Claims (13)

  1. Porte d'appareil (1) pour un appareil ménager, en particulier pour un appareil ménager à circulation d'eau, avec un bandeau (2) et une poignée cuvette (8), dans lequel le bandeau (2) et la poignée cuvette (8) sont exécutés en une seule pièce, caractérisée en ce que la poignée cuvette (8) présente une partie inférieure de poignée cuvette (9) injectée sur le bandeau (2) et un couvercle de poignée cuvette (10) injecté sur le bandeau (2).
  2. Porte d'appareil (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le bandeau (2) et la poignée cuvette (8) sont exécutées en une seule pièce injectée.
  3. Porte d'appareil (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le bandeau (2) présente, dans une zone (11) dans laquelle le couvercle de poignée cuvette (10) est injecté sur le bandeau (2), au moins un renfort (12) afin d'accroître la rigidité du bandeau (2).
  4. Porte d'appareil (1) selon la revendication 1 ou 3, caractérisée en ce qu'une charnière-film (13) est prévue afin de relier le couvercle de poignée cuvette (10) au bandeau (2).
  5. Porte d'appareil (1) selon l'une des revendications 1, 3 ou 4, caractérisée en ce qu'une liaison par encliquetage (14) est prévue afin de relier le couvercle de poignée cuvette (10) à la partie inférieure de poignée cuvette (9).
  6. Porte d'appareil (1) selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que la liaison par encliquetage (14) est constituée par au moins un nez (15) prévu dans le couvercle de poignée cuvette (10) et par au moins un percement (16) correspondant prévu dans la partie inférieure de poignée cuvette (9).
  7. Porte d'appareil (1) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisée en ce que la poignée cuvette (8) est fermée à l'état monté.
  8. Porte d'appareil (1) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisée en ce que la poignée cuvette (8) présente une retenue arrière (17) fermée à l'état monté.
  9. Appareil ménager, en particulier appareil ménager à circulation d'eau, avec une porte d'appareil (1) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8.
  10. Procédé de fabrication d'une porte d'appareil (1) pour un appareil ménager, en particulier pour un appareil ménager à circulation d'eau, avec un bandeau (2) et une poignée cuvette (8), dans lequel le bandeau (2) et la poignée cuvette (8) sont exécutés en une seule pièce, caractérisé en ce que la partie inférieure de poignée cuvette (9) de la poignée cuvette (8) et un couvercle de poignée cuvette (10) de la poignée cuvette (8) sont injectés sur le bandeau (2) par moulage par injection.
  11. Procédé selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que le couvercle de poignée cuvette (10) est déformé selon une première direction de déformation (R1) et la partie inférieure de poignée cuvette (9) selon une deuxième direction de déformation (R2) opposée à la première direction de déformation (R1).
  12. Procédé selon la revendication 10 ou 11, caractérisé en ce qu'une charnière-film (13) afin de relier le couvercle de poignée cuvette (10) au bandeau (2) est constituée par moulage par injection, dans lequel la charnière-film (13) est déformée au moyen d'un coulisseau ou au moyen d'une pièce mobile à action retardée.
  13. Procédé selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que la poignée cuvette (8) est fabriquée par moulage par injection au moyen d'un tiroir rotatif.
