câble qui est usuellement de deux types.
  • Tout d'abord le tendeur sur guide : une charge est placée à une extrémité d'un levier dont l'autre extrémité est articulée sur un support fixé au guide de l'ascenseur. La poulie est montée pivotante sur un axe situé en un point intermédiaire du levier. Ce tendeur ne peut pas être fixé sur un guide rond, et du fait du pivotement du bras, il peut en résulter un défaut d'alignement de la poulie par rapport au limiteur.
  • Le document JP10316327 décrit un tendeur de câble de limiteur de vitesse pour ascenseur, portant une poulie dans laquelle passe un câble du limiteur de vitesse, comportant une partie fixée au sol en bas de la gaine d'ascenseur et constituée par un guide vertical, et une partie mobile portant ladite poulie et des galets roulant sur ledit guide.
  • Ensuite, le tendeur fixé au sol et plat : la charge est directement appliquée sur l'axe de la poulie. La poulie est logée dans une enveloppe étroite dont la masse est fonction de la hauteur. Lorsque la masse doit être supérieure à une valeur de l'ordre de 26 kg, la hauteur de l'enveloppe entraîne une interférence avec l'étrier de cabine de l'ascenseur.
  • Un but de l'invention est de proposer un tendeur de câble qui ne présente pas les inconvénients des tendeurs de câble connus.
  • Un autre but de l'invention est de proposer un tendeur de câble dont la masse soit adaptable en fonction de l'installation d'ascenseur.
  • L'invention a pour objet un tendeur de câble de limiteur de vitesse pour ascenseur, portant une poulie dans laquelle passe un câble du limiteur de vitesse, comportant une partie fixe, fixée au sol, en bas de la gaine d'ascenseur, et comportant un rail vertical, et une partie mobile, portant ladite poulie, et des galets coulissant dans ledit rail de la partie fixe, caractérisé en ce que le rail vertical de la partie fixe a une section en C dans laquelle coulissent lesdits galets de la partie mobile.
  • Avantageusement, la partie mobile est constituée d'une armature dans laquelle sont empilées des plaques constituant la masse assurant la tension du câble.
  • De préférence, les plaques sont amovibles pour ajuster la masse du tendeur de câble.
  • Avantageusement, la partie mobile porte une rampe apte, en cas de détente ou de rupture du câble, à actionner un contact de sécurité porté par la partie fixe.
  • De préférence, l'armature a une section horizontale en C.
  • De préférence, l'encombrement vertical de la partie mobile est égal au diamètre nominal de la poulie augmenté de 41 mm.
  • L'invention est décrite ci-après avec référence au dessin annexé dans lequel :
    • La fig. 1 est une vue en perspective du tendeur de câble de limiteur de vitesse pour ascenseur selon un mode de réalisation de l'invention ;
    • La fig. 2 est une vue en perspective de l'autre côté du tendeur de câble de la fig. 1 ;
    • La fig. 3 est une vue de côté du tendeur de câble en position de fonctionnement ;
    • La fig. 4 est une vue éclatée du tendeur de câble de la fig. 1.
  • Le tendeur de câble de limiteur de vitesse pour ascenseur comporte une partie fixe 1 et une partie mobile 2.
  • La partie fixe 1 se compose essentiellement d'un socle 3 fixé au sol, en bas de la gaine d'ascenseur, et d'un rail 4 en C, vertical, dans lequel coulissent des galets de la partie mobile 2.
  • La partie mobile 2 comprend essentiellement une armature 5 à section horizontale en C dans laquelle sont empilées des plaques 6 de métal lourd constituant la masse réglable du tendeur de câble. A l'extérieur de la grande face 10 de l'armature 5 est disposée la poulie 7 dans la gorge de laquelle passe le câble 8. L'axe 9 de la poulie 7 est placé pratiquement au centre de la grande face 10 de l'armature. La grande face 10 de l'armature est rectangulaire, le diamètre de la poulie étant pratiquement égal à la largeur de la grande face 10 de l'armature 5, et légèrement inférieur à la hauteur de la grande face 10. Ainsi, en hauteur et en largeur, l'encombrement du tendeur de câble est à peine supérieur à celui de la poulie 7.
  • L'armature 5 porte sur l'une de ses petites faces 11 des galets qui coulissent dans le rail 4 en C de la partie fixe 1.
  • A sa partie inférieure, la petite face 11 de l'armature 5 de la partie mobile 2 porte une rampe 12, apte à actionner un contact de sécurité 13 porté par la partie fixe 1.
  • Le poids de la partie mobile 2 du tendeur de câble de limiteur de vitesse de l'ascenseur tend le câble 8. Lorsque le câble 8 est détendu ou rompu, c'est-à-dire lorsque le limiteur de vitesse et le parachute sont dans l'incapacité de fonctionner, la partie mobile 2 descend et la rampe 12 actionne le contact de sécurité 13 qui coupe la chaîne de sécurité de l'ascenseur et interdit son fonctionnement.
  • Le tendeur de câble selon l'invention assure la mise sous tension du câble 8 du limiteur de vitesse d'un ascenseur en cas de survitesse de la cabine d'ascenseur. Le tendeur de câble est très compact. La masse assurant la tension du câble 8 n'est pas plus encombrante verticalement que le diamètre nominal de la poulie 7 augmenté de 41 mm, ce qui permet la disposition du tendeur de câble dans le fond de gaine d'ascenseur, sans risque d'interférence avec l'étrier de cabine 14.
  • La disposition de plaques amovibles 6 dans l'armature 5 permet d'ajuster la masse du tendeur de câble, et donc l'effort sur le câble du limiteur de vitesse, en fonction de l'installation d'ascenseur.
  • A titre d'exemple, le tendeur de câble de limiteur de vitesse est conçu pour une poulie de diamètre égal à 200 mm ou à 300 mm.
  • Le mode de réalisation du tendeur de câble de limiteur de vitesse a été décrit à titre illustratif et non limitatif.

Claims (6)

  1. Tendeur de câble de limiteur de vitesse pour ascenseur, portant une poulie (7) dans laquelle passe un câble (8) du limiteur de vitesse, comportant une partie fixe (1), fixée au sol, en bas de la gaine d'ascenseur, et comportant un rail (4) vertical, et une partie mobile (2), portant ladite poulie (7), et des galets coulissant dans ledit rail (4) de la partie fixe (1), caractérisé en ce que le rail (4) vertical de la partie fixe a une section en C dans laquelle coulissent lesdits galets de la partie mobile (2).
  2. Tendeur de câble selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que la partie mobile (2) est constituée d'une armature (5) dans laquelle sont empilées des plaques (6) constituant la masse assurant la tension du câble (8).
  3. Tendeur de câble selon la revendication 2 caractérisé en ce que les plaques (6) sont amovibles pour ajuster la masse du tendeur de câble.
  4. Tendeur de câble selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que la partie mobile (2) porte une rampe (12) apte, en cas de détente ou de rupture du câble (8), à actionner un contact (13) de sécurité porté par la partie fixe (1).
  5. Tendeur de câble selon la revendication 2 caractérisé en ce que l'armature (5) a une section horizontale en C.
  6. Tendeur de câble selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que l'encombrement vertical de la partie mobile (2) est égal au diamètre nominal de la poulie (7) augmenté de 41 mm.
