Claims (20)
- Verzierungsteil (1, 3, 5), das mehrere Steine (2) und eine Befestigungsvorrichtung (7, 7', 47, 47') der Steine (2) relativ zueinander umfasst, wobei die Befestigungsvorrichtung (7, 7', 47, 47') eine einzige galvanisch aufgebrachte Basis (9, 9', 49, 49') mit einer einem Teil der Steine entsprechenden Form umfasst, die ermöglicht, sämtliche Steine (2) relativ zueinander ohne Beanspruchung zu befestigen, wobei die einzige Basis (9, 9', 49, 49') wenigstens eine elektrisch leitende Schicht (11, 11', 51, 51') umfasst, die auf den Steinen (2) abgelagert ist, und wobei die Grenzflächen (6) der Steine (2) Rand an Rand relativ zueinander montiert sind, damit die einzige Basis abgedeckt ist.
- Teil (1, 3, 5) nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Befestigungsvorrichtung (7, 7) die Steine relativ zueinander an ihrer Rückseite (4) befestigt.
- Teil (1, 3, 5) nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die einzige Basis (9) alle Rückseiten (4) der Steine abdeckt.
- Teil (1, 3, 5) nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die einzige Basis (9') einen Teil der Rückseiten (4) der Steine unabgedeckt lässt.
- Teil (1, 3, 5) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Befestigungsvorrichtung (47, 47') die Steine relativ zueinander an ihrer Krone (18) befestigt.
- Teil (1, 3, 5) nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die einzige Basis (49) alle Vorderseiten (8) der Steine abdeckt.
- Teil (1, 3, 5) nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die einzige Basis (49') einen Teil der Vorderseiten (8) der Steine unabgedeckt lässt.
- Teil (1, 3, 5) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Befestigungsvorrichtung (7, 7', 47, 47') wenigstens eine Kehle (10, 50) aufweist, die in wenigstens einem der Steine (2) verwirklicht ist, damit die einzige Basis (9, 9', 49, 49') mit wenigstens teilweise entsprechender Form wenigstens einen Haken für jeden des wenigstens einen der Steine (2) bildet.
- Teil (1, 3, 5) nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die wenigstens eine Kehle (10, 50) zwei Rillen in zwei Flächen jedes Steins (2) bildet.
- Teil (1, 3, 5) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die einzige Basis (9, 9', 49, 49') eine zweite galvanisch abgelagerte Schicht (13, 13', 53, 53') auf der wenigstens einen elektrisch leitenden Schicht aufweist, um die Festigkeit des Verzierungsteils (1, 3, 5) zu verbessern.
- Teil (1, 3, 5) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die wenigstens eine elektrisch leitende Schicht (11, 11', 51, 51') als Reflexionsschicht verwendet wird.
- Teil (1, 3, 5) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die einzige Basis (9, 9', 49, 49') reines Silber und eine Schutzschicht, die das Silber abdeckt, um sein Anlaufen durch Oxidation zu vermeiden, umfasst.
- Zeitmessgerät, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es wenigstens ein Verzierungsteil (1, 3, 5) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche umfasst.
- Juwelier- oder Schmuckartikel, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er wenigstens ein Verzierungsteil (1, 3, 5) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12 umfasst.
- Verfahren (21) zum Herstellen eines Verzierungsteils (1, 3, 5), das die folgenden Schritte umfasst:a) Vorsehen (23) mehrerer Steine (2);b) Befestigen (25) jedes Steins (2) an einem Träger (12, 52), wobei die Grenzflächen (6) der Steine (2) Rand an Rand relativ zueinander montiert sind, um ein Pflaster aus Steinen (2) zu bilden;c) Ablagern (27) einer ersten elektrisch leitenden Schicht (11, 11', 51, 51') wenigstens auf einem Teil der Steine;d) galvanisches Ablagern (29) einer zweiten Schicht (13, 13', 53, 53') auf der ersten elektrisch leitenden Schicht, um eine einzige Basis (9, 9', 49, 49') zu bilden;e) Entnehmen (31) des somit gebildeten Verzierungsteils (1, 3, 5) durch Lösen der Befestigung jedes der Steine in Bezug auf den Träger (12, 52).
- Verfahren (21) nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es zwischen dem Schritt a) und dem Schritt b) den folgenden Schritt umfasst:f) Ritzen (24) wenigstens einer Kehle (10) in den Rückseiten (4) der Steine, damit die einzige galvanisch abgelagerte Basis (9, 9') des Schrittes d) jede der wenigstens einen Kehle (10) füllt, indem sie einen Befestigungshaken bildet;
und dass im Schritt c) das Ablagern der ersten Schicht (11, 11') wenigstens auf einem Teil der Rückseiten (4) der Steine (2) erfolgt. - Verfahren (21) nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es zwischen dem Schritt a) und dem Schritt b) den folgenden Schritt umfasst:f) Ritzen (24) wenigstens einer Kehle (50) in den Kronen (18) der Steine, damit die einzige während des Schrittes d) galvanisch abgelagerte Basis (49, 49') jede der wenigstens einen Kehle (50) füllt, indem sie einen Befestigungshaken bildet;
und dass im Schritt c) das Ablagern der ersten Schicht (51, 51') wenigstens auf einem Teil der Kronen (18) der Steine (2) erfolgt. - Verfahren (21) nach einem der Ansprüche 15 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Träger (12, 52) Vertiefungen (60) aufweist, die dazu bestimmt sind, die Steine (2) aufzunehmen.
- Verfahren (21) nach einem der Ansprüche 15 bis 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es zwischen dem Schritt c) und dem Schritt d) den folgenden Schritt umfasst:g) Bilden (28) eines Rahmens (16, 56) um das Pflaster, um die galvanische Ablagerung des Schrittes d) über den Grenzflächen der Steine (2) zu umgeben.
- Verfahren (21) nach einem der Ansprüche 15 bis 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schritt c) durch Ausschleudern eines Fluids, das Silberpulver enthält, verwirklicht wird.
